Clean, good customer service, easy to use website for automatic payments, no riff raff and very minimal weirdos. In the two years we rented there I only saw two questionable folks there, one taking a nap in his storage while his dog was in his truck and another just going to town on his rats nest of a storage unit. Both seemed harmless though. They left me alone and I them.Mice ended up getting into our storage the last couple of months we were there and shredded some things. They do have rat traps visible throughout the complex so they re aware and fighting the issue.Other than that it was great!

Had a storage unit for 3 years as I moved out of town for a while. Upon my return, I find everything in my storage unit ruined by water damage and mold from a leaking roof. Price might've been nice, but what's the point if everything's ruined at the end. Lesson learned for me I guess.

I have been with Red Top storage since the beginning of 2019 and I have to say I feel very safe having my cherished belongings stored here. The gentleman Bob who runs this establishment is been nothing short of a great manager to work with when there's a problem from billing to the grounds themselves. The grounds are kept just emaculent with a amble amount of video security located throughout the property. The prices I feel are a bit more then most storage facilities but then there is more security on the property then most also. I will continue to store my belongings here at Red Top Storage till I no longer need to and encourage others when looking for a storage facility themselves to check out Red Top Storage on Nord Ave.

I had a storage unit here for two years. Overall I had a smooth experience, but there were several frustrating moments forsure. I lost my key and instead of being able to provide me a backup, they told me they would have to cut the lock and change me 50 dollars.... Yeah no. (I ended up finding the key thankfully) then there was the issue of transferring ownership, see my parents got it for me and shortly after I took over payments. Well my parents were across the country and the manager insisted they would have to be there in order to transfer....yeah no that's not how the world works anymore buddy we have this thing called the telephone now... Anyway I am happy overall the facility is shockingly clean and using the gates is a breeze.

Though the website and the outgoing message said the office was open (on a Sunday), it wasn't. But I called the emergency contact number because, technically it was an emergency. I had two huge trucks full and 4 paid movers waiting and the other storage unit I arranged a week ago in Paradise had their gates closed and couldn't access the already paid for (3 MOS!) unit. Bob was good enough to look up and see if they had 2 10x20 units from home. Called me back, they did. Met me there and had me and the movers in quickly. Place is immaculate, very secure. Highly recommended!

Left my belonging there (mostly art work and collectibles) for a year. price is reasonable. $85/mo for 7 x10 ft. no contracts. clean facility.

Manager holds a very condescending attitude toward students and is very short with you. They also run shady business practices. I'd paid my monthly subscription 2 days ago and canceled today because I no longer need the unit and the employee working at the time said that they couldn't pro-rate the fee I paid. I don't think it's fair that I should have to pay for a whole months worth of storage when I only used the unit for two days. Will not being using red top again.

This place is awesome. I have rented from them two times and I really like everything they offer and how friendly they are. The online payment feature is awesome as well.I highly recommend storing your stuff here!

This place is great! I appreciate the security (codes, gate, surveillance). However, I wish it was accessible 24 hours. At this time, it's only accessible 6am-8pm.

Great service, friendly staff, super clean and good at calling when getting close to adding late fees. I am very happy and feel my belongings are safe being here.

It has gated code access, cameras at the entry and exit. One way in, one way out. I believe the owner lives on top of the office. Clean, well maintained, and raised just right so no flooding.

When does storage space has availability they're awesome fair prices, awesome customer service, timely response if you have to leave a message. No hassle, and convenient hours.

Said he would rent to me but changed his tune when I walked in his office. I also notice that people with complaints are met with a response that says that they have never had a tenant by that name.

Very good place to store my belongings. It's very secure. The only thing is it's not accessible 24 hours.

A great place to store your stuff that is reasonably priced with secured access. They also allow for auto-pay which is a great added bonus!

Hours are rules are silly. Nord mini storage is cheaper ANF the employees @ Nord mini storage are a lot cooler.

The items I had stored in my unit were cover with pest feces!!! From now on I will be cautious where I store my stuff.
