Very Disappointed! I had a repair that required removing the gas tank, when they did the repair they knocked the air box loose, on the ride home it ran horribly so I called Andrew when i got home and told him what happened. He said to bring it in, but after they looked at it, he said the mechanic denied there was any problem whatsoever and that i needed to pay for a diagnostic service, so i showed them the disconnected air box from the intake. He said that he had to get the manager involved. After about 2 hours they said I would have to pay again for them to fix their mistake. They originally said that the repair took 1 hour labor ($180) because they had to remove the tank which sits directly above the air box, i said that was a bit much for the repair since it was only a kill switch on the handle bar. They said that they would not charge for a full hour if it did not take that long. Today they must have forgotten that they told me that because they said that they did not even remove the tank for the repair, which is what they said the extra labor was for. There are about 6 bolts that hold the fairing on, and another 2 for the gas tank, I could fix it myself in about 30 minutes but when I pay $200 labor for a 30min repair, it becomes a matter of principal. I understand that people make mistakes, had they just fixed their mistake instead of trying to make me think I was imagining things, it would have been less time consuming, and I would have written them a wonderful review. I have submitted a complaint with the state B.A.R. as well. I am very disappointed in Del Amo motorsports service department and would not recommend anyone to go there.

This place is literal garbageTheir prices, their labor, their diagnostics, predatory tactics and waste of timeAt the end they never hold their partOf the deal and always find a way to make it tour fault and not theirsEmployees at the parts and service ignore you an chit chat with each other while customers wait with or without a line waiting or they just play on their computer neglecting the customers waitingThe only atentive employee is the girl next to the entrance that takes your helmet and back pack but that s about itNot doing business with this shady dealer

Fantastic. In all my years most service departments act like you are just lucky to be there.I recommend Andrew who will walk you through each part of the process. And if he tells you he will return your calls, he does. Well done Del Amo!

The sales manager is very insulting and decieving. They called in the morning about a motorcycle i want to buy. I told them to put it on reservation and i will arrive at 3pm. After 3 hours since their call, i arrived at 2:40pm. They made me wait for almost 2 hours in the store just to say someone just bought the bike while i was waiting. They do not honor their word and will sell you off to the highest bidder after making you wait for hours. It is a bad business practice.... i will never have business with them ever. I will go to another motorcycle dealer. Althougth Gamboa, a sales agent is the best. I feel bad for him losing a costumer due to bad management. He should work somewhere else because his workplace never honor their word of reserving a unit on the same day you will arrive.

I was in the store for 35 minutes. Not 9nce was asked to be helped or even acknowledged. When I made my purchase 8 wasn't asked a thing, no eye contact. Nothing. The only thing anyone in the store said was "do you want a receipt". I'll never return to this store

I love my bike, but the experience was/is terrible. My sales person neglected to provide me with the paper work that I needed to sign before the bike could be relased for shipment to Texas. Long story short, two pick-up attempts were called off by Del Amo when the carrier arrived. This cost me and additional $200. I didn't receive the bike until 4 weeks after making payment. I have yet to receive the title and can't get an update as the entire staff ignores my voicemails, emails, and texts. I've asked for the general manager but they won't even tell me his/her name. I bought a can am with them, I had the best experience, I live far from that place, but it is worth the drive until there is the best price and more selection.
