If you re not sure if you should try out Gabriel s shop THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO GO FOR IT because you won t regret it. Also, 1000% worth the commute from LA. As a single mom, I had been taken advantage of by other shops on several occasions and it left me traumatized. I shared my past experiences with Gabriel and David (both awesome) and they provided a level of service that proved to me that great, honest mechanics do exist.I paid other shops thousands to repair a leak that remained unfixed for over a year. After finally taking my car to the dealership, I was told that my car needed over $10,000 of work done. However, Gabriel and his miracle team took care of my car for only $1,600. They even fixed additional unforeseen issues quickly, ensuring my car was returned with the leak resolved once and for all and in the best shape possible.I was skeptical until the very end (though optimistic) and regrettably started morphing into a nightmare customer (triggered by previous experiences); however, they remained professional and compassionate and most importantly, finally fixed my car. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had my breaks and rotors fixed on my 2017 Ford expedition front and back , actually every car i have owned. Gabriel NEVER disappoints me. His customer service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, explains everything in detail and they honor all his coupons he sends in his newsletter. Thanks again for making another experience great!Service: Auto brake repair

At Gabriel s Automotive everyone is so helpful and friendly . Gabriel explains everything in detail of what your car needs and the shop does wonderful service . I m so glad I came here and have referred others here based on the service I received

This is my second time coming to Gabriel s auto shop, and their services have been the same both times, Spectacular. Lillian was very patient and professional when she was helping me with this new car insurance that I bought. She took care of all the paperwork and my car was fixed. I felt that they were reliable, trustworthy to work with.Now I am doing an oil change and auto maintenance. I brought the car early in the morning, they were kind enough to give me a ride back to work, so I would not have to be late. All their staff are very nice, attentive, caring, and professional. Gabriel and his team go above and beyond to help their customers. They treat customers like family. They have extremely fair pricing, keep you updated on issues, and provide fast high-quality work. I would recommend them to anyone for any auto repair service!

I highly recommend this shop and ask for David perlez he is an amazing mechanic at the shop , I highly recommend him he took care of my vehicle and always makes sure everything is good with my vehicles . They work hard here if they only offered tips for the mechanics would be great i would tip high often for the excellent service

The first time I came to Gabriel's, they were friendly, and did an excellent job fixing my car. I took it again hoping that I would get the same care and satisfaction I had the first time, but I did not. When I took the car in, they informed me that it was a transmission problem, and they would be putting in a brand new transmission for me. They had my car for three weeks, and I was called and informed that I would get my car back the next day and that all was good. The day I was to pick up my car, another person called and informed me that it would be a couple more weeks since the transmission was not working. I became frustrated since I was informed the day before all was well. They offered me a vehicle for the days that I would need one, which is why I am giving more than one star. The following day, they told me my car was ready for pick up. I am not sure how it went from a couple more weeks to only one day. Well, long story short, the problem was not even fixed. I still had the same reoccurring problem that I had before, and now my car is in a different shop, yet again, because they did not do what was needed before to fix the original problem. It was very disappointing what happened.

I have come to Gabriel's a few times over the years for car repairs (with different vehicles). This most recent visit was for a battery issue. Every time I have been there, they are super friendly and welcoming, were able to fix my issue that day, and were very fair in their pricing. In a male-dominated car technician world, sometimes it can be intimidating for a woman to get her car fixed. Not once did I feel intimidated at Gabriel's. I definitely loved that they had a woman working there. I think Gabriel knows this. He's a smart man. It definitely makes the female customers feel more at ease.Service: Battery

I have been taking my cars to Gabriel's for years. They are an amazing autoshop, staff are all knowledgeable and friendly, answering any and all questions. My car unfortunately had to be there for a little over a week due to parts waiting to arrive. What I appreciated is the honesty of letting me know my car was really not safe to drive (fuel leak and while there, they found my battery was leaking). They kept me updated at all times and I know when I leave with my car, I'm safe and secure that everything was done correctly and I'm once again safe on the road.The work done on my cars have always been top notch and I highly recommend them for any repairs and diagnostics. Every step of the way they took great care in the whole process. I called them while I was at another auto repair place that wouldn't be able to provide my repair for 2-3 weeks. Gabriel got me in the very next morning. They also gave me use of the rental car they have on site so in the event the repairs weren't finished within the day, I would still be able to go about my weekend. I asked to OEM parts they made sure to get the parts from the dealership same day. Unfortunately due to no fault of Gabriel's the dealership sent 1 incorrect part so my car was not ready the same day, but it didn't matter because they had already given me a loaner car to use, Gabriel made sure I had a car for the next couple of days until the correct part came in. I also came by while my car was being worked on so I could retrieve a key I left in the car, Gabriel walked me to my car and got the keys, but he also showed me the damaged part they took out of my car and raised my car and showed me the next part that would be replaced under the car. It was so reassuring to see the damaged parts that would be replaced and the see the parts that had already been removed. Very trustworthy shop. No hesitation to recommend them to my family and friends. And to top it off you'll get a bottle of hot sauce when you pick up your vehicle!Service: Engine repair

I called and asked how long an oil change would be and they said an hour. I got there and luckily, nobody was there and sure enough, 1 hour. Gabriel and the lady at the counter were very nice!! I know I needed my breaks fixed and asked if they can check them out which they did! They fixed the 2 in the back and also gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait at the shop!!! Definitely recommend them and they give you a little gift :)Also, they follow up with how the car is doing after their services by text! That's more than what any other place does!Services: Brakes, Oil change
