Went in to fix a flat and Discount tire is usually very good with that. They informed me the flat on the new tire was unrepairable for which I understood. The associate offered me a tire that didn't match at around $300 as I declined since it didn't match. Then he offered to sell me a "used tire" for $70. To my understandind, Discount Tire doesn't sell used tires so I declined as the transaction felt FRAUDULENT. The tire offered wasn't even the right size for that matter. Felt the salesman was a bit shady and decided to go to a different shop.Never had issues at this location but I'll never go back there again.

Got a bolt stuck in my tire and went to Discount Tire on Broadway in Chula Vista. After seeing really good reviews and making an appt online (super easy btw) they patched my tire for no charge. They seemed so happy to help me. I'll be going there when I need to buy tires. It was my first time doing business with them. I highly recommend this location.

Got a crazy puncture in my tire and couldn't wait for anything. Drove right over and they took great care of me. I bought previous tires there in the summer but I guess I cheated out and didn't buy the hazard protection. They still took great care of me and now have a new tire and hazard protection. In and out in an hour without an appointment

Got a great price for 3 new Arizona tires. Great service and informative. I recently bought 2 Pathfinder all seasonal 245/60R18. Used the Barona Casino winnings to buy my niece her tires.

Here at Discount tire Broadway Chula Vista, free flat tire fix even if I bought the tires elsewhere. Awesome . I will return here for my tires purchases.

I set up an appointment 1 week before, I showed up and waited. After the wait, they told me they couldn't find the socket to remove my tires.. you would think that they would have everything ready seeing as how they knew i was scheduled that day.. 1st and last time going there. If I could give them no stars on the rating I would, what a waste of time.

They DAMAGED 2 Wheels stripping 3 lug nuts!I have used Discount Tires (Arizona) in the past and was pleased. BUT this Discount Tires location damaged my wheels. I bought one tire and rotated the rest. All but 1 of the rims were stock Toyota rims. My spare was stock rim which I had them swap out so I could run on all stock rims keeping my spare as the non-stock rim.The staff that did the grunt work (actual tire exchanges) were extremely fast - maybe too fast. In mounting the rims they managed to strip 3 lug nuts, two on one wheel and one lug nut on another. When the manager brought this to my attention he appeared extremely nervous and defensive. He actually blamed me for faulty lug nuts? He said he could guarantee the one wheel, with only 3 of the 5 lug nuts in place, wouldn't fall off and suggested I get it fixed asap. He didn't apologize maybe because he felt it would be admitting guilt. Also worth noting our conversation lasted all of about 60 seconds and he abruptly just walked away. Only sorry I didn't catch his name. I was only in town for 2 days and HAD to get this fixed before the 1,100 mile drive back down to Cabo.Nervously driving around, at times on the freeway, I managed to find another local tire shop which replaced the lug nuts ($180). He said this was not the first time he has replaced lug nuts that were stripped out by Discount Tires.Side note:Before I pulled out of the Discount Tires stall I pointed to the laborer that my low tire pressure light was still on. He said it was a battery inside the sensor on the tire which had to be replaced. Well he was wrong - turns out the light went out on its own after few miles of driving. This is normal behavior on a 2012 Toyota Sienna.Never again Discount Tires.

This location is usually always on point. There was only maybe one or two times they are not. Usually, I get an excellent service. It would have been excellent if the wipers they installed on my daughter's car was correct. Since it's been since January and my daughter no longer live in SD, we decided for her to buy it somewhere else and get it replaced. Although , the store was willing to replace it with the correct size, my daughter decided to get it done at Walmart instead.

I usually go to the H st location, but they had a few hour wait for a tire rotation, i didnt stay., but then i happened to stop by the Chula Vista mall on Broadway & saw the discount tire, 45 min wait!

