After a lot of research we decided on Subaru Crosstreks as our primary company vehicle. When we decided to look locally, we were impressed by the team at Pajouh Courtesy Automotive. Everyone we worked with was great, from our salesperson to finance to service. We met the owner, Jerry, and he was great too. Our staff loves the Crosstreks so much, we now have about 20 on the road, all purchased through this dealership. Now that we are having them serviced, that experience is good as well....and their new facilities are beautiful. We will be back. Highly recommend.

I've been a customer of Courtesy Motors for 20+years now. Their new ownership has not only continued but improved the level of service I've come to expect.Their new location and facilities are absolutely gorgeous and my most recent visit (for a routine oil change) was top notch. The staff was already outside of my vehicle before I had even openedy door to get out.They clearly explain everything that will be done prior to service and when I picked up my vehicle, the services performed were thoroughly reviewed with me.Their staff is courteous, willing to spend extra time for questions, and is the reason we keep coming back.

WARNING: Go outside of Chico to purchase your car. I tired to support the 'locals' and keep my dollars in Chico and had the ABSOLUTE worst experience with Courtesy now called Pajouh. Even the employees told me that this dealership is dishonest and untrustworthy. My car is a lemon and undriveable and the manager and the owner do not care. I had to hire a lawyer and the dealership is still NOT taking any action so that I can surrender the car and be done with this nightmare. I called Mercedes corporate today and they told me that my local dealership is not taking swift and correct action to settle this. This dealership will take your money and provide you with sub par customer service. They had my car for 90 days and still could not fix it. DO NOT BUY a care here. Go to the bay or Sacramento where you can find professional dealerships.

My experience was 100% good and my salesperson, Diondre , was patient, helpful and, fully supported by the dealership owner, Jerry P, sold me the car I wanted at the agreed-upon price.Buying a car locally is worth it!

These guys have been amazing! Bought the car online and over the phone in about an hour. THEN, they delivered the car from Chico to Modesto, clean and with a full tank of gas, the very next day free of charge. I've been trying to buy a car since mine was totaled on Christmas Eve '21, and have delt with, I can't remember how many dealerships. These guys stand head and shoulders above them all.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Courtesy Automotive Center. They worked with me while I was on vacation to secure a vehicle I really wanted. I have to give a shout out to Victoria up there, she was very prompt and helpful, professional. She delivered the vehicle to me with a full tank and it was very clean all around. Highly recommend this place. Easiest car I've ever purchased!

My daughter and I hit the road, from San Francisco, to find a truck for her. Our last stop was going to be Courtesy Automotive Center. About mid way there we called. Brad offered to meet us half way. Who does that? I couldn't believe they would offer this service.Brad met us and we were able to test drive it. It was exactly what we were looking for so we drove to the dealership. When we arrived everyone in the office was very nice and genuine, especially Trey.We said we wanted it and the paperwork was started. We met Juan, Finance Manager who made the deal as painless as possible. He accommodated our requests and we were on our way back to San Francisco within an hour.In summary Trey, Brad and Juan are ROCK STARS!! Overall, this dealership could give lessons on how to treat a customer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car!

Went to get 2 estimates on a small 6" diameter paint bubbling on my exterior driver's door (2016 Buick Encore). First I verified my car's warranty (for paint) which is on line and in the paperwork, for 6 yrs or 100K miles.First stop was a highly rated body shop. The owner looked at the issue and said it had been caused by something under the original coating.Second stop was at Courtesy Motors where I bought the SUV new. I was outside the warranty by 7 months. My current mileage is at 20,500- under the warranty by almost 80K miles.The body shop woman suggested I speak to the warranty dept, to see what they could do. That meeting took place with a very young man who do not even know the paint is covered. He said "paint is never covered, and even if it was covered under the 3 yr or 36K miles, that all is expired, but paint isn't covered".I then proceeded to tell him what the warranty stated regarding paint, and that my car- the 2016- actually had a 4 yr/48K bumper to bumper. And that was w/o buying additional coverage.So much for dealing with someone who is supposed to be the go-to on warranty knowledge.Walked back to the dealer's body shop for my estimate- $1900.

I had a small fender bender in my Toyota Tacoma pick up on the front end. I took it to courtesy auto motors. They gave me an accurate estimate. They handled my claim very professionally, and their estimate on when the repairs would be completed, was very close to the original estimate. There was a little more damage they found once they got in to make the repair. However, they took care of it and made it look amazing. I am thoroughly happy with Amanda and her entire team in the collision and auto body shop department. Thank you very much!

