Excellent staff, didn't have what I needed due to unusual part but definitely knowledgeable and gave great suggestions on other places to try. There are other places in chico that would sell you whatever in chico so honesty is greatly valued here

Most of the time, when I pick up my phone and call a store, I don t always expect the best customer service because of some really bad experiences I ve had in the past. However this was not the case with this Napa Auto Parts store on Cohasset. I was greeted with respect by Morgan who picked up the phone and told me what to expect coming into the store regarding my concern. He was professional when I arrived and just as promised I was in and out. The owner is very fortunate to have him and the other older gentleman at the front whose name I never asked for! Thanks guys!

Fraudulent or ignorant. Take your pick. The staff seem knowledgeable and experienced. Based on personal observation, they are not. I requested a serpentine belt for a four(4) cylinder vehicle. I was sold one made for six(6) cylinder vehicle. Not cool.

There is a good bunch of people that work here, knowledgeable and friendly. It is my go to spot for anything automotive excluding tires or gas. They either have the part on hand if not then normally they'll have it tomorrow. In 50 years of buying car parts NAPA has never let me down. I cannot say the same for any of their competitors. So there is that. Facts are if you need car parts anywhere there is a NAPA your just being foolish if you purchase from any other supplier. Millions of professional mechanics can't be wrong. And locally in Chico this is the ace to go. I haven't been to the one in South Chico but I would trust them just the same.

I had some snow chains, never used, bought in a different store, that I needed to return. I acquired a 4x4 so no longer needed the chains. When I went to return them the staff and manager, James, were incredibly helpful. Thank you.

This is one of the few auto parts locations that have a decent amount of automotive knowledge. The products are typically of higher quality than the other big chains in town, yes they are more expensive BUT that's because they carry better parts. Hands down the fastest delivery for out of stock parts. Usually they can get parts from other locations within hours.

The Cohasset Riebes is ok. The one on park ave is far better. They have basically the same stuff, but the people are just more helpful at the park ave location

I've had varying experiences in this chain of Napa stores. I purchased a part at a Napa store in another town and Reibe's Napa would not honor the warranty. I've also had widely varying levels of service from the parts technicians there. Some were knowledgeable and efficient while others were not knowledgeable at all and quite frustrating to deal with.

Slow service long wait time there's never any more than 2 employees there, but they're friendly knowledgeable and they have what you need.

These guys are really nice and I seem to save quite a bit of money shopping at Napa stores. The location is also a huge advantage as it's near many auto shops.

Stepped inside for some bondo cream hardener and found it readily for a reasonable price. Nice and friendly clerks made the errand a breeze !

They have a huge selection and they're great at solving problems, but they're computer/online system is much slower and inconvenient than other stores!

It's Napa, so you get high quality items, but boy do you pay for it.It also seems like they contain little about Olds in stock. Oh well

Drove to your store on cohasset rd to find out it closed at 5!!!! Your website says 6???? Not a good way to do business. So your competitor got my business.