What a pleasant experience! I went to this location like a year ago, but one of my tires just popped so I'm currently sitting in another Discount Tire on the other side of the country while they fix it for me and I was like "gee, those guys were great too. I should write a review." Kyle was my salesperson, he was very kind and communicative. Thanks!

I left this store having had maintenance done.. while on the road my tire started deflating. I had to return immediately and wait to have my vehicle reserviced. This is the second time this happens. At another discount tire out of state my vehicle completely deflated.. I was traveling out of state how safe is that.. not reliable employees or under qualified, careless? What is it?

Employees are really polite, informative, throughout and quick. They fixed my flat due to a nail being stuck in there for over a month. Despite taking it to another place beforehand and them telling me the tires were fine. Thank you guys.

They were nice friendly people working at the tire shop. I needed a tire balanced at American Tire. I purchased all six tires from American Tire. It was a different manager at American Tire. He refused to balance the tire. I asked him why? He said that the tire is no longer good and that violated California tire code. I asked show me the code. He said no. I called B.A.R. and it was suggested by the representative to go to a different tire store. That's why I was at Discount Tire and they balanced the tire on my work truck.

They found the slow leak in my tire that another shop 1 block away could not. They were quick, courteous, and did not even charge for this repair. They've earned my business for next time I need new tires.

I've been going the them a long time. I had a problem with one tire and they worked with me to keep the cost down. My SUV needs the same tires on the same axle. so now I have two new tires

I had to take my wheels and tires from my 2017 MX-5 for flat repair on 6/6/18 morning. I intentionally took just the wheels and tires, already dismounted from the car with center cap off, marked the section of the tire with the nail, to make it simpler and minimize potential error for the shop. Discount tire was not crowded and was greeted by Hiram, went over the wheel/tire, condition of the wheel (flawless), and asked him to be please very careful as it's in perfect condition. Hiram assured that it will not be scratched as they uses the "touchless" machines. I've also asked to be careful when balancing the tires as that metal mount can often scrape up the center part of the wheel (happened before). Hiram mentioned that he will communicate to the worker to be careful when working on the wheel.The job was assigned to Louis who I observed the whole process and you can tell he was trained to go quickly as possible. In the observation, I did notice he was using the metal pry bar without the plastic cover and leveraging into the paint side of the rim to get the tire off. The job was done quickly, in about 20 minutes. I checked the wheels immediately after it was completed, focusing on the where the pry bar was leveraged and sure enough, it was scratched, as you can see in the picture. I showed it to Louis immediately and he was very apologetic. Also in the conversation, I did find out that Louis was only on the job for 2 months as tire installer, so I would really question why Hiram had him do this job when he knew I was specifically requesting to be very careful. When I showed it to Hiram, his immediate response was pry bar or installation wouldn't cause this type of scratch, etc., typical defensive response. I know all it takes is not so clean pry bar, not protected by plastic cover, leveraging and sliding against the painted rim edge would exactly cause this scratch as I observed.I had to get to work and I just didn't feel like spending time arguing so ended up leaving the shop without resolution.When I got home, I also did notice the wheel center sections has also paint chipped along with several chip marks in the wheel barrel as well.They are fast and their workers do try hard but once issue arises, it would be difficult to resolve. I understand painted wheels are very difficult to manage without scratch but lack of responsibility when issue arises is concerning.I can't recommend this Discount Tire for the reasons above.

Today was only a free air pressure check and tread review. Pleasant staff. Not common for most organizations offering a complimentary service. Have purchased all my most recent tires here and will return.

The crew at Discount Tire is 100% the best in the business. Every time I contact them they give me the best options and I never feel like I'm being pushed into buying. Their customer service is top notch and I've never had a bad experience with one single person. I've been taking my vehicles to them for years and will continue to do so for life. Victor mentioned a good deal fo tire upgrade and buy back of the tires I had. He did not pressure me in any way. He was proceeding with rotating my tires as I had originally asked. I requested him to go ahead and quote me the buy back plan and approved it because it made sense and was a good deal.
