Collin was wasy to deal with and took care of two chips on my windshield. He also installed my front and rear license plate as a favor!! Very pleasant and professional experience, and I recommend them for all your glass needs in the Chico area.

My car is a 1994 a few other places I called said it would be about a week before they could get my windshield. Safety Auto Glass had my windshield the next day and someone met me at the shop after hours so I could purchases the glass. This time they drove to my place (which is an hour away from town) to replace my windshield. Excellent job, quick, great price on glass and even for mobile windshield replace/repair.

Their price was much lower than the five other places we called and their service was great. They installed my windshield while I waited and did a great job. This is a professional so who cares about their customers and reputation. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Mike and Mike at safety auto glass. My partner and I were traveling through town on a road trip when our wind shield started to cave in! I explained the situation and Mike had us come in even though he was booked with other jobs and in between appointments worked hard to get us back on the road.We hung out at the shop while they did their work and had very pleasant conversation, all around good vibes there.The price was extremely reasonable and the workmanship was professional quality highly recommend this place for any and all auto glass repair or replacement (they had to do a bit of both for us)Great costumer service and and an easy interaction Is worth a lot to me and these guys give it

Mike is great to work with. Long story short had to remove my front windshield to replace a headliner. Mike removed my glass one day and re installed the next day without hesitation. Great business to work with.

I really appreciated their service. I had a bad accident and needed my whole windshield replaced and they were able to accommodate to have it fixed the next day and I really appreciated that. The manager was super nice and assured to have my glass fixed and it looks like a brand new car! They even cleaned out all the glass from the ac and the front seats. Thank you! I guess my only concern was they said it would be fixed by 3:30 but I never got a call and had to go to the place before closing to get my car bc I didn t know what time they d be done. But it wasn t a big deal.

It was a tough season skiing in Tahoe for my truck glass. Had to replace a rear door window on my Tundra so took it here and the shop did a quick and well priced job. Then a rock chip on the windshield cracked side to side across the window and back again while defrosting on a cold morning heading up the hill. Christina was friendly on the phone & in the office as the 1st time and Alan did a top notch job on the install. Twice in one winter but the experience was pleasant and I'm glad I went with a local company and not the chain glass place the insurance recommended. This shop was better priced as well.

I'm sure I called around to almost every auto glass place in Chico and the owner I spoke to here gave me the best price out of all of them. He was very courteous and informative on the phone as well. When I got to the establishment it wasn't the most professional looking but what they lack in looks they make up for in service; a compromise I am more than willing to make. As long as I am in Chico the people here will always have me as a customer. I couldn't be happier with the work they did on my truck. Rear window got broken into and they fixed it in under 30 minutes and didn't even charge me for a new gasket. Go to this guy!

Highly recommend this place. Very nice and affordable.Ive brought my car here a couple of times. 1st experience was fixed the same day, the second time I Had to wait a couple days for the part and when I got the car in it took longer than expected but communication was great! Great, honest, quality work. Thank you.

called and had it fixed the same day. did a quick good job also the cheapest. while i was there a lady came in apparently a returning customer and told the man working that her rear view mirror had fallen off due to the heat. he gave her a new one and installed it free of charge. was super nice and good work, definitely recommend.

Safety Auto Glass replaced my windshield about 5 years ago in early 2016. Any warranty on that work had long passed. This year, the rubber above the windshield began coming up, made worse by automatic car washes. I taped it down again and again until I could get it repaired. I finally brought the vehicle back to Safety Auto to find that a new owner, Mike, had bought the place a few months ago. Mike was happy to fix the problem right away while I waited, professionally, quickly and with a smile! And he did not charge a dime! He did not own the place when the original repair was done, so he was in no way obligated or expected to do this, but he did. This is how businesses win customer loyalty. This was a great experience. The price was right and I was treated well. There was a small pocket of air at first but I was able to have it fixed immediately and would recommend this business to anyone who asked. I appreciate top notch service.

I dropped in on Friday.He wasn't sure if he could get the windshield I needed, said he would text me if he could.By the time I drove home(I live very close) he was texting to let me know he got one. By Monday at noon, my granddaughter had a new windshield in her pathfinder.Great job!! For sure I would recommend.

Quick, affordable service! Had the best quote in town ($200 under safelite) and I was in and out in under an hour. However, they did leave some glass pieces and dust in my cars interior during the replacement.

My windshield cracked driving on 5 coming from the bay area . Looked up a Windshield replacement place in Chico and this place came up. All I can say that these guys are great and fairly fast with the best price compared to others. Highly recommend.

Showed up for appointment at 1:00, no one there! No one called to say they needed to reschedule nor have I had a returned call as of now. Not happy nor will I be giving them our business. It's bad enough we just lost EVERYTHING in the camp fire but also turned down a competitor that have far better reviews and wasn't much of a price difference!

I have had to have my windows replaced a couple times and this is by far the best place. He did it the same day and had the lowest price. I wish I would've gone here sooner. He was very nice and my truck was done quick.

I had my windsheild replaced for a lot less than other places had quoted me. The people were very friendly and the woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice and called me when there was a cancellation so that I could come in a day earlier to my previously scheduled appointment. However, I will add that I think I came in on an off day because whoever replaced my windshield left some equipment in my car, forgot to replace my temporary registration on my new windshield (I went back inside to retreive it) and they left my dashboard kind of dirty. All in all I would say that my experience was positive. People make mistakes. At least I my windshield is intact.

Poor customer service. They spoke disrepectfully towards a female customer who was in the lobby, while they were working in the back and then accused her of lying when she confronted one of the workers for poping out the rubber of the driver door (which was not being worked on for this visit). Every other visit was fine, but after this - we would not recommend nor go back.

I highly recommend that you CALL ANYONE ELSE!!!! to replace your windshield or do pretty much any work done to your vehicle. This place is the equivalent of having your car worked on by untrained chimps. First of all they do not respect appointment times. And secondly and most importantly the work the performed was far below par.Brought my vehicle there to simply have the windshield replaced and they replaced it as I requested but the work was very shotty. First thing I noticed was that they took my stock rear view mirror and replaced it with a cheap after market one that rattled all around. Next I noticed a buzzing sound coming from the windshield when driven at speed. Then the last straw was when I drove my car through a car wash water came pouring in ruining my headliner which will cost $1000 to replace.After all of that we tried multiple times to have the problems resolved but all we ended up with was getting the run around and all attempt to fix the problems were done with the same type of lackluster unprofessional work.SAVE YOUR SELF A LOT OF HEADACHES BY GOING TO ANOTHER WINDSHIELD SHOP!!!!!

I highly recommend Safety auto glass in Chico! Great and fast service!All the shops around asked for almost twice the price I paid here.If you want quality work and low prices, this is the place to go.

Two weeks ago I called safety auto glass I get an answer and I got reserve appointment the next day within an hour and a half I receive my car back beautiful job everything clean amazing professional I will recommend it for everybody it s very cheap I want to shop around and see if the auto glass was the cheapest by $40 thank you Sam and Jordan I appreciate it you got all my business from now on on
