I called about my door handle replacement. Gerald told me to bring it in so I did. He said he would order an USED PART and prob cost around $100-150( New Online is around $60) then work on it next day. He asked me for $100 CASH deposit and I handed money. Next day I brought my back at 11 as I was told. He said a few hours so I left and came back 1-1/2 hrs later just to find my car still sitting at exact same spot. The guys who is supposed to be working on my car just smoking and taking a break. I asked Gerald when they were going to start? Finally one of them started to work on. Then the guy who was working on my car asked me about assembly of handle and enforcement. Seriously? He had no idea! I also realized they don't even have the replacement part, yet.Now the guys were sitting around not doing anything. I'm here for 4hrs basically my car door is all disassembled and who knows if they even get the part today. So I told them to put everything back and just forget everything. I askedm my deposit of$100 back but Gerald is gone and the guys at shop has no clue to what time he's coming back. I'm still here writing this review. DO NOT BRING YOUR CARS HERE!!THIS IS THE WORST BODYSHOP EVER!!!!!!

They did an amazing job on my bumper and dents! Looks better than new, could not believe how great my car looked after! Very friendly customer service, they even fixed a few extra areas all for an incredible price! He did the work at less than half the cost of the estimates I received from two local body shops! Pepe is the man! I highly recommend this shop, they offer military discounts as well!

I experienced severe damage to the left front bumper of my Mazda 3. I called Maaco & they estimated that the repair would be about $700.00 to replace the bumper which I had to purchase. My wife suggested that I get an estimate from Advance Autobody. I talked to Pepe and he said that he could repair the original bumper, therefore there was no need to replace the entire bumper. I took my car in on a Tuesday they repaired and painted the damaged bumper and returned my car on Saturday. The bumper looks brand new and the paint job is spot on. The staff was very courteous and professional. The work and the price were EXCELLENT!!!I would highly recommend this shop.

WARNING !!! WARNING !!! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS PLACE FOR A PAINT JOB ... THEY DID A VERY MESSY AND INCOMPLETE PAINT JOB TO MY JEEP!!! PEPE WHO IS THE OWNER SAID (AFTER HE HAD DONE THE JOB ) THAT THEY DO NOT SAND, NOR REMOVE PARTS !!! THEY DID GREAT DAMAGE TO MY JEEP. ... THEY SPRAYED THE NEW PAINT OVER THE OLD ONE WITHOUT MAKING ANY PREPARATIONS ... AND THE SAME DAY WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP, THE PAINT FROM THE FENDERS AND TIRE GUARDS WAS PEELED OFF BECAUSE THEY DID NOT REMOVE THE TIRE GUARDS, THEY WERE NOT SANDED, AND THEY WERE NOT PRIMED NEITHER ... THE PAINT FROM THE ROOF WAS SMEARED AND THERE WAS FRESH PAINT MIXED WITH LIQUID WAX DRIPPING DOWN THE ROOF AND THE BUMPERS BECAUSE THEY WERE SPRAYED WITH LIQUID WAX WHEN THE PAINT WAS STILL FRESH !!! HE ALSO SAID THAT I HAD TO PAY EXTRA MONEY IF I WANTED HIM TO REMOVE PARTS BUT THAT HE WOULD STILL NOT SAND THEM ... HE ALSO TOLD ME TO RELAX BECAUSE MY JEEP WAS JUST A PIECE OF METAL ... HE TOOK MY MONEY WITH A SMILING FACE AND REFUSED TO DO THE JOB PROPERLY WITH A POKER FACE !!!

Every 5 star rating review for this shop is BOGUS! They're probably just relatives of Pepe. This is absolutely the worst paint and body shop in the nation, hands down! I took my baby, a 2015 Lexus RC350 there to repair what was literally a scuff on the rear bumper. When I went to pick up the car 2 days later, the bumper was a different color, with paint runs and bubbles in almost all corners and seams! They did such a lousy tape job, that they sprayed paint on the tail light lenses and all over panels in the trunk! Pepe insists it was the same color and that it looked different because it was fresh, which is bullsh!t! The scuff that was supposed to be repaired was still visible under the fresh paint! They did not even take the time to repair it properly. My trunk lid had numerous scratches on it from their painter placing tools on top! In all, it cost me 3x more to repair the damage they did, than if I would have taken my car to a reputable shop in the first place! They do not even deserve a one star rating! Save yourself the headache and choose another shop.

I had rust damage on an old van I've been repairing. I shopped around for an autobody shop to fix the rust. Many were quoting way more than I could pay or they were intimidated by the amount of rust on my vehicle.I was recommended Pepe's shop from family friends. From the get go, it was a better experience. Advance Autobody did a great job fixing the rust holes with welded sheet metal.Great work at an honest price! Pepe is awesome. I will keep coming here!

Pepe and his guys did a great job on our classic 1968 Mustang. He takes his work very seriously with GREAT PRIDE! We gave him a very tight deadline, and he passed with flying colors. Thank you so much for straightening out all the dents, replacing body parts, sanding, painting.... Oh my goodness They did the WORKS!!! Highly recommend =)

So. Pepe hadn t fully explained on what he would/could do. Then the expectations I had of him and his team, they definitely didn t live up to. I seen swirls in the paint, I gotta go to another shop, unprofessional, and messy. Definitely tried to be nice. I think that they have limitations on why they can actually do. If you just want a cheap paint job to get by, by all means choose them. If you need or want show quality? I recommend looking at another place.

