Had my oil changed and we always get synthetic. They're the cheapest around our area. Employees are friendly and it didn't take long. I'd recommend them.

Went to repair a Flat an eventhough there were lots of cars they went out of their way to fix as soon as they could. Good fair Price and Great Customer Service Girls were very attentive and young guy who fixed Tire very Polite and Educated.Recommend this Establishment with my eyes cosed!! Thank you HO Tires

Great service! I called with a few questions and the lady at the front counter was very helpful. When I showed up, the staff was very friendly and they even brought out the tires for me to check the tread to see if it was something that worked for me. Will definitely be going back to them.

Very thankful for H.O. Auto and Octavio! Our truck was losing its wheel bearing right outside of Chowchilla while we were traveling. Octavio was quick to work with us and got our truck fixed up in a day with some additional needed maintenance. They were honest, attentive, and had fair pricing. 5 Star customer service. Came in with a flat tire near closing time. No problem for this place, smiles all around and they got me back on the road fast. Super great experience. I ll be back.

H.O. TIRES is an amazing place. The Customer Service was phenomenal! Fast, Quality service with minimal wait. I was lost trying to find the location in Chowchilla and the OWNER took my call twice to help me find the location I was looking for. Once I arrived, I was greeted immediately, and assisted as quick as they could get to my TIRES. There were two cars in front of me but the Technicians helped everyone in order and as fast as they could. Please visit this TIRE SHOP. They have several locations.Service: Tires

I got a flat tire while I was travelling through the area. The staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The tires were a good deal, and they squeezed me in and got me back on the road in no time. Would definitely recommend this place.

I bought two new tires from here a month later one went flat and they fixed it no problem I just went in they just fix it and I drove out it was easy peasy they're really nice really good really fast I really like it. I feel confident and getting my tires here because I know they will guarantee them and they will do the right thing

I was in need of 4 in good condition used tires well ho not your Mama's tires went out of there way to find them and drive to another one of there shops to get the tires and during there travel they stopped and picked up two large pizzas with anchovies on them yum my favorite and cheese bread with a avocado salad two two liters of Pepsi came back installed tires on my car fed me and sent me home with left overs best tire shop ever thanks HO not your Mama's tires for taking care of me

Exceptional care and concern for customer needs. Friday night travel down south on 99, tire blowout, and he came to our rescue even beyond closing time. And thanks to Turner s Towing and AAA for the coordinating services.

These guys are the absolute best! I had a brand new and very expensive tire throw my TPMS light on while on a drive from Northern California to LA.I limped into Chowchilla on a Saturday. Thinking I'm screwed since it's Chowchilla on a Saturday. My Audi is AWD and running a temp tire for another 700 miles is not an OK thing to do.Fortunately the locals told me to go here. It's not a pretty place but they know what they're doing. More importantly the customer service is the absolute best!There were people looking to spend a ton of money on wheels and tires that showed up after me. They still kept my place, checked the tire, fixed (just a valve stem) and...didn't charge me!I'm an out of towner. They could of charged me $100 if they wanted. LOL.They didn't. Legit people offering good service. I tried to give them $20 and they refused. I might actually drive the 3 hour round trip to buy a set of tires from them now. Trustworthy, knowledgeable and just good people.

Even though it was after quitting time they stayed and fixed my flat, checked all my tires and sent me on my way with a bill for $15.00. Excellent value, incredible customer service!!

They generally get your vehicle done in about an hour. I have yet to ever get a call saying my car is done though. When they say they'll order things for you yet again I haven't seen it happen yet.

Got us back on the road again ASAP -- on a Sunday afternoon, no less --after we blew a tire on the 99 nearby. Reasonable prices, good service.

Bad customer experience - I was driving from Sequoia to Merced on freeway 99 north and suddenly I got a flat tire. I didn't have a spare and it was not more than 6 pm on sunday evening. HO Auto repair was closest to me, so I called them if I can drive to their station. They immediately refused saying they are closed. Note that it was 6 pm and their website said they close at 7. I even asked if I can just buy the tire, I will replace somewhere else. The person over the phone immediately refused saying they don't have tire without even looking for it. Not appreciated !
