Brian and Marcy are amazing. They were able to wrap my car in the color I wanted(Battleship Grey by 3M), paint my calipers and tint my windows. They not only did a great job, but they went above and beyond.My car was scheduled to be wrapped in the 2nd week of July, but there was a tear in the wrap that was a manufacturer defect, not the tint shops fault. Brian texted me about it and kept me in the loop. He notified me that the wrap was out of stock and constantly gave me updates on getting a replacement roll to be installed. At the end of the day, the car was wrapped the way I wanted and far cheaper than what the shops in the Bay Area were quoting me($9500 was the cheapest i got quoted in the bay). The car was wrapped to perfection.I can not see any issues with the wrap job, and the ceramic coat that is included also really helps with that.He was able to drop the car to my parents because I was no longer in the area and really helped out. My family and I are definitely repeat customers. 1000000% recommend SoCal Tint Shop in Chino.Services: Paint protection, Vehicle window tinting

Absolutely fantastic job done at the shop here in Chino. I brought my Focus RS in over my lunch break and had it back at the end of the day. They tinted all of my glass and windshield with great precision. Will definitely be bringing it back for my work in the future.

Absolutely amazing service.I called to inquire about getting my windows tinted. I was greeted kindly, given a full breakdown of all tint options and prices, and told to bring my truck in.From my initial call to the final result it only took about three hours.There s not one flaw in the tint application. It has now been 4 years and a well deserved review. Brian and Mary are the best!! So sincere and accommodating. Very honest and will give you the truth when it comes to tinting your windows. My tint looks as good as new! No bubbling or anything even with the car outside 24/7 especially under the CA sun! Cannot recommend them more. Has a great experience at SoCal Tint shop. I shopped around and SoCal offered the best value for the same tint job. I met and spoke with G and he was very open, honest and informative regarding the different tint quality. Thank you G for a good well done and a quality job. I noticed the difference immediately. I would definitely go back if I had a need and would recommend him to my friends and acquaintances.

Sonary was very accommodating as our car was being worked on. The shop was clean, big, air conditioned and we were able to watch a movie on a big screen, and on a comfortable, clean leather couch. Complimentary water and soda were offered as well and the restroom was clean with a really fresh lavender soap. This made the waiting time quite easy. The tint job proved itself right away, looking perfect and the next day, after getting into the car after work, it kept the car much cooler than any other tint we've experienced! We'll definitely be returning with my other car and giving this place a great reference to all our friends & family.

I called in asking about top of the line product, ceramic tent looking for the best. The lady on the phone was rude she asked were I live I said Rialto. She said why don t you go online review everything because I don t want to waste my time. I live literally maybe 25 miles away from the location was looking to have two cars done and I would ve made appointment But the rudeness that I have received was very extremely unbelievable not just myself because I was looking to have two cars done my brother as well who is looking to have his car done three was also on the phone and heard everything she said so when I actually hung up on her. My brother and myself and could not believe her customer service skills were that poor

Good customer service and follow through with calling back had my car tinted told them what I wanted and what paper was told it was the same come to find out it wasn't they step up and redid my car with the paper I wanted then there was bubbles and wrong shades had to redo again then car was still wrong shades they wouldnt redo it with the shade I wanted very unsatisfied with that they refuned half of my money because there was still bubbles and they didnt want to redo it again because they did work on I got half back I was upset and just didnt want to deal with it any more besides the issues with the quality of work and wrong paper good customer service will not recommend or take any of my cars this was my 1st time here I should have taken the 45 min drive to my regular tint shop and had my car done right the 1st time no hard feelings with this shop