Worst place ever to get a paint job. My best friend got a paint job for his classic jeep and the paint job was messy and unprofessional. They did not take the proper measures to ensure a quality job. An example of this is that they did not remove the parts, sand nor prime the areas to be painted. The new paint was just sprayed over the old paint. Awful results. The same day my friend picked up the vehicle the paint job was chipping. In addition, the area that was freshly painted had been waxed, resulting in the paint looked grey instead and black and dull. My friend was really upset, especially because Pepe, the owner was not interested in customer satisfaction and told my friend he would do the job again but he needed to pay more money. Take your vehicle at your own risk.

i have an 07 vette. long story short, my car slipped off the jack and damaged the corner of the door, fender, and rocker panel. i felt like other shops were charging me too much because of the car i had. i had numerous quotes, and other shops didnt want to do what i wanted done to my car.most shops wanted to replace damaged parts, but i wanted them fixed.i am not one of those rich corvette guys with money. pepe at advanced hooked it up. fantastic job on the fiberglass and plastic work. there was a little over spray, but a great job nonetheless. he ordered the exact paint for my car, and with the extra paint left over he covered the scratches at no extra charge. well...he wanted to charge me, but he hooked it up at no charge. great shop.

Call and spoke to Oscar and was given a price to paint some parts for my vehicle and was given a price said I would being them in Monday I did and he raised the price and refuse to honor his quote that he had give me 3 days prior. I would not recommend this place doesn't stand by what they tell you.

The worse place to take your car for a paint job and you can get a better price and job in Mexico. Absolutely horrible paint job was not prepared correct so there was actual dirt, tape, other foreign objects underneath the paint. They actually also painted and didn't mask my fog lights so it took hours to clean. Don't take your car here if you want a great job. I can't believe they allow businesses like this place to be open and I wouldn't be surprised if they have been reported to the BBB.

Do not go if you want to be lied on how good the work will be done, I had given the owner more then enough to do a great job but as I was going back to check on my car they were not doing the job to what I had expected and was told. They bought the wrong door and side panel for my expadition Eddie Bauer and replaced it with an XLT. I understand that on their paper it s say not all parts will be exact, but for the amount of money I had put I d expect it to be the correct part. Let alone his Nephew was acting like a little POS because he didn t do the job to my satisfaction and said I will not pay for a half fast job. Funny how FORD of national city recommended this place! Beware of Jose s Nephew he will get angry if he doesnt get what he wants and starts yelling at his customers Beware. I wish I was able to post pictures on how the car looks!!!

I've had 2 close friends who have had work done here and they're satisfied with the quality. My truck has right front quarter panel & bumper damage and have scheduled repairs there for after the new year.

I must say that I m totally impressed with the the fantastic job I received on my hood repair on my RavIt looks brand new & Pepe restored my 16 yr old headlights to a crystal clear perfection !!!I recommend AA&P 100% Go check them out

Not happy I owe the $10 dollars they wanted to charge me $5 to use my debit. I asked if I can go down the street the guys straight up said nope. I wasn't going yo leave not paying $10 . Lost a new customer

This is a place to avoid like the plague. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else because you will not be pleased with the result. Instead of repairing a dent on my car, they actually caused more damage, then started with the nonsensical excuses that went from because it's plastic to you can't expect too much for what you paid... Businesses like this should not be allowed to remain open because what they're doing is simply using a CA license to rip people off with shoddy work.

Pepe Did A "Phenomenal Great Job" On My GUYs 1977 Oldsmobile Cutlass All I Could Say Was "WOW" We Had Been Shopping Around For A Particular Paint Because We were bringing this car back out after 7yrs years of sitting up, we needed alot of work done we wanted a nice color that no one had an we wanted it to look wet an different, we wanted and needed the car sanded down and we wanted to go hard top after the vinyl top rusted underneath, we also needed body work an a new headerpanel put on because it was cracked and just old, replaced our fender.. we went to alot of paint shops and they wanted alot of money we did not have at this time so i did alittle research an came across advanced auto paint literally around the corner from our home we did not want to just leave his car with anyone because he invested alot of money in this car.. Pepe Did body work at a set price and he painted our car at a set price he took vinyl top off he sanded and primed the whole car he added extra Flakes to the paint to make it "Pop" he added a extra coat of clear at no charge he just wanted to make us happy he painted the inner doors He painted inside the trunk He painted dust Covers for rims.. he went BEYOND what we asked for he set a price never jump up he gave a date he had the car done an ready before that date we recommend him to anyone he stayed professional great attitude .he also gave us some tippers on what we should do to the car because my guy is totally out of seek on what looks nice on oldies he made us extremely happy

I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy!! Pepe is a revolution Street salesman not a professional!!! Earl shiebe is way better than this circus paint shop

This is a bad place. I worked here for two weeks and they didn't pay me. Customer service? They do not know what that is. Horrible place to work and go for paint job
