Had a nail in one of my truck's tires and was serviced fairly quickly (probably about 30 mins total duebto there being other folks there before me). Really nice people and trustworthy as well! The second time this happened, I guess the nail was short enough that it didn't penetrate deep enough so I didn't pay anything. Topped off my tire pressures each time too!

Went to get my tires replaced and they over tightened my wheels and ruined my wheel studs, had to get a new wheel stud to replace the broken one as it snapped off after hearing a knocking sound in the back. Once the stud was replaced, knocking was gone. If they can even tighten a wheel properly what can they do properly?

Had a nail in my tire was losing air quick google search brought me to this spot. Real nice and helpful employees was in and out fast with a patch! They're open Sundays as well!!

I went to get two used tires and received a decent deal from the owner. Unfortunately one of the tires was damaged. It looked like if the damaged tire dint bubble they were going to still install and cause me to get into an accident . But, the owner was informed of the damage and the deal dod not go as planned. They reinstalled my old tires and messed up one of my tire spacers. Their employee tried to convince they wee not needed and I told him it was not my first rodeo. That I was going to get this repaired and give them bill. The owner was aware if the situation was upset because the deal did not thru and tried to hide it. I was behind him and heard his conversation with his employee. Word of advice. Be on top of them because when they make a mistake they try to hide it. Other than that go somewhere else.

Great place to go for used tires in Chino! Got the best prices in my opinion for the better quality used tires.Quick, no upselling (I can't stand it when that happens), and they know their stuff.

Great people, helped me with tire rotation and installing a pair of tires. Also wanted an alignment and they recommended i replace my lower control arms first before getting and alignment. They showed me too. Super honest people will keep going here for their services.

Cheaper prices then corporate spots by about 100-150$ great tires and warranty.... edit one year later=He didn't let me use my warranty because my gfs alignment was off.....I told him the tire popping has nothing to so with alignment. I went to the shop down the street. He wouldn't let me use warranty.

These guys are the best, they have the best prices! Very friendly oh and they have a cute kitty and dog that get along, pretty awesome. Besides their friendly environment they were kind enough to offer me an ice cold bottle of water, perfect for this heat! Took about 10 minutes to get my tire replace, which was perfect! as other shops like to take their sweet time. These guys went straight at it, no waiting longer than needed! I would recommend Audio America Tire, one of the best shops in the IE. ( I own 3 cars, so tires are always needed, this is my place to go to.)

I needed my wheels swapped out on my Polaris Razor. Everyone i called or visited wanted $80 to change out my wheels. Not dismount tires onto new rims but just swap out wheels and tire for another set. These guy took me in and only charged me $30. They were busy but still moved fast and my wait wasn't long at all. Not the biggest selection of tires but they do have plenty of stuff but the pricing and service will take me there again in the future when needed.

I went in on 2-3-13 for swap out my tires. Great prices and fast friendly service. I had Sergio help me and I was in and out in 30 mins. Tires balanced, mounted and inspected. The price beat any goodyear or discount tire shop around. I highly recommend this shop! Review Date 2-4-13

Called yesterday because I noticed a screw in my tire. Asked for business hours & they told me 8am was their opening hour. Dropped off my son at school & went straight there. 7:55 am & were already open. Very nice & quick. It's been the 2nd time coming to this place. Really do recommend them.

Our of 3 other places I called they gave me the better price on 3 new tires for my car. Their economy tires are Lion Heart tires and have a 45K warranty. They got them installed fast and also installed a tire pressure monitor that no longer worked on one tire. Check them out before committing to another place, I recommend this place.

You can not go wrong with Audio America. Alfredo and the rest of the guys helped me out at a great price. They are very honest, nice, and professional and do not try to play games like other tire stores. Do not waste your time going anywhere else. Thanks Alfredo and all the staff.

3/2020Went back with new tires for the Camry I just bought.Fast service again. The balancing was good but a few days later one of the weights must have fallen, went back and they fixed it.No frills, no coffee, no lounge, but good service.I prefer these simple shops to the name brands because they are pretty straight forward and fast. Don't expect to find expensive tires sold here...being your own.Added on 9/12/18:Great deal to balance and install two tires. Although the nuts we're not torqued correctly, the first tire that was reinstalled had one very loose nut and one overly tight 120lbft. I had to check everyone after that, but it was just one.Also checked the air pressure and they were all over inflated. Even if my tires were warm after the short trip, I think 45 is a high readout. I brought them all down to 35, which is 3 above mfg recommendation but should be ok.

I've been taking my care for tires, brakes, alignments for a few years now. The owner is fair with prices they have good customer service and are very good at what they do, I have never had any issue with them.

THIS GUYS ARE AWESOME!!!!Right here you will get the best service, best prices and never have to wait for hrs like the places I mention below.FORGET Discount tires, America's tire center, Firestone tires or Pep Boys!!! They all suck a BIG FAT D!%K compare to this guys.

Fast and friendly service. My guy noticed I was in a rush and fixed my flat in record time. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and back on the road. Great service!!

I just came from another spot that took over 2 hours didn't finish the job and scratched up 2 of my rims.... when I got here athey finished the job in less then 10 minutes with no damage very professional don't go anywhere else extremely satisfied!!!!!

Have been there three times now for my auto tire needs. Low prices. Friendly service.Honest opinions. Family run business. The type of place where I want to take my cars!This is now my tire shop.
