As someone who worked here, I would not recommend getting service here at all. I constantly fought with management about screwing customers over and selling parts that aren't needed. It's all done under the guide of "preventative maintenance". They are a full blown woke company with dei education and trans flyers. Now their legal team is coming after me for speaking out.

Would not recommend to my worst enemy. I took my jeep wrangler there to get a coolant leak fixed it was under warranty was told they replaced all the cooling components of the vehicle. Two years later I notice the same leaking. I am a bit mechanically inclined so i took it up myself to check it out this time and not be lazy. Low and behold they never put my cooling fan back on (never noticed because i have 2 one is aftermarket and has been doing the job solo luckily) No gaskets were put on to the cooling components, The thermostat Housing, The water pump, and those are the only 2 I've replaced and checked also noticed they decided it would be a good idea to refill the cooling system with water instead of coolant, most likely cause of new leaks. They also tried to charge my wife who took the jeep in an extra 1000$ to do her brakes. They cost about 15$ a pair for pads at oreilly's so when I asked why it cost so much it all of a sudden turned to 500 only for labor and then i proceed once again why so much the front desk guy tells me its because they charge 180$ an hour for labor. I'm no mechanic but i know it doesn't take more than 30 minutes to remove inspect and change some brake pads. All in all they do shotty work over charge and if you're a woman they WILL definitely try to take advantage of you. Beware of taking you're vehicle here.

I trust AAA repair. We have always taken our cars to the dealerships for repairs. Not any more. We will continue to take our vehicles to the AAA Auto Repair on Auburn. Pricing is good & we trust them.

Walt s was a life saver. We were in LA for a couple of days and having some issues with the brakes and stabilizer of our 2012 Journey. Sean made a very professional diagnostic, fixed everything going wrong and left it in perfect conditions for our trip back home; the price was fair, the service impeccable and the time management superb. Old fashioned honest auto service with friendly and affordable service. One of the best local businesses. They're open on Saturday at 8. They fixed my tire slow leak for just $25. Great guys!

Three generations of my family have been going to Walt's...they are reliable, trustworthy, and HONEST! I have no qualms when I take my vehicles to them...I know they need to make a living, but they value their reputation and make sure that customers are taken care of and treated fairly. I have recommended their service to many friends and have never had anyone say a negative work about their work. I trust them with all of my vehicles, and those vehicles carry my grandchildren. I highly recommend Walt's...the staff is courteous and knowledgeable, and they complete the job when promised...sometimes even earlier. I wish dealerships had the same sense of commitment and work ethics that the employees at Walt's have!

This place is awesome! I recently got my AC fixed here and they were honest and open with everything that needed to be done. Ince the AC was fixed they did a whole check if my car and even topped of my fluids and filled my tires with air free of charge. They also gave me a quote on a emergency brake repair that needed to be done with a very fair price. These guys are the best and I will definitely be back.

I was referred to Walt s a couple years ago from a family member as my previous shop had lost there diesel mechanic. Ever since then, they are the only shop I use for my truck. Rich and his staff are professional, courteous and pro-active. They let you know what needs to be done right away and if you can wait on the repairs. They have great knowledge and customer service. If your looking for a friendly, fair, and neighborly shop. You can t go wrong with Walt s!

We have used Walt's Auto Service for about 10 years to service our 02 Motor Homeboth before and after our trips, we even called them twice when traveling when wehad a problem to talk to the mechanic where we were, Walt's was always helpful.They are always friendly, professional and honest. My sister and I will continue tohave our new Motor Home serviced at Walt's. They also were great when dealing with our extended warranty contract.

Great Shop! Based on a recommendations from a friend, I went for the first time this weekend. Rob and Larry were very friendly and professional as soon as I walked in the door.They spent extra time over the phone to help me understand exactly what was going on with my car.Pricing was very fair.Very easy to book an appointment off of their website.Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good shop they can trust.

