The lady at the front desk seriously needs to brush up on her customer service skills. I can't tell if she was having a rough day or just doesn't enjoy her job, but the way she interacted with customers was downright unpleasant. She was initially rude during check-in, and although I chose to overlook it, things took a turn for the worse.While waiting for my car inspection, an older gentleman politely requested her to include a question about batteries. Instead of offering assistance, she smugly insisted that she didn't have to add a question just for him. He calmly explained that his car had been recently serviced, and had he known that disconnecting the battery would be an issue, he wouldn't have brought it in. Despite his composed response, she arrogantly asserted that they already ask enough questions and any changes were solely for him.As it turns out, the reason he requested the additional question was that they automatically failed him and made him pay because the battery had been disconnected less than 100 miles prior. The front desk clerk should have clarified this instead of being so impolite. I couldn't believe what I was hearing, and I eventually decided to walk out. Someone really needs to sit down with her and discuss the importance of treating customers with respect. Management should not allow employees to treat people this way it reflects poorly on the entire establishment.

I have been taking all of our family's cars here for many, many years and so glad I found them all those years ago! They are very officiant, fast, friendly and accurate. They are S.T.A.R. certified if your registration requires one this year and they file the results electronically. If you want, they can even take care of the registration for you as well, saving you the hassle of standing in line at the DMV or AAA. As long as they are open, this will be the only place I take or cars to!

It's funny to me I almost used Ace Smog in Chino they wanted over a hundred $100 then called this place $48 when using a $10 coupon online no wait it took about 25 minutes and saved over 50 bucks now I can put gas in my car nice and cool friendly people now for a nice steak dinner

I was here this morning. It was so smooth and fast even there was 4 cars in front of me. The young man who is Tony took my car, he is a kind, nice and humorous guy. It was my fist time there, love that station, will be return back for my other cars.

The man at the front when checking my car was a nice gentlemen but there a woman doing the paper work that wasn t very professional and very combative , she made herself look like a fool in front of her other workers , would only recommend the place if she isn t working the counter . Small woman with glasses , kinda looks like she got off the special bus .

Brought here the company truck 2015 RAM 1500 Echo Diesel for a smog check this morning, very nice people, less than 20 mins, reasonable price, you can also get a coupon from their web. We used to do smog at Chino Uhaul, but sadly the business is closed recently, glad to find this place.

I took my 2015 Nissan Altima SL there for the required Smog check and was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I was there about 20-25 minutes and was informed my car passed.Thanks to the staff .

I have been taking all of my family s cars here for many years and they always do a thorough and quick job. I had an issue a couple years ago where they closed up a little early but that seems to have been a one-off. I was there tonight and Tony and Tin took good care of me and stayed open all the way to 6. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

I've been taking my cars here forever. They're simply the best! Avoid this place on Sunday if you can, though, because the churchgoers clog up all the parking. Otherwise, I can't recommend this place enough!

It was a Friday afternoon and busy. It only took about an hour. Kohls is next door so I went shopping while I was waiting. The process was easy and the workers were nice. I had a great experience at US Smog Check. I arrived at 9:15am on a Tuesday without an appointment and was in and out in 45 minutes.- The staff was friendly and helpful- Easy and efficient process- Reasonable price (don't forget the coupon from their website)- Quick turnaround time

Got there early (8:15ish) and there was 5 cars in front of me. I still got out of there before 9am. They have complimentary coffee while you wait. The restroom was clean and well stocked. Overall the service was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place. And if you live in the area, don't forget to clip the coupon off the Chino Champion before you go in.
