Totally lied to me on the phone saying that the $11 carry in tire install was only if it was a tire I purchased there and wanted me to pay $28 if not. First of plus, it doesn't even make sense only if I buy it there. Did you want me to carry it from an aisle or rack to the counter???? LAZY LAZY LAZY auto shop at this Walmart. Plus, it's an unhonest one at that.... I called a yuba City walmart, and they informed me that I could carry in any tire, not just one from Walmart. Get it together and quit trying to price gouge it or take advantage of a woman buying trippling the price and acting as if I don't understand what I'm read on their walmart site. Disappointed to say the least. I'd suggest a new crew or an honest one if I was walmart anyways this store will be a No for me thank you for the disservice.

I got my oil changed quick and easy. I lucked out that I got here before there was a line, or it could have easily been a few hours wait. The biggest downside was listening to how their manager treats her employees. She had to cover the phones while someone was on lunch, an she was not happy about it. I heard her make a call to employee asking why he wasn't there. From the sounds of it they hurt themselves on the job, and failed to report it. Guess what? If someone hasn't been hurt on the job before, they don't always know the proper steps! To say this manager spoke condescendingly to her employee would be an understatement. Obviously, they were short staffed, and one of the workers offered to stay longer if need be, and she told him to shut up/ stop talking and do as his schedule says. No wonder this place is short staffed. Who would want to work for someone who doesn't listen to or respect her employees.

I just got tires put on there and they are the best. They stayed after hours to help me get back on the road when I had a blown tire and would have had to wait until the next day without their great customer service and can do attitude. Jericho is a great technician that stayed after hours to help me out and Eric is a great manager that made it possible. Highly recommend these guys.

Severely understaffed. I spoke w/ a worker and he stated he was working by himself under the cars. Here is only 1 person working at 5pm when they close at 7pm. They are turning away customers. It is illegal to have someone under a vehicle by themselves w/ such a large company. I've contacted the proper authorities.

Took my truck for an oil change, was the first one of the day. The mechanic had my truck for 90 minutes before calling to tell me that the oil filter was to hard for him to get to and he was refusing to do the service. Completely lazy workers, wasting customer's time.

Way to go! The staff made my experience the best by accepting what life threw at us that day, making my appointment work out for the best, and saved me money. I appreciated the guy behind the counter. He was amazing!

Showed up at 7:30 in the morning without appointment looking for two new tires. Although, they told me to wait would be quite a while, it was surprisingly not.

You definitely get what you pay for. The prices are so cheap because the customer service is horrible. I waited in "line" like the sign out front says to for someone to come check my car in. Someone pulled up behind me in line, got out and went inside to check in. I continued to wait because again, that's what the sign says. They proceeded to help the other gentleman first and checked him in before me. The guy working was rude and not in the least bit helpful. He then told me it would be about a 40 minute wait. 1 hour and 30 minutes later, still waiting. Standing here watching them through the window and I havent seen a single person touch my car in over 10 minutes. Lesson learned. I'd rather pay $10 more at jiffy lube for faster, more professional service.

Came in to get 2 rear tires. They bent/scratched my subframe because the jack didn t have a rubber pad on it. I d go somewhere else. Beware

Took three hours to change one tire when I was initially told forty minutes, you can stand and watch them just talk and joke around, as they walk away from what they're supposed to be working on to chat to each other, and not even talk about car/questions. I'm an understanding person but to take three hours? If I was told it would be three hours initially, that'd be a different story.

Roy and Kevin are the best. I came in for an oil change. They noticed that my oil cap was put on too tight from my previous oil change there and the plastic started to crack. They stopped what they were doing, told me that they were going to replace the cap. I had a time limit because I was moving to another state. They replaced it with a metal cap and made sure my car was taken care of before the car transport took it.I definitely recommend coming here for your oil change. I trust these guys 300% with my car.

Came here to do a one time tire rotation and they charged me to get a 1 time fee to get it done for the lifetime of the tire. Every time I tried to come and get that done though, I'd be turned away because there were other cars there that needed more services than mine. Should've just charged me to do it the one time then instead of overcharging me.

Walmart has pretty good prices on Tires and the staff seems knowledgeable enough for installation. But.. I was quoted $153 over the phone for 2 tires, with all fees included. Showed up and it turned out $153 was before fees. After fees, it was $194.

You get what you pay for. We had to get tires from Walmart because their service center was open on a Sunday while no one else was- we should have just waited till Monday to go somewhere else. It was the worst experience having to deal with Walmart Tire & Lube in Chico. The staff was terrible! and the incompetence was even worse! We will go elsewhere next time.

Do not buy a battery from this place. We bought one and started having issues starting the car. Replaced the alternator and starter and still having issues. Had multiple places test thing and all said battery was bad. Wal-Mart tested it and their machine says it is fine. Assistant Manager Travis comes to talk to me and will not look at me, he just stared at the print out from their machine and insisted there was nothing that could he done. Since the piece of paper from a machine we never got to even see said the battery was great we were stuck with it.

The guy was great. Told go out to the shop and they'll install wiper blades for your car, 20 bucks out the door. In and out about 7 minutes

They get the job done qnd for a fair price. But when it comea to personal service there is none. No one goes over any findings ir to say all went well. That part is up to the customer to go over their receipt.

Ran by a group of idiots. They will mess up your car and send you out anyways, then deny it while their co-workers back them. I was almost killed after getting new tires from poor quality of work.