My family has been customers of Walt's for a long time. they are the only shop we will use for repairs. They are honest and timely and always treat us both kindly and professionally. Please never go out of business because I don't want to have to find another mechanic :)

Recent 2022 visit continues to rate 5 stars! I have been using this auto shop for several years. They're responsive to my questions and careful on their estimate. Clean waiting room and bathroom is a big plus in my opinion.

I brought a few cars there in the past. Does it suck to get a big estimate? Yeah, especially when your on a budget like most of us. But they've always been kind and honest. They simply tell me what they found wrong and how much they charge to fix it. The end decision is ultimately up to me. When they do fix the vehicles, it's always done right. Sometimes reliability cost a bit more.

I have been going to Walt's for over 20 years and Rich, Rob, and Mike have always been great and give great service. What I like most is that no matter what the repair is they can usually get it back to me by the same day soIi am never without a car for long. Highly recommend Walt's for all your auto service.

I started going to Walt's auto when my boyfriend recommended me to go. My boyfriend goes there for any truck problems and as not have any trouble. I go there and I have fast friendly service. We know them well enough to call ahead of time and get appointments for a lot of the things we need done for the car. I like that they have Saturdays open. They have a secure key drop off so you can drop off cars if later then their hours.

Great service good stock of tires unusual sizes good prices.im sorry this review was meant for a tire shop down the street don't know how it got on your reviews but while I'm here I just had major engine work done to my dodge ram 1500. The top end rebuilt.the service was amazing the price was well worth it it runs incredibly perfect know I'll get another 17 years 2005 out of it thank you Walt's auto service I'm a customer for life.

I took my vehicle to walts twice but never again. I found the employee's to be arrogant and dismissive in regaurds to my vehicle . they made rude comments to my wife and my vehicle is currently in operable. walts charges a premium price for sub par service. take your vehicle somewhere where they appreciate your buisness.

Walt's was a referral from family. He has been providing services on their vehicles for many years. I was greeted quickly, went over vehicle issues, and was given an estimate. Definitely going back to have work done.

Had both catalytic converters replaced for $2,200 and barely a year later the ceramic honeycomb in both cats had disintegrated...now i cant pass smog and have to buy two more!! also had exhaust leak problems shortly after my visit, come to find out they connected a straight pipe to my exhaust manifold instead of a flared pipe, which caused it to slip out of the flange constantly! do not go hereService: Exhaust

Took my car there for a brake and lamp inspection. The estimate was for $130 which is a fixed price for that service. The guy calls me up and says he can't pass the car because the brake light warning is on due to me having aftermarket LED bulbs. The fix? He installs 2 brake light bulbs at a cost of $50. First off $50 for 2 brake light bulbs is insanity. Second nowhere is it required for that warning light to be off as long as the exterior lights function normally.If you are gonna replay to me, quote the CVC or the section from the bureau of automotive repair handbook for lamp adjusting stations that says otherwise. Otherwise, you are lying.

They really took care of me and I felt like I was in control the whole time. Rob was a pleasure to work with, and he and I were able to come up with a plan to get my Jeep back on the road without going over the budget. I couldn't be happier! A+

The parking lot is too small and it design makes it hard to park this employee with long white hair and glasses was rude and condescending I think his names is mark and even tho u over charged me for the work I look it up it wasn't worth 1300 and when I asked u to put my new tire one u charged me 30 dollars to put a tire on when many places do it for free I mean your already getting 1300 and after waiting longer than u said u would originally u tell me to come back after I get 100 miles u went back today and it was 2 and they refused the smog test at 1st and when I was about to leave he told me it would pass smog but wanted me to come back the next day when you close at 6 and your smog tech is there I'm also upset you could drive me back or make an Uber or Lyft for the B's reason you said and after u said it would pass smog u still didn't do the test it's 2 not 6 mark if that's your name evey other mechanic I ever used made accomodations like that but you didn't and yet hold on and yet when I got it smogged or tried to they failed to notice something when I took it to a smog place so yeah you guys suck can't take me home like a normal mechanic would and make me and my friend walk in the heat all around bad overpriced rude takes longer and not the desired result and wouldnt pass smog when I took it in to another shop because they told.me to bring it back after coming back not coming back idk how there rating is so positive
