I was amazed how friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgeable about my car they were. They checked everything and replaced the air filter and put some high mileage stuff in the oil in my car and now it runs beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the results and the service I received. Yes I would recommend you to people I know and to those I don't.Thank you so very muchCheri Hughes

I recently had an oil change at this facility and I couldn t be happier with the experience. Shawn, in particular, stood out for his exceptional service. Not only is he a genuinely nice guy, but he also went above and beyond by checking all my vehicle s fluids and topping them up without any extra charge.What impressed me the most was the clear pricing and transparency of their services. It s refreshing to see a business that prides itself on honesty and integrity. Additionally, the convenience of being able to drive through without an appointment made my day smoother, especially when I was pressed for time. Despite not scheduling ahead, the whole process only took 20 minutes!The professionalism displayed by everyone there was top-notch. It s evident that customer satisfaction is their priority. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing quick, reliable, and courteous service. They ve definitely earned a repeat customer in me.

Great Service, very clear on every step they do. I went in once and they were honest and told me I really did not need an oil change just yet. They could have made money off of me, but they didn't. After being loyal to jiffy lube with all of our family cars, we had some serious situations occur and it was a nightmare dealing with them. I switched us over to oil changers and I am so glad I did. Highly recommend this one in Oroville..

I normally come here very often when needing a top off or to get my oil changed. There are a few times where an older gentleman is there possibly a manager and my experience is very good, but the majority of the time it s just the younger folks. I am also young but I ve never lacked customer service skills as bad as these guys. There s one girl I dealt with who was snotty, didn t seem to pay attention much and was constantly chatting with the boys and the boys were also distracting her as well. I m thinking I heard her name was Hannah? Borderline flirting the entire time, not paying attention, complaining about her not wanting to do something and having a one of the guys do it, and going on about out of work plans that had nothing to do with the job they were getting paid to do. Forgetting steps to where when I was closed up and about to roll out they had to stop me and open my hood to correct their mistake. My vehicle already has issues, and a simple mistake from an EASY oil change is not something I want to deal with down the road. Not only this instance but a few times before one of the boys was guiding me in, kept correcting me making me back in and out basically yelling I was going to fast, and was extremely rude I almost just wanted to drive out and leave. I ve pulled into that place enough to know how to park my vehicle in the spot and I never fly in like he was making it out to be. Overall I think it s a good idea to teach these kids how to act, because I m no longer wasting my money here not knowing if I m getting serviced correctly or respectfully.

This place was fantastic period I drove in the technician to call my information. Started to change my oil. Made a recommendation for doing an engine cleaning svc And about 20 minutes later, I was out of there. It was very inexpensive, service was fast superfriendly. I will definitely go back when I have to get my oil changed again or any other service

Initially, I had went to Walmart where I have been going to get my oil change, but I am so happy that I went to oil changers they were quick, customer service was A1. Thank you.

I was there to get an oil change on my work truck. An older gentleman saw my fleet truck and came up and asked if he could get a job. I told him no. I asked the rest of the staff and turns out he was the manager. The rest of the staff was really good but that manager really puts you off. I m not looking to recruit while I get my oil changed :/

The employees are honest, kind and knowledgeable! We appreciate their evaluation of our oil status (it was clean a full) and recommendations on how to prepare for shipping the car to a colder climate. I love this place!!

Saw Chaz! Such a sweet guy! Went in to check my transmission fluid checked and he checked everything! Great thing he did because I had NO COOLANT! Very quick very professional!

Noah (manager?) was all alone - the techs having called in sick/late. That said, he was curteous, friendly, personable, professional, and efficient. Despite being shorthanded, he kept the line moving while being attentive and steady. Good job!

Jiffy lube wanted nothing to do with my Range Rover.They wouldn't even let me drive it in thier bay. They said they don't touch Range Rovers. Noah from Oil Changers in Chico took care of me on a drop of a dime. I won't take my vehicle anywhere else. I will be recommending everytime I hear someone ask about an oil change.. Thank you to Noah and his staff.

I went in after work one evening, and Alyssa, Chaz, and Wilfred were AMAZING to work with! They didn't push for any unnecessary purchases, got me in and out in a reasonable time, and were incredible to talk to! Been using this place for about 5 years now. It s close to my house and the crew there is always friendly and honest. If you time it right there isn t a line but even when there is a line, I ll wait because the service is always great

Waited 40 Minutes only to have the car that pulled in after me go in 10 minutes before me. After that I finally got in and found out that you didn't have my oil filer I was told to go buy one and come back, witch I wont do.

Everyone was so kind and fast. One guy even pulled me into the shade and was honest about my 20 minute wait. The manager think his name was Waylon or Wyatt... He was so nice and professional. He was training a gentleman while taking care of me and I really appreciate how respectful he was to me and the fact that I am pregnant and it was super hot but he was also very patient and kind to his employees. It's that kind of customer service that will bring me coming back time and time again. I'm now a faithful customer.

