I just wanna leave a 5 star review to this professional mechanic shopThis mechanic shop it s very professional very kind and very understanding when coming to the pricing.I came to this mechanic shop My vehicle Mercedes-Benz GL The transmission was stopped working I came here. I speak with the owner. His name is Shaq. He came. He talked to me and he told me how I can help you and he did help me lot He did give me a bigger discount. He charged me the most cheapest transmission in town . I have never seen an owner, kind, professional, and understanding.I would recommend this mechanic shop to whoever needs to repair the vehicle. Please go to the mechanic shop and ask for the owner shack. He will come out and speak with you and I m sure he s very kind and he s very professional. He will help you guys out.

WARNING!! SCAMMERS!Classic Bait and Switch! STAY AWAYEdit to add: The Owner Shak saw this review, called my personal number and told me he saw the review and that I must not get Fxxkd. He said if I want to get Fxxkd, to go see him and he will take care of me. This man cannot manage his emotions and is harassing me now.Dishonest coupon advertisement and adding fees. Will add on fees and claim your vehicle is luxury even when it s not (and even when it was NEVER considered luxury years prior at this same location). The owner claimed, well things are inflating we have to make money . I communicated that maybe he should update the coupon to accurately reflect its limitations otherwise this could appear dishonest to consumers. The owner then yelled at me, I m not going to argue about $10, I don t want your business! Then hung up on me. I called back in case the phone had just been disconnected. He yelled at me again and hung up on me. This was all because I said it could appear to be dishonest and maybe you should update the coupon . False advertising is not legal.***Be careful!! The owner is extremely emotional and unable to regulate his emotions. He is unhinged. I would not feel safe sending my daughter alone to this location.**This wasn t a discussion about one car, we have 7 that we have brought there for smog checks always pay full price. Only one vehicle was eligible for the coupon. It was a smack in the face that their coupon never changed but their rules changed. The owner saying this was about $10 clearly doesn t understand the bigger picture here. If YOU (the business owner) are willing to scam customers so blatantly, there is a bigger problem at this business.*see other reviews! It s not only me.*check Better Business Bureau.

This is related to a purchase in offer up, they listed a black Honda Accord which we bought it was listed as great condition and ready to go within days it stopped working, I know in part is our fault too for not checking the car more into detail. But they shouldn't be selling stuff they for sure know don't work to people that its just evil to do taking advantage of people's needs. So PLEASE don't buy the cars they sell outside their business without really verifying if it works!! They usually post them in offer up I believe under a profile of a girl named Jessica, don't get fooled by this scammers.

They are sharks all right. Went there for a simple smog check for 2016 Toyota Prius Eco. I had a coupon for $34.75 and they said it would be $10 more for my car because it has two engines. Now what does an electric motor have to do with the smog? They are sharks and trying to mark up. Avoid and just go down the street to US Smog. All they do is smog checks.

DO NOT GO HERE ! SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY'LL ACTUALLY PUT IT TO USE AND FIX YOUR CAR! They WILL take advantage of you. After spending $5000 my car is only running OK. Also 2 month turn around time and excuses on top of excuses of why the job you paid them for isn't finished, they'll ask for deposits early, and they don't even keep proper customer records. They were scrambling to find the original price i was supposed pay, when they should have it on record!! Its ridiculous. As a car lover and enthusiast, these people do not share the same value and only want $$$$. Super disappointed and disgusted, not even worth a fraction of what I paid. Full price work for barely any effort. Terrible communication as well. Please go somewhere else to someone who cares

Really great service from start to finish. When I called, they were very willing to help and get me in quickly and find the parts needed for my car-- day of service to fix my air conditioning! They kindly gave me an estimate over the phone. When I got there, I was greeted and prices for everything were very clearly explained to me. They called me when they found another problem with the car, which they asked for agreement to fix before they went forward with their work (which was very kind, when I have had experiences elsewhere where you show up and the bill is much higher after work is already complete). They were so nice and genuine when I went to pick up my car- and explained everything again thoroughly. Highly recommend and will be using them for everything from now on! Great experience and awesome people.Service: Air conditioning

