JR is a crook we took our car to him supposedly was needing cam shaft solenoid replaced which he specifically told us it couldn t be done but yet charged us 1700 dollars to fix absolutely nothing picked up our car and had a cracked windshield gotta second opinion it s now being fixed it never got anything fixed at tires plus wasted money we didn t have !!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! I can t post this unless I give a star which this place doesn t deserve even that but here you go!!!

I came in with a screw in my tire, and they immediately serviced me. They worked SO fast, I was in and out within less than 10 minuets. To my surprise they did not even charge me, and were super nice! The guy even let me keep the screw as a souvenir, lol! I will be back with any other tire needs, I would recommend :)

JR and his team did a great job taking care of the alignment, wheels, and tires on my lifted truck. I enjoyed the customer service and how quickly they were able to get the exact tires I wanted. I was looking for inspirations for a set of wheels and JR did not disappoint, he showed me a set of custom powder coated wheels he had just finished and they were just what I needed to complete my truck. The quality of the powder coat and color is amazing it is difficult to find shops that do this type of work correctly. I highly recommend visiting this shop!Services: Tires, Painting, Wheel alignment

This place is the best they help fixed my tire for free and had great customer service! I took my gfs car and they did maintenance for it at a great price no problems and are very honest!!! I recently took my jeep and they helped me out and they saved me so much money and left her like new for a good price . I truly recommend this place it is the best. Junior is honest and they will help you.

This is one of my favorite places to go in order to get affordable tires they do used tires they do new tires and they were work with you on helping you get what you need at a affordable rate they are good people they are nice kind and work very diligently.

I went to Tires Plus based on a reference from a great friend. I had my Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Raised along with five new rims and tires. I can tell you that my experience was amazing from the consultation to the finish line, hence, the execution of installment. The owner and staff are transparent, honest and are truly in business to meet thewants and needs of their customers. It's no accident that Tire Plus is Chico's Premier Tire and Automotive center.

I got a flat on my way to pick up my daughter from Ballet. I was fortunate enough that this happened right in front of Tires Plus. They got me right in, set me up with a replacement tire. They told me all my tires needed to be replaced (I knew this was eminent prior to this). They gave me a great deal on 4 new tires which they installed/ aligned while I was watching my daughters recital the next day. The two men helping me, Roy and Dave were so nice and explained everything in detail while picking out my tires. I can't say enough great things about this place. Will be returning for all my oil changes and car service needs in the future as their prices are SO much better in comparison to my local car dealership in town. Called the day prior to my appointment asking for quotes on tires and alignment. JR gave me good (and honest) prices for good tires. Dropped off the next day and called me way quicker than i anticipated (he mentioned a 9-12 time block; literally like 1 � hour later). Thank you for the service JR, I'll be coming back

This is the best tire place ive ever been too. You can tell that the workers care about their customers. I came in here with a flat tire, and this man did everything to make sure i was driving safely. I am so thrilled to have found Tires Plus on Yelp. Junior the owner is very friendly and knowledgeable on auto repairs. I recently bought an older truck and it needed a tune up and other repairs. The mechanics at Tires Plus quickly worked on it and more importantly was fantastic on communicating with me throughout the process. Junior even called me after the car was repaired to see how the vehicle was responding. I am super impressed with this place. I think I've found my "go to" for all our future vehicle repair needs! JR and his team are amazing honest and very professional. Its hard to find a place that truly has the customer's best interest and these guys did just that! They truly go above and beyond! Went in for tires and lift kit. On our 06 tahoe and we couldn't be happier with the turn out. They were quick and kept us informed every step of the way. This place is wonderful. I brought in my 92' Nissan pickup for a tune up because it is old and I need it to last. My truck is my prize possession and they impressed me in every category. They were kind and patient with my many questions. They were efficient and finished the work very quickly.Here is a list of everything I had done back in May. It is now March and everything is still running super great!Oil change, spark plugs, shocks, brake pads, rotors, bearings, tie rods, sway bar links, ball joints, alignment, plus 2 tires.I will absolutely bring my truck back here again and I will refer this place to anyone who needs car support.Great place, great people, very fine work. That is hard to find in Butte county. There's a reason this place has 5 stars!Well done and thanks for keeping my little truck truckin!

I used to frequent Smyth with Marty because of their great service. Now as Tires Plus, Roy's continued the same great service! I stopped in on a random Saturday to see if he could do an alignment on my race-prepped BMW. Due to the suspension modifications it has, Roy told me he probably wouldn't be able to do as good a job with alignment as a more specialized shop (I appreciated his honesty!). My daily-driven VW Jetta needed an alignment too, and he said to bring it by. I ran home, got the Jetta and came back. He told me it'd be about 45 minutes, but it was less than 30. Great price too. Thanks Roy and Tires Plus! I'd recommend Tires Plus to anyone in Chico.Service: Wheel alignment

Super honest group of guys that always look out for the customer. Called yesterday and was able to get an appt for this morning regarding an oil change and tire rotation. Vehicle was done in a little over an hr! Crazy fast and efficient! Also, JR has always given me tips on keeping my vehicle intact. Very knowledgable guy. I gave the guys at tires plus a tired old Honda. I needed brake pads all the way around new tires shocks and struts all the way around and wheel alignment. They had it done in one day gave me an awesome price lower than the three other places I went to for estimate. They also gave me back one hell of a car! Thank you Junior!!

JR was a life saver. We were on a road trip and started having a really bad leak on one of our OLD tires (37000 miles on the stock rubbers). JR took us in at an hour before closing, got four new Cooper tires installed a great price and had us back on the road before closing! Junior from tires plus was very helpful. I got my truck lifted and got new rims and tires at his shop for a good price and it looks great. He was very professional and helped me with any questions i had. Best shop in Chico. They always fix my truck in a timely manner. Very friendly & professional. Today they hooked me up with a free tire patching. I would recommend tires plus to ANYONE for ANY service! I went in with very bald tires and a car that wouldn t drive straight and they got me back on the road what felt like immediately! I was very impressed by how fast I was out of there! As a female that is very uneducated on these types of things it was nice that they made me feel very comfortable explaining all that they could in deep detail which I really appreciated! Great service will never let you down on the work. Had a great experience here, if you have a problem they will fix it no problem. My lift was perfect nothing wrong and they will make sure ur alignment is perfect and everything is correct. Would highly recommend this place, they have great prices too. Overall great service.
