Couldn t even get past the cashiers.Update 2024: I went back for my scheduled oil changes and all that and had much better experience. Carlos the mechanic that I was dealing with was so cool and patient with me.I used the Ford pass and had someone pick my truck up for it s service! So I avoided the place all together making my experience very pleasant.

I went in to get my car battery replaced on 11/4/2023. As I left, I noticed my key fob did not work and my speedometer would flicker before turning the ignition. I couldn t take it back as I had to go back to work. On 2/19/2024, I went in for my scheduled appointment for an oil change and mentioned if they can please look into the flickering of the speedometer and my key fob since it quit working right after the car battery replacement. I should mention that my key fob was working before Wittmeir replaced my car battery. Carl wanted to charge me $195 for a diagnostics which is terrible customer service as what I asked them to look into was working just fine before they replaced the car battery. I left without getting my oil changed and I won t return.

Honestly I would avoid this specific location if you need to take in your car. Each time Ive gone they ve been nothing but rude and have terrible customer service. I had to get my tire replaced so i asked if my warranty covers the tire that i needed replaced, and instead of checking he just said no. This guy, i didn t get his name, didn t bother to check. I ended up going to Americas tire and they were so accommodating and set me up with an amazing offer.The honda location at Yuba city is open on Saturdays, i find the drive worth it for the customer service and the promptness.

Sold my daughter a lemon! 3rd time back in service in less than 3 months! The first time back was hours after leaving the dealership. Now they are having issues fixing it in addition to finding more problems that is not covered. Unreal. They don't seem to care! Want a satisfied customer fix the problem not just take the down payment and then try to get more out of it. Not even trying to help and fix the situation. Actually blaming us for not knowing a used car may be an issue. Well duh! Bought a warranty for a reason.Service: Electrical repair

Everyone at Wittmeier is always super nice. From when I checked in in the morning to when I paid and picked up my car, everyone was friendly and helpful. The check in process was very fast and my online appointment details were all ready to go. The shuttle driver was very friendly and prompt. The lady that helped finalize my bill was very nice and made me feel as if she already knew me. I always feel confident that the Wittmeier staff values my business and takes care of my car as if I am more than just a customer. Thank you.

There service center is horrible at documenting note's on important issues like the 9.9 miles per gallon my 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD gets, and I brought it in to be serviced before the warranty was up with the transmission slipping that it also has done from the time I bought it and I was told nothing was wrong with it now my transmission is out at 126,000 miles, this is my second Chevrolet Silverado I have ownedThe first one I traded in because the transmission did the exact same thing, so for $6827.00 I can buy another flawed transmission from Whittmeier Chevrolet?Or for $6100.00 I can take to Dirk's Automotive & Transmission In Oroville,California and they will rebuild the transmission and fix Chevrolets flaws and warranty it for 100,000 milesI AM NOT ONE TO WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS WAS A MUST THANKS FOR SCREWING ME OVER.

Tried to sell me unnecessary parts for my car. Paid $195 for a diagnostic for them to tell me my alternator was bad. Wanted to charge me $1000 for alternator replacement. Went to get a second opinion and the alternator is fine since new battery was installed. Very shady dealing by the dealership. At the end they did make it right by refunding the diagnostic fee, however I would not trust them enough to take my car back there.

would give 0 stars if i could. horrible place to service your car. honda especially. we brought our car in, in the morning for a simple transmission fluid change and alignment check. we come back around 4pm when they tell us our car is done and they kept it all day and did absolutely nothing to it! nothing. told us the machine for the alignment check wasn t working but didn t even do the transmission fuel. they wasted our time. waiting all day in the heat or in their janky waiting room.i am absolutely displeased. i will never return here. go somewhere else if you want your car to be taken care of properly

Bought a used F150 for $30,000, the most important feature I required was a 3.5 Liter eco boost engine as I would be towing a light trailer. The salesman, who is either incompetent or straight up dishonest, sold me a 3.5 Liter non eco boost truck and I didn't notice the deception for a couple of weeks. I've been back many times to give Wittmeier a chance to show some integrity but not once would a manager come from "the back room" to meet with me. Personally, I'll never do business with Wittmeier again. To anyone reading this I say let the buyer beware, don't let Wittmeier make you a victim.

