Brought my Vento Rocketman 250 here due to idling and oil problems. I brought it in for diagnostics they found that my battery and fluids were running low. They had a brand new battery and fluids topped off the next day ready for pickup. My bike is fixed and running like new! Id like to thank Juanita for keeping great communication never taking a long time to reply to my questions. Herman also for following up on future preventive maintenance. Will be coming back here for all of my future services. 5 Star Customer Service! Best shop in Chula Vista!

This place is beyond awesome. I was extremely satisfied by the excellent customer service and by the excellent work they did on my motorcycle. Herman, Juanita, and all the rest of the workers are very nice. They always make you feel welcome and in my opinion they're very experts at what they do. I am very happy with the way they fixed my motorcycle. My motorcycle is running great thanks to them. I will definitely be coming back and make this my go to place for all my motorcycle needs. I definitely recommend them. Thank you so much Advance Motorsports, you guys are amazing.

Brought two quads here to get repaired. Raptor 660 and Honda 400ex. Both were taken care of in a matter of days. This place is great!! Got full explanation of the problems and what it was going to take to fix them. Communication was excellent! Couldn't be happier! Fair prices too! Definitely recommend!

Honestly hadn t used Advance Motorsports before and they were recommended to me by a tow truck driver, but man am I glad I listened! I brought in a 2007 Honda vtx 1300 that was basically dead and they provided quality service that brought it back to life. They provided a systemic break down of all the service and parts that were needed and why they were necessary and got it all down in a timely manner. Not only that, but they were super communicative about the process and everything that I might need to know about the bike itself. They basically handed me a brand new bike, so I ll definitely be coming back again if anything comes up in the future!Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Brake service & repair

I was in a bind to trying to find a few parts, oils, and accessories for a few of my motorcycles for an upcoming trip. I had tried calling around to multiple places and no one seemed to be able to help, until I called Advanced Motorsports! I called, and left a message within five minutes I got a voicemail back from the owners asking what parts and accessories I was looking for, I responded back with my list and and told me that they will call me back in 30 minutes. About 15 minutes later I was surprised and relieved that Juanita was able to order my parts overnight them and have them ready for me for pick up the very next day! The process is extremely easy and convenient using text messages, phone calls and voice recorded messages to communicate effectively and promptly (with a lot of detail might I add). Not only were they able to overnight the parts they were able to find and procure some parts that were really hard to find ; some places estimating close to 2 to 3 weeks!! not with Advanced Motorsports. This is a one stop shop, anything you need from Carb rebuild kits, desert flag whips, Whip mounts, light up whips, heck they even offered to try and find me some riding gear to get to me in time in order for me to save myself from running around the city trying to find helmets and boots. This is been my third experience working with advanced motorsports and I must say German and Juanita are amazing and true masters of their craft. They have been in the business for many years and the expertise to get you what you need and when you need it! I hope they continue to thrive and serve all of us motorcycle riders in the Southbay. So if you're tired of dealing with snotty parts reps at other Motorcycle Shops, and want to actually talk to the guys working on your bikes come check them out, or give them a call they do their best to make sure you get the best experience not to mention get you the parts you need when you need it. Thanks a lot guys you made my last-minute camping trip one to remember!Services: Delivery, Engine repair

Juanita and Herman saved my scooter! I bought a Kymco Xtown 300 - it s basically a great scooter, but the service department at the dealership messed it up. Juanita and Herman solved an oil leak the dealership service dept created. Then just a couple days ago I realized that a nut was missing from the positive battery terminal, making the electric go haywire. Juanita gave me a nut so I could fix the problem - they have won a loyal customer in a very short amount of time.

Always great experience at advance Motorsport there all about customer satisfaction guarantee best prices on top of the line can t beat in all SD thanks Herman banshee has been worked on and runs like new and for the ktm a whole season later on fresh full topend ran to hell and back still fires up no problems

Bottom line up front: Best service experience ever, amazing quality work and best prices in town with the greatest attention to detail.I came to Advance Motorsports to lower my 2022 Yamaha R7. No other dealer or private shop would help me. I called Advanced Motorsports and very quickly I was assisted. Being that the motorcycle was a brand new model, I was told that I would need to purchase an after market lowering kit. I was provided with the best lowering kit that included a kick stand as well. I bought the kit, brought it into the shop and they installed it. Simple as that. Hands down the best service experience ever. Very clear, concise and to the point. The attention to detail I received was amazing. Not only that, they recommended other modifications for my motorcycle that I will definitely be coming back for. Pricing was super competitive, and to be honest by far the best pricing in the South Bay Area. Moreover, the pricing and quoting was up front with nothing hidden.Overall, I am extremely happy and satisfied with Advanced Motorsports. I would 100 percent recommend Advanced Motorsports to anyone seeking to modify or service their motorcycle or ATV. I will definitely be coming back to service my ride. Great shop to get your bike fixed. Took in my 2011 GSXR600 to have my clutch re adjusted. Turns out it was all out of whack and was causing horrible slipping and unexplained revs. I called the store and the lady was so nice she made me feel like I was their 1st priority and even tho they were closed, the mechanic/owner met up with me at 10 am and got my bike done in less than an hr. And he had to go thru the bike to adjust my cable. They are an amazing shop and really know what they r doing. And they didn t even charge me a lot, so I will definitely be back. #1 repair shop in Chula Vista

We were in a rush to get our quad going to start the softball season. We use the quad to drag fields. Juanita came in clutch with her quick professional and very responsive customer service. I love that I can text her and she responds fast and with detail. She also emailed me the invoice which is very helpful. We also paid electronically and that made payment a breeze! Ordered some parts from this place and it was honestly the best deal! Juanita made sure I got the lowest price, they shipped fast, and were super helpful. They both had a lot of knowledge on motorcycles so I knew the bike was in good hands. They make a great team and you can tell that they love what they do. Took my Harley front wheel in today to have a blown bearing replaced. They got it in and fixed it quick and easy. When it was time to come pick it up I was even sent pictures of the finished product. Great customer service and the best price I found for the job. Thanks again for the help.

I actually bought a used Honda 2005 Accord they were selling. They gave me a really fair, great deal (I brought my mechanic friend and he advised me to pay them what they asked in full). The process was very easy, and the owners very kind. Trustworthy, good people! Highly recommend :-)

I'm going to start of by saying that both Juanita & Herman were super helpful on so many levels & very affordable! I purchased a 04 R6 used and right off found out the seller lied ( should of known) anywho my experience getting back into riding started pretty lame, after getting my hands a little dirty I knew I was in over my head so I quickly searched for professionals and can I say I am very pleased with Advanced motorsports. I highly recommend anyone who needs any service on basically any motorsport toys lol very reliable and assist you in any way they can. Thank you both again and take care, i look forward to future business with you.

I've taken my Honda shadow to AM Racing for any issue or maintenance. Prompt and affordable service was always provided. No need to return for any issue with repairs and Herman knows what he does. Definitely recommend for any need. I will be taking my new HD to Herman as well!

Family owed business with excellent customer service and all around great experience Brought my 2017 sea doo spark in not knowing what was wrong with it and advanced Motorsports gave me a quote / completed the work within 1 week . Whenever I m in town I will definitely bring my skis here!

Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable and hassle free. They didnt try to sell me stuff i dont need and gave me legit info on how to better care for my bike to prevent expensive repair fees. Reasonable prices and exceptional service. I give this place my highest recommendation!
