I would not take my Tesla anywhere else in Chico Ca. Even AAA does not currently approve them as a service center for repair but my insurance agent Berkshire Hathaway for commercial business, highly recommended me to go there first for an insurance claim my first I go straight to them for service.Just saying Once and done right the first time every time!The only thing better than having them come to my home and fix and replace filters, tires, etc. in my garage I don t know, because at almost 50,000 miles , I ve have zero problems Also, having excellent coffee first thing in the morning with Anthony! What a happy, knowledgeable, and friendly guy to have your first coffee of the day with! Organic Peruvian is the favorite my choice of several and happily served by Anthony. I ve never met the service guys, but the if they are anything like Anthony, top notch service! FEW chips, dents or stains on my 3 year old Tesla Y! I know every inch of my car that I clean at least once a week! I swear, it s impeccable when I drop it off and it is always as impeccable when I pick it up!This is very important, right?!TESLA SERVICE CENTER on Huss lane!!! Go there first

Bought a new Model Y in Rocklin only to get it home and have charging issues. The following day I dropped the car off with the manager at the Chico Tesla office and they scheduled it for repair the following day. The maintenance supervisor Mike replaced the charge port and did a few other minor things. This crew is spot on knowledgeable, friendly and an all around great staff. Total thumbs up for Chico Tesla

The Tesla Chico team is by far the best team I have encountered! I m on my 2nd Tesla and have visited other service centers but this one blows the rest out of the water! The team is super responsive and ready to help when you need anything.A special shoutout to Carlos Cardenas the service tech from the Chico team, he always goes the extra mile when working on your Tesla, he s the main reason why I only go to the Chico location even though I have 2 other locations closer to me.

Terrific team here. We had a rare full on failure of our front motor / drive unit in 117 degree heat wave. Mike took great care of us. He was super transparent, very friendly, did great work, and went way out of his way to help us out. It was a bad time in the middle of Covid when there were no rental cars anywhere (Not his fault). We really appreciate his help and kindness and support.

Solid staff and white glove service. Damaged a Tesla wheel and tire that needed to be replaced to continue on my long trip. Called the Service Center and Mike helped me setup the replacement before the flatbed even arrived. Upon arrival to the SC in Chico, they were ready to catch, talk Tesla and quickly got me back on the road. Professional and legit.

Took weeks to get parts in. Communication was very poor at first. I was 175 miles into the trip to Chico when I got a call that the parts were not in yet. Extremely inconvenient to get a Tesla serviced in Southern Oregon. Tesla, are you listening? You need to put in a service center in Medford OR.

The staff here are top notch, seriously. We never feel nervous about being taken advantage of. They will do everything they can to get your problem fixed for the least amount out of pocket. The waiting area is comfortable and the free wifi and coffee is much appreciated. Keep up the great work!

It was great they looked at my car they saw the problems and set us up for an appointment later on to get it fixed it was a manufacturer problem so they're going to fix it for free they also gave me $100 in Uber credit everyday until it gets repaired or I could get a rental but they did not have any at the time because of City living and parking issues the Uber will work out great.Sorry no photos I'll get some next time I'm there-Mitch

I brought my car in to get the charger port fixed, not only was it fixed quick and efficiently, but Mike Stone went above and beyond, showed me all kinds of cool things about my car, and was just all around knowledgeable and professional.

On 7/18 went to chico to get some recall done on my car and since it was going to take long tesla gave me an Uber credit to use but I didn't know how to use it so Tyler the manager tried and he didn't succeed so he asked me to use my credit card and they will refund me back 2 charges equal to about $ 40 today is 10/4 I've tried to call and send messages to Tyler and until now I've not got my credit backVery bad customer service so madService: Tires

Small service center but awesome team. Mike was super awesome and the roadside assistance team made things easy to get us back on the road. Fyi, their posted hours are service by appointment only

Supposedly by appointment only, but show up on the doorstep with a good sob story and they'll help you out. It worked for me. Very nice staff and quite helpful. Thanks to all!
