The ladies were extremely nice. They were fast it only took about 20 minutes, and the price was comparable to other places. I can't express how great the customer service was. Highly recommend them.

The ladies that run and work at this place are amazing! I have an older car, a 1998 chevrolet cavalier, They got me in and out and under half an hour. Excellent service, Excellent staff! Reasonably priced. I'll be going back when I need another smog certificate.

Excellent service here! This is where I have gone for smog checks for the last few years and I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly, great environment, and quick service. I love that fact that it s women owned and operated. Good job ladies, I ll see you again in about two years :)

Absolutely fantastic service went to 4 places and was recommended by a different shop that didn't do smog services.. shout out to gills motorworks thank you for recommending me they was clearly very busy here at smog Buster's,but didn't even bat an eye when I just walked in.. they are women owned and operated absolutely see them for all your smog needs.. also I noticed a gentleman came bk because his vehicle obviously didn't pass the first time and he said that he was out on the two weeks return process, so I believe they will give you two weeks to return if your vehicle doesn't pass.. if I could rate higher I definitely would great service over all and the wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes not very long at all highly highly recommend this shop

I have been going to smog busters for years for all of my vehicles. In this case, I was getting my 2000 Durango serviced. They gave me a few hints to help expedite the process and I couldn t be more happy about the ladies over at smog busters. They will make sure you pass with flying colors. They also have wonderful customer service and pricing.

Finally! Here are the best and most professional smog inspectors based on my experience around Chico. Very nice and kind people. I was watching the whole time how they are inspecting the vehicles. They treat every vehicle with care and like it's their own, which is very nice and rare to find smog shop like this! I went to smog my car there today while they were very busy, without an appointment, but guess what? They got it done within 10mins!I bet if you can find a better place and better inspectors than the ones at Smog Busters! Other inspectors will rev your engine to death like "Smog Inspector shop on Park Ave, Chico" hoping to get something wrong lol!Thank you so much to all the nice and professional staff at Smog Busters!

These ladies are always polite. The service is great. They stopped mid test so my truck wouldnt fail, and they gave me a printout of the codes that my truck kicked out.

First time getting a smog done here. Staff was friendly and fast, and service was affordable. Took around 25min total. There is a small but adequate seating area to wait inside and outside. Service: Smog certificationService: Smog certification

This is absolutely amazing! The vibes of the ladies that work there are phenomenal, they were so quick, and I had a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend them. If you don't need a star station certificate this is the place to go!

I have taken two cars to this same location in the last year 2020-21 no less. Both times they had my cars in and out in just a few minutes. I dont think I was there for 25 minutes max. And that was without an appointment. Everytime I need to have my vehicles smog checked I will go here. I really appreciate how professional and courteous they always are. And in these days of go go go all the time it's nice to not have to wait for an hour like I have at other places.

Stellar service from these folks!! Their prices have always been very reasonable in my opinion. The staff are always very courteous and they do things quickly and professionally. Andrea has always been great, she's very nice and does a good job getting my smog check done in a reasonable time. Great group of ladies!! I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for an affordable smog check and would like it done in a reasonable time.
