Jose and Junior were very helpful and articulate in explaining what services they recommend and then provided in addition what issues they found. They were very thorough; they were able to apply my coupons. I walked in with no appointment, 90 minutes before they were closing and I was able to get an life time alignment, full vehicle inspection+ and an oil change and a car care package. For less than $300. Great value, service, speed. I'll be returning.

How easy could it be? I scheduled a Saturday appointment and a day later I received a call. The booked time was taken and a Sunday time was offered. I went in, received the service I requested in a reasonable amount of time, the building was clean and presentable, and left with repair done right the first time! I would recommend this location to my friends and family.

I recently replaced the suspension on my 2007 Honda Element SC. I installed coil overs on all 4 wheels, lower control arms, ball joints and tie rod ends. The coil overs were installed to improve maneuverability and lower the car a few inches. After all of this work was done, I needed an alignment. I visited Firestone on Broadway and was told the price of their standard alignment package. As soon as I mentioned the new custom suspension, he doubled the price and offered no warranty for the work, not to mention I had to make an appointment that was 4 days later. I promptly left the business and headed to another alignment place on Broadway. Here, the guy told me he could do it, the price was more or less what the standard alignment package was at Firestone (no doubling prices here), did it in 30 minutes and gave me a 5-month warranty on his work. This is what I was looking for, something priced reasonably, done quickly and with a warranty. I think Firestone needs to change their approach for cases like mine. Doubling the price just because I had coil overs on all 4 wheels and new suspension components doesn t make the alignment more complicated and to offer no warranty is not ideal. It was almost like the manager there didn t want me to do it there. For now, I am putting Firestone in my blacklist of places I will not be doing business with in the future.

Made appointment on-line day prior after getting tires replaced and within an hour it was confirmed for the time I asked for. Great service that walked me through the free use of the alignment. Checkout assistance informed me of the upcoming maintenance and their quotes/appointment process.Staff and all employees were very friendly and helpful. Waiting area was very clean and nice!10/10 will recommend and return if needed!

Julio and his team helped me out when I came in 10 minutes before closing time because of a tire pressure light on my vehicle. Without question they pulled the tire off inspected it checked for any damage put it back on and got me out the door before they even closed. Five star service I highly recommend this Firestone

Bait and switch. Quoted me 110 to do my alignment online, made an appointment and dropped it off. They called me to say it s not a normal car because it s an ev and they need to charge me 250. Long story, short. I wasted an hour of my life and ended up getting the alignment done at pepboys for 100

If I could give -5 stars I would. The incompetence and unprofessionalism is appalling here. Please read this and do not go here, this incident happened today. I called and was told to bring in car to patch tire and wait time would be 1 hr. I show up and got told it would be 1 to 2 hr wait, which I didn t mind at all. 3.5 hours pass by and I decide to walk in and ask if everything was okay. I come to find out they haven t even started the repair on the tire, I then was told it would be ready in 20 min. Another hr passes and they said it s not ready yet and I noticed they haven t even taken off the tire yet lol. 3 technicians and 2 front desk associates and they were all asking each other when it would be ready. Clearly, they didn t want to perform the service. I left with my car and now I m at main st getting it patched and the man here said 25 mins lol. I hope the owner knows what s really going on, take in mind this was for a patch repair, imagine when it s real engine work lmao. You d have to leave your car for half a year.

I have 10 minutes on the phone to make an appointment to get my tires put on, I don't want to imagine the service...I'm scared since the bad reviews of this place are very frequent...the owner of this store will know the bad reviews what their employees give!!

I normally don't write reviews but I had such an unpleasant experience here that I needed to share. I went in for a simple tire rotation and a general inspection on my 2012 Honda civic for only 22$ which to be fair, was a great deal. The man told me they could get it done that same day and that I would only take "a couple of hours to do". I was willing to wait a couple of hours but I ended up waiting over 6 hours for my car to be finally done. Honestly, that would've been fine too but if the person had told me it would take more that " a couple of hours" I would've arranged a ride. At the end, they eneded up giving me a quote to do more work on my car because supposedly my car had 1000$ worth of issues that needed to be taken care of. The following day I went to a more reliable and honest car mechanic shop and I had told them that, according to Firestone, I needed to get all this work done and that is was going to be 1000$. The mechanic took a quick look at "everything that needed to be done" and he said that literally nothing is wrong with my car. Most of the stuff they brought up wasn't due to be serviced yet and the belt that supposedly needed to be changed urgently was completely fine. Please be aware of what they quote you for work on you car. Yes 22$ for a tire rotation was a great deal but it was not worth sitting 6 hours and being lied to at the end of all that.