What a great first impression.Brought in a new to us vehicle for some service, 2021 Blazer RS.Still under the factory warranty but I had a few minor issues. I was able to schedule an appointment without much of a wait. Brought the vehicle in and they took care of all the issues that same day.

I have always had my Honda CRV serviced by Wittmeier since I bought it from them new in 2016, but I was disappointed with my last service visit. The service rep tried to sell me a lot of unnecessary products and whatnot ("oil conditioner"/additive when doing a synthetic oil change before the service interval?!), but it was pretty apparent it was just an up sell pitch and he was hoping I wouldn't know the difference, and when I questioned him about it he changed his tune quickly. It wasn't that he was pushy per se, but he didn't discuss these options with me and more implied they SHOULD be done (claimed they were recommended, though no one has ever mentioned, let alone recommended, them before), and already had them added on to the work order before I even okayed them. They threw in a free car wash (which has never happened before and I read it as a good faith gesture because he knew I was pretty dissatisfied) but this was too little too late. What makes me most upset is that if my wife had been the one to bring the car in she likely would have left with a bill well over a thousand dollars (more than double what it should have cost and what I ended up paying). Suffice it to say, I will be doing my own services in the future, and I will think long and hard before bringing my CRV or my new Odyssey in to Wittmeier for services in the future (and rest assured I'll be going through the work order with a fine toothed comb if I do).

2 months after replacing all 4 tires, along with maintence there are 2 bubbles with separation on both front tires that aren't covered by any kind of warranty by them. Went to les schwabb and replaced the tires again. And whoever answers the service department calls should get some retraining. Ok, when I m wrong I admit it! I m pretty sure I did a not so flattering review in the past. I was wrong! Bad month!!! I will preface by saying Nothing I hate more than a vehicle that won t get me from point A to B and back again!! Grrrr! I love my Ford Escape! It is perfect for me, I know not for everyone but I have owned mine for a long time, no worries, no problems, never failed me. UNTIL: RECENTLY!! I really thought I was going to have to buy a new vehicle! I also love no car payments! Well, FOUR (4) times in less than three (3) weeks, it broke down on me, had to have it towed. I don t live in Chico so I was stuck, hot waiting for a ride, towed vehicle to Ford Service, Wittmeier was the one, they fixed what they thought was issue, nope, keep it for a week next time, tried everything, changed this, checked that. Nope broke down again! Then it was a challenge for me and them. They had never come across something like this before, they worked and worked and tried things THEN they found the problem!! This is one for the Books! They ordered the part, fixed it and WAH-LA!!!! FIXED! NO CHARGE!!!!! They had never run across this before, they were determined to figure it out, they felt bad that it broke down on me so many times, they had to make it right and they did!! Great guys, gals, smart people and like doctors, figure things out!! Love them, now they have my business forever!!Service: Electrical

Kyle was an incredibly helpful service advisor! We had to have our vehicle towed in, and he made it so we didn t have to show up until the work we approved was completed and vehicle was ready to go. The quote was reasonable and the total cost in the end actually came in a bit under what we initially approved. Maria was helpful as well. Everyone we spoke to was kind and made this an easy process. A car wash would have been nice, I guess we didn t spend enough. Oh well, we still are appreciative and will use them again when necessary.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I've brought my cars to Wittmeier for every scheduled service, and was never as happy with the service I received as I was with this last one - maybe they had a new team, or maybe the planets aligned just right, I don't know, but not only did they check everything, rotate tires, change oil, etc. but for the first time ever - they washed my car! I was thrilled, because it needed it I've bought three cars from Wittmeier, so I bring them there for service, and they have never washed my car after a service before. I love it, and hope it's now part of the service!Plus the staff I communicated with were very friendly and helpful - that's how it's supposed to be done. 5 stars!

