Our Yukon was involved in two collisions in less than 6 months... neither was our fault! We took the vehicle to Wittmeier Collision both times, and worked with Vincent both times. Our experience was exceptional. The work done each time certainly met our expectations; the car looked new again. But a special shoutout to Vincent. He made the experience pleasant, despite GM being hopelessly backordered on parts. Throughout both experiences, I felt his communication frequency and style showed that he cared and that I could talk to him. He was professional but it wasn't scripted. It was like working with a friend who was just being his honest self, and was willing to go to bat for me with insurance and GM. Appreciate it Vincent! And thank you Wittmeier for being in-network with Farmers insurance.

I couldn't get the car done I brought in 3 weeks before. I said car maybe would be done in a month More or so. Service Writer was great, but the company is very unorganized! Decided to do the car myself I own my own custom car shop.

Vincent was awesome at helping me navigate insurance, estimates, car rentals when I needed ourback bumper fixed after being rear ended. I told him I love my car and he told me they would make it brand new and they definitely did! He always responded quickly which I definitely appreciated. I can t tell at all where the damage was. First off, I'd like to thank Vincent for fixing my car and solving such a stressful problem for me. My 2020 Toyato Camry had a malfuction that made my car unable to drive or move. Thanks to Vincent helping me from towing my car to fixing my car, it's always been him thats taken care of all my needs and sought out the best possible solutions for my car. I feel very satisfied with his service and I'm also very gratful to him for the time and effort he put in helping me. The way he was so dedicated, detailed, and specific about everything was reassuring and gave me a sense of comfort in knowing that my car was in good hands. Thanks to all the help from Vincent, my car is now able to function normally. Thank you for all your help and I'd definitly recommend this car store to you all.

Vince is amazing! He was super nice and he makes his business personal. I am so glad that he was the person to fix my car and he was super fast and efficient about fixing the damage. Had a bumper and rear quarter panel repair here thru insurance. They were super friendly and informative through the whole process. It didn't take very long and they did an amazing job! My car looks soo good. They even washed it and vacuumed the inside too. Seriously above and beyond:)

While the repair took a couple weeks longer than previously stated (it needed a bit more work than previously stated) we could not be happier with the service. They even got rid of the annoying rattle from the rear window that came with the car when we got it.The guy who worked out our car (Noe?) kept us in the loop pretty much every step of the way and always informed us if anything more needed done, they worked with our insurance company so we didnt have to, and all we had to pay on the way out was the deductible.If you have unfortunately crashed your car and need it worked on, bring it here, my only gripe is that they dont have any rental car options while they are working on your car, but they did get us a pretty decent discount on car rentals none the less. Still 5 stars though, Id give them 6 if I could.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Penny was great! She was always keeping us up to date on what was going on. Very very friendly. They got what they needed to get done. Offered to give me a ride home when I dropped off my moms car. They were dog friendly and professional! Penny kept us up to date on the time frame of work and cost. I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Wittmeier. No work was performed after having my car for 5 days. They wanted to keep my car an add'll 5 days to fix something else not on the initial estimate. I asked them just to repair the bumper and headlight. I needed my car back as I was leaving out of state and would not return until next month. Today they asked me to pick up the car. I did. No work was done at all. I called my insurance company and reported that and asked them NOT to pay for work that was NOT completed. Definitely never using this business again and will warn people off.

Do not take your vehicle here. It is a waste of time and all they do is run you in circles. I was told my car would be fixed one day and that parts would come in another day and nothing was ever done. All they seemed to do was strip my car of parts and "couldn't" fix it. Now they say it is totaled and are just charging to store it when they should of told me that it couldn't get fixed instead of asking for more money.

Very flexible with how to paint your car. All at once or in parts. Informative and friendly, I learned a lot. All I want is a simple blend for a old car that's about to turn classic. It's not going to a car show. So far I'm very happy with Whittmeir services.

We had some damage done to the paint on my son's new to us mustang. Wittmeier not only painted what the insurance approved which was everything but the rear bumper but they took it upon themselves to fix a few dings and paint the rear bumper at no charge to us. It took a bit longer to get the car back than some other shops might have done but the work done on the car and the paint job itself is like the car came off the show room floor. Thank you for going above and beyond for us. My son is one happy camper and the car looks brand new. I also want to say, everyone there is super nice and great to work with.

DO NOT take your car here. I took my vehicle in for a hit and run incident I was involved in, and my rear bumper, exhaust system, and a few other components were damaged. Let me start off by saying that Wittmeier Collision Center is definitely way too good at fooling people. They estimated me a week and a half, with parts being ordered the same day I took my vehicle in, etc... well I got it back over 3 and a half weeks later! If it wasn't for my car having an app, I don't know what I would've done. I was lied to MULTIPLE times about the work being done, parts being ordered, the location of my vehicle, you name it! There was no communication what so ever, I had to call every few days and have them sound annoyed even mentioning my car. Why? Well because my car was located somewhere other than the collision center, and I once again, was NOT informed even though they swore up and down that I would know every little step. Oh, and not to mention the surprise visit I made... Shocking enough I was lied to about a part that was already there, in which the previous day I had called and they said it would "take a week" to get to their shop. One day I received a phone call from the agent in charge of working on my car, and was directly told that if their shop mechanic didn't meet me the day of the surprise visit, he wouldn't put a damaged faulty part on my vehicle "if I wasn't such a cool guy". Their words exactly. So please, if you have a car that you enjoy and don't feel like having it back for a month.. DO NOT take it to Wittmeier.

Do NOT take your car her. Brought my small SUV in under an insurance claim. Took them 2 extra weeks to fix it because they ordered the wrong hood then dropped and broke the grill. When I got it back there was stuff hanging from the engine, the bumper didn't fit properly, there was a clinking sound when I rolled down the window, the door locks on the passenger door didn't work and it still had the same license plate frame that was smashed up from the accident. There was little to no accountability taken on their part or any kind of token or apology to show they were sorry for the horrible repair job. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else!

My adjuster was amazing. So patient and did everything in his power to help me. I would recommend this place to anyone. I can't remember my adjusters name but he is what costumer service should be everywhere. He should be in charge of training people so there's more like him.

We had a wind storm lift our carport and smash into our brand new Ford pickup and our insurance sent us to Whittmeier Collision Chico and they are wonderful they made the truck whole again and we are greatful they did miss a corner hidden from sight unless opened right on corner of tailgate and looking back I would have been grateful to have it fixed but it wasn't part of the job by wind damage so we understand so maybe we could have had it fixed at the same time if they had mentioned it that's why 4stars instead of 5 but they are great at what they do!!!

Had my car in for repair almost nine months ago or more can the service writer missed a damaged hubcap promised me he would order one Android call me when it came in about a month later I called him he was going on vacation and said he would take care of it when he got back 2 months later can said I was supposed to come in and pick it up it's been a long time now the hubcap finally rolled off the car however the body work they did was very good the broken promises of the service writer ask me upset and that's why I'm writing this review there was also a third call where Ken told me he'd have to go back and check his notes and get back to me and of course he never did.