Lisa provided me with the best service. She was very helpful with helping my both of my parent s vehicles. She went above and beyond to make sure that all their car needs and questions were taken care of. My Dad is a 100% disabled veteran and Lisa was able to honor a 10% military discount to ease the cost of their vehicle service. I will definitely be coming here again and I highly recommend this Firestone Complete Auto Service branch location. I received outstanding customer service from Julio the GM, his professionalism and friendliness is hard to find in the industry. I came in for new tires and alignment and left a very happy customer. Definitely recommend this Firestone and Julio as your service advisor.

Friendly and exceptionally customer service. They tell you upfront about everything and good prices. Judith, Julio and Christian has been very welcoming, patient and have a positive altitude based on my interaction and experience with them. Thankful that they found I had a hose leak when recharging the A/C! They know what they re doing and what s best for the customer! Will be coming for future preventative maintenance for my car!

I had a great experience at this location. I wasnt happy about the difference in pricing from online vs in-person when I spoke to the first CSR. Sadly, I was cranky and I gave him some pushback. He tried to break it down but I was upset. Sorry to this gentleman. Its not his fault. In addition, Judith wanted to understand my frustration. She was wonderful and did her best to ensure my understanding of the breakdown. She provided me the information and we worked things out. She has great customer service and genuinely cared. I will definitely come back as a regular to this location.

Lisa helped me turn a terrible day into a good one. One of my tires exploded on the way to work and I was barely able to make it on time. I called Firestone as soon as they opened and Lisa walked me through buying a perfect set of four tires with warranty. The best part is I didn t know my rim size so she made sure there were tires that fit 18 and 19 inch rims. I was able to drop my car off on my lunch break and pick it up at the end of the day with four new tires and a wheel alignment. I drove home safe and happy. Thanks Lisa.

This is for the one located on 430 BROADWAY in Chula Vista.$2,144!!! Incredibly DISSAPOINTED in their LACK of INTEGRITY and their attempt to completely swindle me. I took my car in on Friday 8/27/2021 to "fix" my AC. While checking it in, they asked if I wanted to change spark plugs and other "routine" stuff they do to cars when getting "this type of service" I said no thanks, and informed them that I had recently had a new engine put in. It was approximately 4:57 (they close at 6). I told them it was blowing air, but just not cold air. I left it and went for a walk...approx 25 minutes later (exactly 5:25 according to my call log) they called back saying they'd looked at the car and it needed a new compressor, that it also needed expansion valves plus AC evacuate & recharge + labor I was looking at a total of $2,144.71! I told them I couldn't afford to get that work done at the moment and walked back to pick it up, paid 49.99 for the check up. In talking to a friend, he suggested I take it to his guy because the quote from Firestone looked bogus to him. He mentioned his mechanic was an honest guy who took care of his clients...I took it, he did an evac & recharge for $200 and the AC is perfect! I was happy I found John, but also very disappointed and discouraged by my experience with Firestone and the fact that, had I been able to afford the work I may have done it, trusting that they were honest in their "professional" assessment. Shame on you for deceiving people like that. ATTACHED QUOTE OF RECOMMENDED WORK

Had a good experience with the crew at Firestone today. I had an oil change, tire rotation and a Lifetime wheel alignment. Julio was a great help. The mechanic working on my truck found an issue with my anti sway system in the front while rotating my wheels. Good observation on his part.I'll be going back for a Radiator Flush in the next week or so.Happy camper here!

I have a lowered car and have been struggling to find a shop to do an alignment. Even with that, they were able to do a same-day (made the appointment the morning of) alignment in a reasonable time. Car feels great. Customer service was great, heavily recommend.
