Very unhappy with service. Their system always shows that they have it in stock and when youbwalk in to purchase. Their shelf box is empty. Obviously here, someone is messing up with their inventory.

Best place to buy your parts for a lifetime warranty. Great customer service. They also do a wonderful job of keeping track of your purchases.

I was assisted by Juan C. on my last visit to this store. He was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. In addition to helping me pick out the many things I purchased, he helped check to see if they could be installed since I was missing some parts. Juan's professionalism will keep me coming back to this AutoZone for all my automotive needs.

I had a dead battery but was able to jump start the car to get to Autozone. They tested my battery & verified it needed replacing. The manager was a young lady who was very professional, helped me pick a battery & even helped me replace the old battery. I think I was there only 15-20 mins & was then back on the road. Great work!

I would give this location a 5 star but unfortunately when calling the store they totally forget about you and leave you on hold for the longest time. Otherwise, the counter people (Mario & Raul) whom I deal with actually go above and beyond. I'm actually on-hold and have been for 30 minutes.

Came in with a battery for warranty service. I had 3 different people give me three different answers, then the manager came out and said he'd look into it for me. 10 minutes later I gave up waiting for him, and on the way out I saw him in the middle of a completely different task. Not only are they incompetent, they are discourteous.

I've come to AutoZone several times but most recently came here for a new battery. They were helpful and guided us toward affordable options. Will definitely come back for future auto needs.

Typically at other locations i tell them give me the deal for oil and filter and they do. The gentleman at this location tries selling me some package with 2 funnels, oil pan and oil for 40 bux or so. I dont need the extras. For me it wasnt a bad experience however it wasnt over the top either

Clerk and store manager were very helpful ana fast. HUGE difference from poor customer service at other Auto Zone located down the street near Broadway and E st. Staff is condescending and usually don't know what they're talking about so I ended up going to O'Reilly's next door.

Quick and easy in and out the door. There's a book in front of the parts near the entrance that has all of the parts (air filters/ oil filters etc.) listed by make, model, and year of the car in case you don't feel like waiting in line to ask. They also offer military discount, and have plenty of parts and accessories to choose from.

NOT HAPPY WITH AUTO ZONE. They have turned into the 7-11 of auto parts stores. No one speaks english, if they do, its their second language. Maybe all the english speaking people in san diego BUY NEW CARS??? The parts you buy, are ALL made in China. I do MUCH better buying on EBAY, and I buy a LOT of auto parts. The prices are the highest they can charge. They will nickle and dime you to death.

Very helpful and accommodating team at this location. My fuel pump committed suicide on me and my truck limped to this AutoZone from the freeway.They went above and beyond to help when they really didn't have to.They managed to help me and still deal with the many customers inside so the line didn't start creeping too long.I've been to other locations where the older woman in front of me needed their help to put a quart of oil in their car and I end up waiting ten minutes because of it but these guys were on it.They run a good store over there. Highly recommend this location.Thanks guys.

I found out that both break lights on my Jeep so I stopped in at AutoZone the store worker Tejah helped me out by letting me know not to worry that he would be able to put in new brake lights for me so I purchased the new light bulbs and Tejah was true to his word he took out the old light bulbs and put in the new light bulbs for me and I had been able to make a appointment that I had been on my way for so i just wanted to thank Tejah once again for all his help. If anyone has a car issue like the one I had I do believe Tejah would be able to help you like he had helped me!

They had the bulb I needed, bought it and walked out in no time at all. The manager took me to the aisle and picked out the bulb himself. Excellent customer service!

It's always a good visit at this AutoZone from the store manager to the bottom of the list of workers I have to say they are great help . I have gone to other AutoZone stores and it's not to friendly but here on Jst and Broadway it's great . I do have to say this 65% of the time I have to travel to another AutoZone for some reason they don't have what I'm looking for . It's an inconvenience, but not only this one all of them are like that always get sent to the HUB AutoZone! Why

Horrible Customer Service. Never recommendingI may not know about cars....but at least I know about custumer service. I was attened by "Frank" who didnt say hello nor anything seemed very bothered to help. I asked about license plate lights...again I do not know much about cars.... I was hoping for the associate to tell me about the options or brands...all he did was look it up on the cumpter went to look for a pair and handed them to me.... like zero communication.... then i asked if there can be someone who can help me put the lights [or at least show me] and he went to ask another associate who they began to just back and forth... you can say no... i understand if its not part of your job.. i wasnt expecting for anyone to do the work ... i just wanted assistance... i ended up just walking out. Very unhappy and unpleasant customer service.