I would definitely recommend Ed Wittmeier service Dept. to anyone, especially my family and friends. This was my second time taking my 2000 Ford Explorer there and have been totally pleased with their service. Kyle was the person who signed me in both times and he is a great service rep to work with. Everyone there has been polite, helpful, efficient and courteous. I feel I can trust there work and have had no problems with the repairs made to my 21-year-old vehicle, that's right, 21 years! I'm from out of town and needed to get my car serviced while in the area. It was easy to schedule an appointment, and they got me in very quickly. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful. They double-checked my car when I started hearing a weird noise after I got my car back.

Peter was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the progress of the service on my vehicle. He came over to speak with me when I picked up my car and explained exactly what was done.Maria was the cashier and she was also so nice and explained everything to me too.I am very impressed with Wittmeier Ford and would definitely recommend them for all of your needs.

Just got our Sport Utility back from the service department and we could not have been more pleased. The repair was made to our Honda faster than expected and even cost us less than quoted. Will definitely be recommending Wittmeier to my family and friends. Well done.

Steve at the Service Center was rude and degrading towards me when I brought my Mustang in for a paint chip on the bumper. The paint flaked off as my husband was washing the car for the first time and Steve told me that s not what happened. As if he was there when it happened, I guess? He told me clearly it was an impact. I told him no, there s was no impact, it happened in front of our eyes as it was being washed. He called me sweetheart as if I was a little girl that didn t know what I was talking about, and said well maybe it wasn t you, but someone definitely hit you. I laughed out loud! I guess this is how they treat customers now.

My wife and I had made several trips to the Honda lot at Wittmeier. There was never any aggressive or annoying behavior on the part of the salesmen. They always left us alone at the appropriate times.The final trip was to purchase a 2020 Pilot Touring model. The price was competitive with no haggling necessary by either parties. The sale was seamless and Wittmeier never pressed for additional charges for anything.All in all it was not an unpleasant experience and I would certainly recommend them.Update: We just had the first tire rotation and oil change (included in sale). Service was quick with no "up sell". The staff were courteous and answered all of my wife's questions. As with the purchase... no complaints. So far so good.

We test drove a couple cars. We came back another day and settled on one. We went inside to negotiate a price, fully prepared to buy. We have bought 5 cars over a twenty year period from Wittmeier Honda, all a positive experience. I can t explain how negotiations fell apart so badly and so quickly this time. We were even prepared to buy the car outright without financing. Our salesperson seemed to lack experience and expertise, unable to answer many of our questions about the car. That s not a big deal. We could easily look it up and get the answer online. Their people skills also lacked and were awkward while showing the car, and in negotiations. They really seemed like they didn t want to make a sale and made us feel unwelcome to coming back even. I m really sorry and bewildered by the experience. We were looking forward to continuing our many year relationship with another purchase from Wittmeier.

Well , when we go to Wittmeier we go to test drive a vehicle we are considering to purcchase,, but not to actually purchase at Wittmeier because you can get a better deal just about anywhere else. Sacramento, Roseville , Yuba City, Corning and Redbluff to name a few. In fact we made a vehicle purchase 3 days ago in Redbluff. It was awesome! Thanks

We have been long time customers of Wittmeier auto center. We have always been pleased with the care and vehicles we purchased here. We recently purchased a 2021 Honda Pilot Touring 7 on July 4, 2021. The sales personnel ( Dominic and Nick) were extremely friendly and well versed on this vehicle. Management were also very fair and helpful in making our time here more enjoyable. Jeff in finance made a long process seem shorter and was enjoyable to deal with. I went in to schedule a couple recalls with oil change and rotation.Could not get windshield recall done due to broken window, I get that but I was told someone would call to set up oil change and rotation and still have not hear from anyone.

They have fixed our vehicle 2 times and both times we have been very satisfied with the work. The only thing I would recommend to improve service would be a full detail before returning the vehicles. We had gone through a pretty tough time in which both of our vehicles were not drivable. It would have been wonderful to get our car back fixed as well as detailed.
