Great with helping us with what we needed. We wanted to upgrade a deck with some custom grips, wheels, tape & pegs. They took the time to listen to what we wanted and tell us what would work with our deck, and why. Super friendly and chill. Good mechanic.

Had no idea on how the sport worked or the gear I needed for it.We showed up and they took time to go through every scooter with my girl and found a perfect match. Highly recommend this place Very knowledgeable And they even fitted the helmet so my kid felt safe riding for her first time.

The customer service is great, they didn t have what I was looking for but they had something close enough and they gave me a ton of free stickers

First impression of this place was the Great customer service over the phone. They helped right away had patience, was kind and helpful. When it came down to picking up the order it was simple and quick they even had the scooter ready to go! I know this is the spot to come back too if ever needed to very awesome place thank you! My brother was very happy with his scooter BTW..

We were on vacation and my son broke his scooter brake. We stopped at this awesome shop and was able to get his brake fixed super quick! The shop has a ton of cool things for scooters and skateboards. Great service, selection and very friendly!

I love this place I m definitely going back, best experience ever they did my grip amazing and I saw it on Amazon for 25$. It was 17$ there with 2 stickers. The workers were very nice and helpful with everything this it was just amazing, I love this place.

My experience at this shop was awesome!! I was looking for a good starter scooter so I can work up to custom scooters and the employees were so helpful in choosing a scooter that was best for me. There were limited options but overall I got just the scooter! And the awesome thing is If i need to dial or tighten my scooter, they ll do it for free! I would definitely recommend for any rider looking for a good starter scooter because the employees will help a lot!!

Great place, best prices, super friendly! Will refer friends and family! Felt like a family owned business and sooo much knowledge just visiting I learned a lot not just scooters but bikes also, they got top of the line bikes too and accessories, definitely coming back and I recommend you to check out for yourself!

Can't recommend this place enough! My son got some new bars for his birthday. I brought them in to have them sized and get a new clamp. The tech took his time to get them just right. He also fixed a couple things that were out on the scooter, just because.The result: my son went back to Ayala skatepark and landed his first tailwhip 5 minutes later which he'd been trying to do for over a year. Just can't tell you how happy I am.Thank you Scooter Lab!

Staff was a huge help we do not have a shop around us, so I called in and they were so helpful on the phone walking me through what to look for and where to go to set the scooter up. Never tried to rush off the phone. Wish I lived closer we could just have them work on it.

i just bought a new fusion pro scooter from them it rides like your on air. got it for $150 very nice. very nice people good prices for the best scooter i recommend theshop for everything.

Terrible service, always ripping people off and selling junk parts, not to mention the business deal they screwed people over, why do you think they are always moving locations, not paying rent, never reliable for anything, making false claims, horrible place, I will never shop there again

bro this place is so annoying I went there once with a striped bolt and how I got it was because they over tightend it and it stripped even a power drill could not get it off I pay to get it fixed and now I have the same problem but now 2 bolts I rather drive to LA to go to the vault pro scooter lab