When it was time to replace my wife s 11 year old Honda Civic with something a little newer and something a little nicer and something a little more reliable (and hopefully a little more fuel efficient too) I knew the first place we wanted to go back to was Courtesy Auto CenterAfter 20 years in Chico and buying our fair share of new and used cars from some -other- Chico dealers, it was the folks at Courtesy Auto Center who had treated us with the greatest amount of respect, honesty and fairness and I m glad to say that after 10 years since our last pre-owned purchase with them, they ve only gotten more respectful, honest and fair.Alan Ramos and the folks at Courtesy helped us through the entire process and while my wife and I did our homework knowing what Courtesy had in stock, what the fair market value should be, what our trade in was worth and what our credit was like Alan was invaluable in making sure we got the car we wanted at a fair price with an honest assessment of our trade in and a very respectable financing rate. And my wife simply could not be happier with her new (to her) hybrid Kia Optima.And while I hope we won t be needing another new or used car for another 10 years, hopefully when we do, Alan will still be there to guide us through another respectful, honest and fair automotive purchase.

I purchased a brand new GMC truck for $83,545 before taxes & fees. I qualified for the 0.9% financing. I told them I wanted absolutely nothing extra, no warranties, no GAP and damn sure not an extra theft protection service called Starguard for an extra $1000 especially when the vehicle already comes with OnStar from the factory. The little slimy weasels that they are, threw that in there without asking me or telling me that I was being charged for it. I only realized it when I called the bank to figure out why the math wasn't adding up on what I financed after my $2500 down payment. That's when I realized they snuck that into the deal. I tried to cancel with the Starguard company, I deactivated it but they said you have to get your money back from the dealership. The GM won't call back, the finance turkey Eston, won't call back and the salesman just shifts the blame. What a joke. DO NOT BUY from these SCAM ARTISTS. If they would have just been honest they would have gained a customer, with an 800+ credit score and solid income that would return in the future for more vehicles, but instead they wanted to try and pad their pockets and gain a worse reputation. AVOID the salesman Brad Yergenson too, he will just ignore the problem until you go away. They also failed to give me the $500 GMC veterans discount. Typical sleaze ball car guys.

June 8, 2022 I bought my amazing little BMW Z4. But my experience goes back to February when I was on the hunt for one. I dropped into my local BMW dealership and met Jeffrey Olivarri. He was kind enough to go over the car that I was looking for online and show me all the features. I went to Sacramento and test drove some used ones and came back to Jeffrey to order the car. The ordering process was PERFECT. We picked out exactly what I wanted and placed the order. Updates were given to me the whole 3 month wait and he even surprised me with a video of a used one they had gotten on their lot during my wait period. He was amazing! Had the car ready with a bow and all the day of pick up! I highly recommend him and this truly is the only way to buy a car!! So go see Jeffrey! He will treat you like royalty!!! BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

Only good thing about that place is the friendly staff. Dealerships are priced WAY to high for just an oil change. I paid $94 to sit in their tiny awkward waiting room for over an hour while they did the oil change. They didn't even do complimentary vacuum or car wash. I can pay $60 for the same service plus wipe down and vacuum of my vehicle at JiffyLube and only wait 30 minutes! I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

The absolute worst customer service in the auto industry. Called multiple times to get information on my vehicle I brought in for service, never got any phone calls back and when I did it was always a run around and never a straight answer. My vehicle is still in the shop after 4 months and still no straight answers given. I will never return to this dealership where I have previously taken my Mercedes, bmw, and Cadillac. Worse service and sales department across all brands they represent . I will gladly drive 2-3 hours down to Sacramento/Bay area to get my car serviced and will buy my next car down south as well. Much needed improvement across all sectors of the auto industry at Courtesy Automotive. Would give ZERO stars if possible! Stay away at all costs, don t waste your time or money!!

Every time they fix something...this time 4 brand new tires...they always break something and say it was already broken. But this time I caught them in the lie because my brake light was flashing after they replaced tires and performed a 14 point inspection, but it wasn't flashing before they touched it. However service manager an a-hole. Last time I came in for a brake issue and they said I needed master and all 4 brake cylinders replaced so I went to another for a 2nd opinion and all I actually needed was passanger front line brake replaced. I'm not sure if they are incompetent or what but I am done with them.

Wow! That's what I have to say about this dealership, my experience with Courtesy Automotive was hands down one of the best ones I've ever experienced. They were not pushy at all and even got me a HUGE deal on my new car. I loved how personable everyone was and I just felt like I was hanging out with family. Thank you Michael and Scott for giving us an A+ experience. Our process was a little long due to many other customers but scott had many interesting stories that he shared with while we waited. I will definitely come back when we need a new car. If you are looking for a great deal with a trustworthy dealership AND get a family company feel this is the place to shop. Thank you everyone so so happy with our new car!

