I first contacted Steves Chevrolet via email. Brianna Chapman was quick in responding with the information I requested. I then requested an appointment to see the vehicle on a Saturday, which Brianna was kind enough to set up. My wife and I were greeted warmly and professionally by Dave Larson who filled in for Brianna while she attended other customers. We met with Brianna who answered more questions that we had and then we asked to speak with Hector Mendez to agree on the final out-the-door price. Hector was also very informative, courteous, and professional. Afterward, my wife and I thanked the staff for their time and left the dealership to consider the out-the-door offer. We appreciate that we were not pushed or hounded as we walked away. We returned shortly after to move forward in purchasing the vehicle. We began the paperwork with Dave Larson who helped tremendously. Unfortunately, we did not have all the complete paperwork on our end for the purchase of the vehicle that day plus we were on a time constraint so we got as much done as possible and returned two days later to complete the paperwork. We took delivery of the vehicle on Monday evening and were very satisfied with our experience at Steves Chevrolet of Chowchilla.

Showed up a little later than expected to see the vehicle (at closing) and was greeted by Wayne. We were not rushed at all when we looked at the vehicle and he was helpful with all of our questions. Everyone I worked with was so friendly and accommodating. Would highly recommend to all my family and friends!

If you are looking to shop for a new car, I highly recommend you go to Steve s Chevrolet in Chowchilla and ask for Hector Mendez. He helped me out today in purchase a Chevrolet traverse. He genuinely is there to make sure you are get the most out of your purchase and is able to work with you in order to leave with the car you want! He made the buying process smooth as he is friendly, a very good communicator in clarifying and explaining more into depth on all the questions I had. This is by far the best customer service I have gotten when purchasing a car. Make sure you ask for Hector Mendez !!!

We were very pleased with the whole buying process at Steves Chevrolet. Hector has been great! He is knowledgeable regarding Chevy's vehicle line up, options, and has continued to follow up after the sale. We were able to complete our order over the phone which saved us a trip to the dealership. The truck arrived ahead of schedule and the staff completed the PDI and had it ready to go in less than a day. When we arrived Hector had the docs ready to go and we were back on the road quickly. All of the staff that we spoke with were great. They really seemed to understand that the vehicle buying experience should be a special one! This dealership stands out above any of the dealerships in our area and was worth the drive. We will definitely return to Steves for our next vehicle purchase. Thanks again to the staff at Steves Chevrolet of Chowchilla!!!

Hector went the extra mile with us and invested a lot of time to find us the right car for our needs and budget. There was no pressure and it was obvious that he enjoys helping people. Our daughter and son-in-law have purchased two vehicles from him and we can see why! Visit Steve s Chevrolet in Chowchilla and ask for Hector. You will be glad you did.

Todd was the best. I was always weary of car salesmen but Todd ended up being very approachable and personable. I ended up having a few questions a week after my purchase and he s still there for any questions that I have.

My visit for service are always pleasant. The staff are excellent and I appreciate the attention and respect I receive. The service of my vehicle is explained throughly and clear information on the completed checklist.

Miss Cathy messaged me prior to my appointment to make sure I was still young to make my appointment and informed me who my service tech would be, she was amazing and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. Alex is as kind and courteous and even went out of his way to make sure I was able to get my car back after hours. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Everyone goes above and beyond every time I go. All employees are always very welcoming and happy. I ve NEVER been treated this good from any other dealership before. They really care about all their customers and always make everything right and very accommodating. They make all their customers feel like family. I love the nice cold drinks and snacks while I wait for my car.

Alex the service advisor is so nice and prompt. This is my first oil change but I've had a couple of warranty issues before. They were all handled perfectly. Coming from a technician point of view, this place would seem to have it together. The waiting room is nice and full of amenities. 10/10 would recommend!

It was a less stressful purchase than we have ever had before. When we got to the dealership Brianna had everything prepared and ready to go. We were there a total of a hour and 45 minutes and we were driving away with our new truck. They were terrific.

Everyone there was friendly and nice. Didn t mind waiting the extra time for my appointment because I understand that there was only 1 tech who works on alignments at a time. However when I left my car I took a photo of the milage and the range of my gas tank. When I came back I realized that in the span of 4/5 miles my tank went down roughly 30 miles which was a whole gallon. I don t care that the gas was used to drive the car however I know that the car while being driven was abused and floored on. When asking you guys to just tell the tech to respect peoples things they claimed they never got on the car etc which wouldn t make sense because I ve driven my car daily for 2 years almost 3 and never have seen my range go down 30 miles just from going around the corner and back. Unless of course I m giving the throttle all she got which is exactly what happened in this situation. Once again I don t care that my car was driven it s the concept that it was abused and rather than owning up and apologizing your service team cowardly just teamed up and claimed that you guys wouldn t ever do such thing. Then again that s what dash cams are for. So I ll never bring my car back here again it was by far the worst way you guys could ve dealt with it. Once again everyone else from my parts and other stations were helpful and sweet. Like I said I just don t appreciate the fact that the tech couldn t own up to what he did and just for future reference someone who does have a dash cam one day will catch him in the act I can almost guarantee it just for my unfortunate case I didn t have one in my car.

Great people at the dealer, especially Todd Gibbs! He made us feel very comfortable, no pressure, helpful and honest. We visited several other dealers, but always came back to Steve s Chevrolet and brought the Colorado.

My experience with Steves Chevrolet in Oakdale was perfect. This was the first time I have ever ordered a new vehicle. They sat with me and went through the whole process. They communicated with me frequently to give me progress updates and when the truck was delivered they got me a great financing rate. When I picked up they truck I was given personalized instruction on all the features and electronics, I could not be more satisfied.

I enjoy any and all stops I make at Steve's Chevrolet. Even just calling them is enjoyable. From whoever answers the phone to any services I may need, the experience is a pleasant and professional one.I've dealt with them all. From the manager and his sales team, the parts manager and the service manager and his service writers. They have taken very good care of me and all my company needs. I think they do a fantastic job. On a 1-5 star rating.... I'm giving them a 10. !!!

12/29/2022.Steve's Chevrolet is one of my Mechanics. They are honest, and can be trusted. They repaired my transmission linewhen it "exploded" underneath my Suburban. They had this repair done within an hour.They do excellent work.Great place to buy Chevy parts.

Todd made our buying process seamless. He was honest and made our satisfaction his top priority. We came into contact with Todd one year ago. I inquired about a Tahoe, and Todd continued to stay in touch until we finally found a Tahoe that we loved. We are so happy with the service received that we've already begun referring our family and friends to Steve s.