Worst car repair experience ever. After 2 months of going back and forth, my bumper is still not aligned properly. They also did not inform me the windshield wiper reservoir was cracked and they tried to glue it - when it was brought to their attention they offered to fix it and lied about fixing it as it was still cracked. I would NEVER recommend their service to anyone - even my worst enemy.Service: Auto body & trim repair

Gina is so super friendly! I love her, and honestly her friendliness will keep me coming back here even if the awesome service didn't. With their coupon, their smog test is the cheapest I could find in Chino; with an appointment, it was fast and easy. Everyone was super nice and respectful, plus like I said, good service. Love it here!

Took my car for a smog check. Firstly they charged me an extremely reasonable price for that. Secondly they did a full check up of my car while there and informed me about a TON of recalls on my car (bad axels for one) I ve taken my car to plenty of other mechanics and not ONCE has someone informed me of the recalls. I am so grateful I took my car here I would have never known about any of the recalls had they not told me. Not only was the service amazing but the staff was to the point and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here. They are straight to the point with no BS and it s much appreciated.

I came in here to get my oil pan cover bolted back on I had parked to close to the curb and it got pulled out..I was worried I was going to get haggled bc I m a women and don t know much about cars..but Gina the office manager was so friendly and kind! She made me feel at ease and told me not to worry that I m in good hands and I sure was I got my oil pan fixed for practically nothing and I even got my four tires changed for a great price I will definitely be coming back here!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Auto tire replacement

I went there for my first time with check engine light on. The manager was very nice until I met the owner of the place. He is super nice. He had a great smile and very easy going guy. While he was talking to me and getting to know me. Back of my head, I was thinking. Wonder how much he would charge for spending his time with me and adding to my bill. About 30 minutes later. He came to me and handed my keys with a smile. He said, it was a very minor issue with my car. I did not closed my gas cap properly. That's why the car computer check engine light came on. He also tested my gas cap for any leaks. He said, I do not need to buy one. Showed me how to close my gas cap when filling my car next time so I can avoid simple things like this. He smiled and said, hey happy new year. We do not charge people for simple things like this. He assured me that my car is in good condition. Not to worry as long as I keep up with my regular maintenance schedule. Was I relief to hear this and got free education. Thanks to Shak for his honesty. I would highly recommend you should visit them with any car problems including body work too. Honest mechanic shop.

Super great customer service! All the employees are very respectful and nice. Whenever I bring my car in for service the wait is always reasonable. Very honest with their services, I was a little thrown off with the reviews about the employees being dishonest and rude because I ve had nothing but great experiences at this shop. I ve been bringing my car here for the past 3 yrs and I ve never had an issue with anything. I ve gotten several services done here: oil change, brakes, transmission fluid change, tire rotations, and more. Totally recommend 10/10

I love this place, Gina is very welcoming, informative and there very reasonable. I ve taken two of my vehicles for smog checks to shak a tech. On both visits, the reps that helped me were courteous and professional. I did not wait long and I called 5 shops before I took my first vehicle, and they had the best fees for my service.

Rating just for smog not for car repairs. Man who runs smog is rude, gets to work at his earliest convenience. Then he doesn't give you all the information even when you ask. He hung up on me and charged me for nothing. Will not return to this shop for anything else just because of the smog person.

I've been going to this place for many yrs. They did such a great job on our brake pads. Shakor is nice to keep me posted on what was going on with the service. They are also quick.

I went to this business with a online promotion code and when I got there they said that the code was not for my car (Mustang); then it charged me $15 more, my car didn t pass but if I wanted to take it back again with them (after fixing the problem) that I needed to pay again. First and last time I go here, very dissatisfied

One of the worse experience I've ever had at a mechanic shop never trust there word they will try to upsell you on everything. They report things being wrong but I took my car to another shop for another opinion and they said nothing was wrong. Very bad for business in order to maintain customers you should prioritize being honest about your work and that's where you guys come up short. Really need to work on your customer service at the end of the day the customer is your main asset and you should learn how to treat them before your business goes under.
