Answered an add for New tires came in and got good Used tires. Definitely not new tho like the add said. eh I got good tires for a decent prize but I was expecting new can't have it all I guess.

Bait and switch once you get there. Also 3 people working sitting down in their garage on cellphones. When asked for info on tires no body got up so help. Very poor customer service in addition to bait and switch on price. Stay away. Forced to give one star just to post my review. The person who replies to you on offer up is not an employee for their facility. Stay away.Go to SD tire masters on ocean view and ask for David straight up price honest.

I ve brought trailer tires here to have nails pulled and tires repaired, and britt a few different sets of off road wheels and paddle tires to be mounted. I ve never had a problem with them.

I asked to simply replace my passenger side back tire with the driver side front tire so that I could purchase a used tire to match the driver side back tire. Clearly they did not pay attention to my instruction because they attempted to remove the drivers side back tire which had no need of removal per my instructions and broke One of the wheel studs. When I asked about it, they simply irresponsibly blamed the original person who put the tire on. When I inquired again about it, they told me I should be ok and that they were not at fault for breaking property that was not broken when I arrived. Taking advantage of this screw up, they lied to me about the size of my tire while charging me double the amount to replace two tires instead of one.

This service is garbage. Manager told me their card reader is broken and have to charge cash. They mis quoted the tire price and also say they need to charge me to leave my old used tires with them ??Who does this?Found a better tire shop a few blocks away and treated me way better and got fixed up with 4 tires within my budget.I do not recommend this place..

I just went in to this establishment, and I have to say the young gentleman that was there was very respectful of my south end of my property. He explained what could ve caused my tires to go low and to keep an eye out for specific things. Shout out to this guy.

This place is ok. The guys are really friendly. They have both new and used tires, but I haven't really seen if they carry the big 5 brands, mostly the economy brands in new tires. They do have tons of very good quality used tires though! I've been going to them for quite a few years now. They are good for tires only though. No wheels or lug nut service.

The only reason this place is getting one star because I couldn't leave any less I called them two times to verify they had the used tires I was looking for set up an appointment showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early they then informed me that they had no tires that would match just trying to get me to buy the new tires not cool...

Called at 6:30 day before closing confirmed size, price and time to come in first thing in the morning. When I get there stated that the tires I need were sold at 7 night before and if I want to order going to be $100 more than advertised price a few hours earlier. Beware of bait and switch pricing

Girl got a flat. Other tires were still ok. Went to buy a used tire and installation. Super fast was in and out within 15 minutes. Good price too. Only one car ahead of me. Really friendly.

I was in and out in 30 minutes with 4 brand new tires with a great great price of 480.00 which is an amazingly good deal for me and my truck.. I have 20 inch rims so for me to find 4 brand new tires for that price. I had to jump on it. It was a steal

Got me a brand new tire for a great price. Wasn't greedy but honest and before I bought he filled all my tires just to be helpful. Places like this you make your only source.

You get what you pay for! . Both my tundra with 46k and my Camry with 65k were perfect and smooth before I bought new sets of tires With the new tires now, both of them shake when I drive 60 to 70 mph. Took the Tundra back and Sam replaced one new tire and still shaking. . Camry is going back today. So basically three return visits and three brand new tires replaced my Tundra and Camry still have a bad tire. Save yourself time, money and a pain! I give up!

I went to this place last Sunday and had him put a tire on and balance another tire there a cross threaded all of the lugnuts my wheel came off on the freeway .just drive it here and we'll take care of it, I can't drive my car anymore because I can't bolt the rims on, all of the lugnuts have been cross-threaded and fell off.Nobody's there or on the phone that I called will give me their name.I will literally came off on the freeway and they wont do anything about.Well willingly they wont I'm going to sue them

Truly experienced comfort when it came to letting them work on my car (my baby) not overly tightening my lugnuts, I rather see the cross pattern applied when torquing the wheels but ita ok it wasn't a gorilla installing them. And that matters when you spend 2500 on rims and tires.

They wanted to charge me $45 for used 195/65/15 tires. New they cost $42 plus $15 install. Don't shop here, they will rip you off.
