Wonderful experience each time Iv needed glass repairs. Perkins is my go-to and has always been very accommodating to get an appt as soon as possible. The ladies in the office have been easy to work with and are super friendly. Love supporting great companies in our community!

Girls at front desk are knowledgeable and friendly and very helpful. Nothing but great customer service. The glass that was ordered came defective, they were able to get me another replacement same day. Highly recommend!

Staff was very polite and understanding when I had to reschedule appointment.I was in and out of there in 40 minutes for a chip repair in the windshield. Did an amazing job, even gave a discount for me working at Enloe. I will be doing all of my glass repairs in the future through Perkins.

I came in with an emergency on my window my driver side window and and they were very nice and respectful they didn't charge me for anything that I didn't need Wes his name is Wes he is the one that worked on my car he did an excellent job and the girls at the front desk we had some nice conversations they were very helpful as well I went to Miller's Glass and they said that they could not help me because their guys were out on a job but he wouldn't help me find another place to get my window fixed if it wasn't for the customer that was standing in their he told me about you guys about Perkins take it to Perkins I'm so glad that I did because it was the opening up from the clouds and you guys were right there I appreciate everything that you guys did for me I especially want to think Wes he got in and out of there within less than 45 minutes from here on out if anybody needs a glass replaced I will tell them Perkins always Perkins you have a new customer and that is me

Can t believe how helpful they were! My sun roof decided to not close all the way and while it is still under warranty the new one was will take a few weeks to come. The dealership said, too bad, but then on my way out an employee pulled me aside and told me to go to Perkins for tape . So glad I did this, they gave me this huge plastic thing that stuck to my car that was just for this purpose. Then the guy looks at my husband and I and says no charge, just come back if you need us. They save the day, I need to drive it daily and this made it so we can still use the car and not fear November weather. Thanks again!Service: Sunroof glass replacement

Both windshields of my Class A motorhome were damaged while driving to Chico. Everyone, especially Jonathan, went the extra distance to get me repaired and back to normal very quickly. The technicians did a SUPER job and finished in less than a day. The whole experience could not have been better. THANK YOU!

My daughters car was broken into her 3rd week in Chico. She was very upset and so was I being 4 hours away. I called and spoke to Amanda first thing Monday morning and she was so kind and efficient. Brian was the installer who came out and I appreciate his kindness about the situation and kept me informed through the process. I truly appreciate the compassion I received from Amanda & Brian, it made a tough situation a little easier. They worked with my daughters school schedule and were out in 48 hours from my first call. I was referred here and am somewhat skeptical at times so I didn't know what to expect. My phone session making the appointment was very nice and pleasant. When I dropped of my truck I was hoping to have it back before noon as I had to pickup kids from school. I was very surprised when they called just 1 1/2 hours later and said it was done, just a simple regulator fix. The tech called me and was very friendly and helpful. Great business. When I called they answered without having to wait forever and were able to give me a quote over the phone for replacing my back window and repairing a bullseye on my windshield. They did a good job. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nice building that is tall and stands out when you are trying to find it.

Thank you so much to everyone at Perkins! I had my windshield replaced and now I feel so much safer driving my car! They do great work in a timely manner, and are the nicest folks out there!When I had a different concern about one of my back windows, they were more than willing to take the time in the same day to look at the window and make the needed repairs. They are kind of pricey if you are not going through insurance. However they are quick, competent, and even made sure to recalibrate my windshield-mounted lane assist and automatic braking systems.

PERKINS MOBILE AUTO Was one of the most cordial, accommodating, pet friendly businesses I have ever conducted business with. They provided both my dog and I with water after we had returned to see if the windshield replacement had been completed. They finished the installation along with "Calibration of The Forward Collision Feature" within the designated timeframe of 4 hours. Very professional, friendly and a facility that was meticulously clean. Support your Butte County, local Chico business. PERKINS Auto Glass is a 5 Star establishment. Highly recommend.

It was easy to book an appointment that fit my schedule. The person scheduling appointments was so sweet and helpful. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. I had 2 windows fixed and was out in under 3 hours.

The owner to extremely good care of me in a very timely and professional manner. Love the new facility and a great staff. Car is looking new again! We went to Perkins last week to get a new windshield, based on the google reviews. I have to say the experience was great accept when we dropped off the vehicle and picked it up. While our County is in the purple, there was not a face covering in sight on any of the employees inside (or outside) the office. I did not feel safe in the office and I will not be returning to Perkins any time soon (which is bummer because I have another vehicle that needs a new windshield). I hesitated to write this review, but because the reviews are what drew me there, I am participating in the process. In my opinion, customer service includes caring about the safety of your customers. You can make your own decision on if that matters to you. Otherwise they were friendly, prompt, and appear to do excellent work.Service: Auto windshield replacement

So many great things to say about Perkins Auto Glass, I guess starting with a big thank you is in order. The customer service is excellent, and their craft clearly the best work in town. They worked with me to get my windshield back to factory, and I appreciate their diligent services to get me back on the road safely in short amount of time. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family should they need some outstanding service paired with exceptional auto glass repair. Thanks Perkins crew, the roads never looked so clear, I can finally see to avoid the potholes dominating the roads in Chico.

Very helpful, asked them if they can add a sunroof to my car sadly they don t, but they actually searched with me and gave me a place in Sacramento that does the job. They saved me a lot of time and effort, all the other shops will just say no and not bother to give you any other place that might do it. Would definitely come replace a windshield with them next time if I had something. Thank you so much!

Five star shop all the way! The job quality was top notch. Staff was friendly and efficient. They were focused on the task at hand, replacing my windshield! Not fiddling with masks and treating their customers like we are in some kind of hazmat operation like, unfortunately, most businesses these days. What a great experience! I brought my boyfriends F250 there with a semi-shattered window. I arrived at my appointment time and they got me right in. They replaced my window within 45 minutes!!! WOW.. the BEST SERVICE EVER. The service techs were very nice and the ladies behind the desk were exceptional. Very happy with them and highly recommend Perkins to ANYBODY!!!!
