I needed to replace a tire and they sold me a Michelin for $70. I was only there for less than 25 minutes.I feel sorry for the dog. Nobody was willing to play with him. And needs a bath.

Great customer service only tire shop opened on Sunday in Chula Vista I called 5 mins before they closed due to having a nail in my tired they waited for me got tired patched looking like new again. Highly recommend Hercules Tire Shop to friends and family

Got 2 tires for 60 each. A tire they sold me went flat on the freeway the next day. I Went back and they would not exchange it out. They want to charge me for a new tire. I Could of got brand new tires at budget tires for this price. 180 for brand new tires with warrenty at budget tires.I always took all my cars here since the old spot. but i will never go back again.

Went in yesterday for two tires but not before being quoted on the phone $150 twice. Then again quoted the same at the tire rack before instalation. Paid my bill and next morning noticed I was charged $250. Called them and the same man said yeah he was the one that qouted me and installed my tires. And he said I misunderstood. No I didn't. Sitting in my car I over hear him say to his co worker that he did the 100 thing again. But I thought nothing of it. Well now it makes sense. And after I called about the situation he tells me if I come in again they'll give me discount on the next service. I won't go back and I'll spread the word. Stay away.

The tire I received was a bit sketchy. It makes the car feel different. I think $55 for a used tire is a bit high.

Worst shop ever! Horrible customer service no one is wearing a mask nor any of the customers and to top it off I called prior to coming to ask for prices the gave me price for my two used tires I had to have my car towed so I had that done then the man tells me your the guy I just got off the phone with I said yes he then go gets the tires form the back and puts them on mind u I went to get out the exact cash of what I was quoted they are down I go to pay and he now tells me it is 60$ more than what he just stated 30mins prior on the phone. I asked them to take them off that took them another 30mins. Waste of my time day and money for my tow I would never recommend this place to anyone!! But I would recommend the tires shop next door Aaron s tires they took care of me and it was fast all has on mask and was way cheaper of my original quote from this scam of a place.

They fixed my flat tire that had a screw in it. I have no problem with the service and fair price. What I do have an issue with is that the two persons doing the work and taking payments didn't seem concerned or interested in wearing a mask that in these troubling times is a good idea, not only to keep customers safe but for their own safety considering that we saw at least 1 customer arrive not wearing a mask either.

They re scammers STAY AWAY. I bought 4 set used tires i paid $250 than same day i got alignment from other place. But these tires conditions so poor my steering wheel shakes badly. I went back this store 2 times they didn t accept return their tires even they acted like my car has other issues. After day that happened i went other store and i got other 4 set tires i drive smooth no problem. Don t believe this guys they services not worth it even $1.

I just left the shop, and the service was very good and fairly quick for the amount of things that were done. I bought 18 in rims and wanted to swap them with my 17 s on my BMW. Bought two used Bridgestone 255/40/18 with 90% tread left for $100! Along with wheel balancing for front two and valve stems for all 4, it only came out to $180. Highly recommend for anyone in the Chula Vista area.

Best place for tires! They treat everyone alike whether or not you speak Spanish or are brown. Other places vary prices depending on how you look, these are honest people. They treated my father of European ancestry with the same respect they would treat someone like me (Hispanic).

I STARTED MY DAY BY HAVING TO VISIT A TIRE SHOP TO PATCH A SMALL HOLE . I SHOWED THE THE YOUNG MAN WERE I MARKED THE HOLE . CAUSE I PULLED OUT THE SMALL NAIL MYSELF HEARD THE COMING OUT. HE TOOK THE TIRE PUT IT IN THE TUB OF WATER WERE YOU WOULD SEE BUBBLES COMING OUT OF HOLE . THE ATTENDANT CALLED ME OVER AND I WAS THINKING HERE WE GO IT'S WORSE THEN I THOUGHT . AND IT'S GOING TO COST ME . TO MY SURPRISE HE TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO LEAK . AND NO CHARGE . I SAID AT LEAST LET ME GIVE YOU SOMETHING FOR CHECKING THE TIRE HE SAID NOTHING AND PUT TIRE BACK. I GAVE Him Some MONEY FOR HIS WORK AND THANKED HIM FOR BEING AN HONEST MAN. HE COULD HAVE TOOK MY MONEY SO EASY BUT HE Didn't . I AM SO HAPPY I FOUND A TIRE SHOP WERE I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT BEING RIPED OFF. I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE I KNOW TO GO TO HERCULES TIRE AND NOT HAVE ANY WORRIES ABOUT BEING RIPED OFF.

Used tires for when life happens. These guys will also patch your tires for $12, they wont try to up sell you, since there is nothing to upsell. Its great for when you are in a bind. No frills just tires at a good price.

I went there a couple days ago needed two tires figured i would be in & out wrong 1hr very high prices. My rims got all scratched up and they gave me 2 different sizes of tires. Yeah they may make a quivk buck. But loose more in the long run.

Great service! I went to three other tire shops to find out why two of my tires keep getting deflated the these guys fixed it. Would totally recommend this guys, my go to place for tire repair while I m working in Cali.

I went to Hercules tire shop and was quickly greeted by Mario! He definitely helped me get some good tires on my car! Price was reasonable and service was extremely quick!

They were very courteous and quick. We went to about 5 other tire shops looking for the right size. They had it and installed in minutes.

These workers are so helpful, I went there in need of a tire, when we went to look into the trunk for the rim of my tire it wasnt there. I was given a rim and tire at a very affordable rate. I was told to relax calm down because they would help. I would think that would be a service from pep boys but nope here they are so professional! thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

On the 18th of April during Covid19s Quorintine living situations I needed a new reused tire and the guys there jumped to help me. And what made me so happy with their survive was when I forgot my tire key and I called a day later. The person on the phone was not there the day before so he did not know but when I went back 6 days later on the 25th I pulled up and told the young guy and he remembered me calling and they found it. I was so happy with Ramon the boss and the young guy with the great memory. I will return.

Went in for a tire patch....came out with a missing lug nut and tire air cap. Customer service is pretty sh*tty too. The patch didn't even last me a day either. Waste of time and money.

They took advantage of the situation I have a nail in my tire I pull out the nail in the tire start leaking air we stop by to get a plug it took him a 20 minute to put the plug which is 1minute job and then he charge me 20 Dollar Way over price

I m not quite sure what s going on but there seems to be a lot of businesses that are recording that they are open and are not and I do not think that it s a mistake of coronavirus. If you re not open on Sunday please put in Google that you re not open in place correct hours.
