Beware...They charged me 250.00 for a cable that was in perfect condition. I asked if they would send me a photo of the damaged cable,they said they and never sent it. Frauds..Crooks

Giving a 5 star review is not typically my thing, especially in this situation, though when you receive the level of professionalism that I received from Kyle, then it is. Myself, I have worked in the customer service field for much of my career and have a high expectation. Kyle's service and follow through were impeccable, and the way he made me feel like another human being was truly the part that got me; in this business it is very typical to not be treated the best. Thank you for the professional service that we all deserve. And give this man a raise!

This is the 2nd interlock company I've dealt with. This whole situation SUCKED!! I will say the first company I dealt with was a NIGHTMARE! Nothing but issue after issue. I finally had enough and called Skyfine. They have been extremely helpful from the start. Their prices are so much better than any other company. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

So rude ! Over charge you and give excuses told me they had to charge me $150 for a tech to come service my car because they were busy but the tech texted me saying how free he was he could come early !!!! I called and spoke to a rep that was new and said I was lying when I asked to speak to a manager he said he doesn t have the authority to transfer me and when I said it s messed up he s treating people like this during a pandemic/recession and he said weren t not in a pandemic anymore he said I would have to call back to get any further help this is fraud and I will dispute the charges

I rate them five stars because they forgot to contact on me on Saturday and a guy by the name of dave who's number I had saved I called him and gave him my code number so he can service it. He wasn't even working but was concerned so I can get to work.. great customer service and thanks to dave
