Oh it was a pleasure who doesn't I go into an auto store All the things you'd ever want so I'm not the quality you need but still cool I go into home Depot every man has to walk every aisle most of the time unless they're better half for their other half or their boss expect you to be quicker than that but any Man that is one but probably walk every aisle I think a project she could do and the more projects you can do if he was alone. But then what are we here for to get married and get projects we would have our own far as our cars go but we'll always have to maintain a woman's no offense none meant just been some experiences there is oil there's gas there's water there is grease there are components that need lubricating and cooling there are others who need fuel for firing and there are others who need them sweet coolness of antifreeze and water to keep it cool and not forget nature's element air and our tires That's not let them get low

Great customer service. Luis helped my son and I professionally and efficiently. Couldn't have asked for better service. The store was well stocked too. I live quite a distance from this store but it's hard to find good customer service. I will definitely be coming back here.

Never fails, always helpful and friendly. That motozone in paradise hills San Diego is the worst customer service anywhere I have been. But O'Reilly down the street always does me right and saved my butt from being stuck more then once

Poor customer service. I came in to buy a car part. The sales cashier help me find the part in the system. Say it will need to be delivered and assured me it would be in by 4pm that day. I say that's great and pay and leave to come back at 4pm. I arrive and am told that the time quoted and on my receipt is wrong and give it another 30min. If that was the case I would have gotten it else where and not gotten lied to about the times and availability of the part.I am now never going to shop with Oreilly. I will not support a company that lies to it's customers.

Ok so I ordered a $20 part on line decide to do in store pick up.I called and asked if the part arrived, was told yes.(was not told to bring ID) Cool. I walk down from my home about a 1/2 mile cruse/walk down their at around 830 pm..I ask for the part the assistant manager gets it and then he tells me I need to see your ID....ok..I didn't bring my ID..I have my debit card I used...he tells me I can't give you the part...ok..so now what? Walk back get id walk back for part? Negative I ask him to cancel the order...he then ask for my card to credit my account...with no ID....he said he could not let the part go because he didn't know if I truly ordered the part...but he will credit my credit card 20 bucks with no ID..makes total sense right...wow I walked home part-less.. and I just ordered my part for 12 bucks at Amazon free shipping delivery next day no ID required..lame experience O'Reilly has gone down in service..

Customer service was decent but when they ordered me a new battery, the one they showed me was used and old. They also don't call you when your order arrives or there's an issue with it.

Oreillys has TWO PRICES.. really cheap junk prices, and much more expensive prices. Its YOUR FAULT for buying the cheap parts. The really expensive parts, are OVERPRICED middle of the road quality. This is how they sell a $20 part for $60. You think that the $60 part is good quality, because the cheap part is only $10, nope, the $60 part is only worth $20. Ha ha. you got fooled, and Oreilly made bank on you. Went to Oreilly for a part, that they wanted to charge me $99, bought it on ebay, for $20. figure that one out. AND. the part is still on my car, 3 years later. Adios Oreilly.

A worker was on his break and went out of his way to help us with some issues we had with our van. He was extremely helpful and made me appreciate that store so much more.

This is probably the best location in San Diego kind of crazy that there's an AutoZone literally next door but to be honest there's no way I would go to AutoZone as opposed to going to O'Reilly's first this location is by far the bee's knees the employees are on point super friendly and very helpful! I had to get my brakes done and had no idea how to do it but by the time I walked out of there I was damn near perfectional!

Always calm, collected, and courteous. Plenty of stock rightly priced. The alternative to the big boy on the block next door.

Oreilly they are rude and not polote at all .. And they would never respect your lifetime warranty . they woulf try to tell youthat the number you give its not in the system ans practically force you to buy the same part again. Always no matter what save your recipt warranty . and parts are not a good quality .. Its more expensive that autozone for the same quality parts as autzone . try to research other auto parts store before buying here