The rudest GM I ve ever encountered. Owner never called when I left a message to express concerns. I ve purchased 22 cars in my long life. Worst experience. Small town dealerships usually have a monopoly and can be rude. This place validated that theory.

We just bought a 2017 Subaru Forrester Limited. Although I ve never looked forward a car buying experience, it all went smoothly! Isaac Johnson our salesperson who walked us through the purchase. He was incredibly knowledgeable about our new Forester and very helpful in explaining our options. He was never pushy. We were comfortable throughout the process and quite pleased with our price. He s been available to help us with questions about how to best use some of the features and invited us to come in any time we needed help. We felt like we were dealing with a person and the company that cared about getting us into the vehicle that best suited our needs! Thank you Isaac and Courtesy Motors.I would definitely recommend Courtesy Automotive Center if you are looking to buy a vehicle. Ask for Isaac! He does not pressure you and it truly feels that he wants what is best for you.

I just purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy. They are all that their name implies. Aaron, the salesman that helped us, was very pleasant and helpful. Never pushy. We were able to negotiate a fair price and I think probably a better deal than we could have found anywhere else. We looked at dealerships in Sacramento and beyond, but we were really glad to be able to buy local. I trust that the car they sold me is in excellent running condition, and I know that it looks great. The interior and exterior were spotlessly cleaned and detailed. And even though we were buying one of the least expensive vehicles on the lot, my feeling is that we were treated the same as someone purchasing a $40,000+ vehicle. The delicious gift basket that was delivered to me at work shortly after the purchase was a delightful bonus.

If six stars were available Courtesy Motors would have our rating. We purchased an automobile , took it home then changed our minds about our selection. We took the car back the next day and exchanged it for another that suited us better. The exchange was done without any problem or question. Keith Anderson and Alan Ramos were great to deal with and patient with us beyond our expectations. Everyone we had dealings with were great. We were pleased to find that they have a 3day return policy and there was not the usual restocking fee that you find with many dealerships. Courtesy Motors lives up to their name. Thanks for your great service.

Brad, my salesman, was great. Straight forward and easy to talk with. Professional, polite, well spoken. He understood exactly what I wanted to buy and he got it for me. In short order. I feel I was treated respectfully and in a friendly manner. One can't expect much more when buying a truck/car. I will definitely recommend Courtesy and recommend Brad as the person to deal with. I had planned to buy the Chevy version from another dealer. After talking with Brad, I decided that Courtesy was the way to go for me. I am greatly enjoying my new GMC Sierra.Thank you.

Purchased a car sight unseen from Chico earlier this year. The staff was friendly (although sometimes slow to get things done). Overall they were cooperative, and were reasonable and straightforward to deal with when it came to negotiation. My main gripe is that I was told the car was mint, and it's flaws weren't noticed by any of the staff until the car was sold and the transport company arrived to pick up the car. They pointed out some relatively minor damage (which chico worked with me on), but it was still frustrating to be unaware of the damage until after the car was sold.I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again, but I would have them look over the car with a fine-toothed comb before I bought another car sight unseen.

I just bought a Subaru Outback from Courtesy Motors and it was a great experience. I love my new car! Alan Ramos was so helpful and made the whole process easy and fun. Scott Genna helped me get great financing and is a whiz with the paperwork. It was definitely the most stress-free car buying experience I've ever had, and I'm happy to know I'll be taken care of. I definitely recommend the friendly and helpful team at Courtesy!

Five Stars. And I've bought a lot of cars. Brad was a great salesperson. He recommended coming in early morning and we were able to test drive various cars with no hurry or pressure. I finally settled on a used Honda CR-V. Trade in and transaction was smooth. About a week later, I noticed a couple small issues. One was the cabin filter was dirty and I replaced it. No biggie. The other was the washer fluid reservoir would overflow while filling. I sent an email and promptly got a reply to bring it in. I set up an appointment and they fixed it. This was a USED car bought AS-IS. They were under NO obligation to do this. THAT"S customer service that will make me return to Courtesy Automotive. And, a week after I bought the vehicle a Massie Jane's gift basket was delivered to my house from Courtesy. This dealership treated me right. Might just have to go look at a Forester. :)

We did extensive research before car shopping and we drove over 100 miles to Courtesy to look at one particular vehicle. Alan Ramos took us for a test drive and explained how all the bells and whistles worked. He then worked with us to bring the price of the vehicle within our reach, and with the assistance of Michael Berg, we were able to drive the vehicle home, without having to make a second trip. Excellent customer service by a knowledgeable, well trained staff, and well worth the drive. We are very happy with our new car.