Just a fair warning DO NOT COME HERE! Please read this will very much help you make a decision.we came here cause we finally had money to do an oil change and it needed to be done right away... we came here 2 times before never had an issue... till we did have an issue... not only did they not have a filter to put into my car but they told us to get one which we did... now assuming these are professionals they would be able to compare the old filter they just took out to the new one we just bought but nope.... they just shove the filter on I guess... had about 3 mechanics tell me it was most likely forced on cause the filter was the wrong filter.... but stayed on for about 2 days...1 of those days we didn't drive at all... not to mention my baby was with us in this car... the oil filter came out the 2nd day leaked burnt oil all under my car... filter was completely gone... not to mention my car wouldn't turn on it was hot af outside parked on the side of the freeway in oroville had to push the car down a road to get it out of danger now... I always take care of my car keep it maintenance when it needed but we just moved out here after having my baby to find affordable housing on a whim and still struggling to even do that so that last of the money we had went to this oil change... I had to have my car towed to my mom's apartment... there it was just sitting.... they sent out a regional manager who was not a mechanic who checked my car out said they will help and then called us telling us nevermind it's your fault not ours... I called the corporate office who is I guess Customer Service as well and the man on the phone talked to me very condescending... and then hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone higher he proceeded to do the same to my boy friend when he called... a few days passed and the regional manager still didn't want to text back with more info for higher ups... now remember my car is just sitting in the apartments parking lot leaking oil still... well I guess people took an opportunity assuming the car was abondoned even though I check on it every night and tried to break into it leaving my windshield broken which is also another thing I now have to find money to fix...so anyways we took matters into our own hands and had BAR contact them... they as well told them it was their fault they need to take responsibility they cost us $3,700 for a new engine which had more miles on it than it had before my engine went out so I lost about 10,000-20,000 miles and then a new starter cause it messed that up too and a new oil change and filter.... which is $3,700 we do not have we had to ask for a loan to get a new one after all this is my only car and my bf uses it to help his mom out and come see his kid and my son had at the time surgeries and doctors appointments he needed to go to not to mention I did as well... and having to hold off on everything till we were able to get the money... we asked for the amount that was borrowed nothing more to be paid back cause after all we paid for a service that we thought we could trust and turns out we couldn't they came back with a 1,800 offer like we're made of money I'm not asking for anything more than what the engine cost I just don't want to be in debt with a 1 year old that needs to be taken care of... this has put soo much stress on me that my hair has started falling out and my alopecia has returned... for a company that makes 3,700 in probably an hour it shouldn't be a sweat to them... now we are forced to go to small claims court... as if we don't already have enough to deal with on our plate... UPDATE: the reply is also BS cause the BAR which is a government investigation service also declared them at fault because they told us to get the filter because they didn't have any and we paid for the service not for the filter so they are at fault.So please read this before going because this business does not care about it's customers at all... it's sad that a big company would take advantage of people who barley can provide as is.

Well organized, efficient crew. They check oil and tires. You feel like you are part of a military operation, awaiting departure as they work on your car. Fun and reasonably priced.

Less expensive than some. There is a push to have your engine oil flushed to get rid of any sludge. (show you the dip stick to see how dirty it is - yeah - that is the reason I am getting it changed) For most, it is an unneeded service if you change your oil on a regular basis. Also, I had to go back and have them tighten the filter because of an oil leak. Employees were friendly and work hard. I do like the fact that you stay in the car while the service is being done.Service: Oil change

UPDATED REVIEW:I came in for an Oil Change and no oil leak at all. Got home and noticed a fresh oil spot in my garage. Took it to the dealership and found out they had installed a washer on my oil plug which does not require one for my vehicle. Had to pay for another oil change as they had to remove the oil to remove the plug and get rid of the washer.Came back a few months later with a different vehicle. This car has a torque oil plug, and they stripped it and again, no oil leak when I pulled up and told me I had a major oil leak when I left. Dealership noticed they destroyed the plug to the point that it and the oil pan needs to be replaced and quoted me $1,000 to replace.Even if the oil change is cheap, the repairs they end up costing you are not cheap.

They were letting the more seemingly inexperienced employee take the drip plate off. At the end he was struggling to put it back on, but stated it was secure after a while. I got on the freeway, and my plate was Dragging on the road. I pulled over and it was missing a screw, another screw was hanging off and there was a huge chip in the part that dragged. I go back and the manager says we could just take it off if they can't secure it back, and it would only slightly lower my gas mileage. Then another employee said it was probably messed up because it's a plastic plate and that they had zip ties if needed. The inexperienced employee said the screw he was struggling with and came out was stripped. So that means he saw it wasn't going to be secure in the first place, but let me drive away anyways. Messed up.
