Excellent company! We called Busy Bee to replace the locks on our front door.We were pleasantly surprised.They quickly returned our call.The locksmith arrived the same day in just a few hours. He was on time, pleasant, and professional. He completed our job in a few minutes.It was all very good.The price was fair.We have already recommended Busy Bee to a family member.

The dead key fob for my 2008 Prius was a real challenge but the Busy Bee folks were like - Challenge Accepted - and I went home with a totally new, fully functional key fob! Hats off to Mike, Nate and Zane from a very pleased customer!!

Toyota quoted me $484 for 1 new key that wouldn t be ready until the next day. Jeff Thompson reprogrammed my spare key and reshelled my broken key for less than half of that in about 20 mins. So two working keys for half the price and way less time!!! Win win win. Thank you so much Jeff!!!

Fantastic service! I requested help and got an appointment for the very next day. Busy Bees were flexible setting up the appointment according to my needs. Nestor showed up right on time and did an excellent job rekeying the locks to our home. He is very courteous and professional. I definitely will call in the future for any locksmith services.

Fast same day service had a tech here within a hour of calling, he was able to reprogram and fix the problem fast and communicated throughout the process was the third company I had come out to reprogram and was the first success very satisfied customer

Jeff was just here and I am back in my car after retrieving keys locked in trunk. Thought I needed a new key but Jeff knew how to pop the trunk and saved the day. I m in town for my moms funeral so Jeff and Busy Bees saved the day. Very good service and communication. Thanks!

Ebin was a great technician very pleased with his work performance. My only complaint was the cost of the service fee and the parts because you have to buy everything separately that didn t set well with me. It s in a kit but you don t get everything in it unless you buy it separately. We had to order the cylinder separately from the optimum 30mm lock body assembly we used the same or else that would be another $100 who knows$415 dollars later!!! Ouch! Over the phone quote was a lot different than the actualGilbert Villavicencio

Dagan was my tech and he was incredibly. He let me know he was on his way and he arrived earlier than expected. Dagan was very knowledgeable and changed the locks on my entire house. He cleaned the area after and installing on each door and packaged all the old parts neatly! I would highly recommend Busy Bees for all your locksmith needs and I would 100% ask for Dagan! You will not be disappointed!!

Lost some keys including some that fit older, oddball locks. They had the blanks that fit...sorta. Brought in the lock that didn't work and they were able to grind a little and make it fit. I also lost the key to my truck and they were able to make a replacement in a half hour. Quick and professional service.

Appreciate how thorough he was getting needed information to complete the job. He explained why ID verification was necessary, tested both keys to ensure functionality and what I needed to do if and when I find the old key.
