I have to say that the sales and service team treat you right. They dont try to upsell you on stuff you dont need. COVID has impacted the time it takes to get your windows, but once they arrived they were installed within 2 weeks. Richard and Tony are the best installers. Polite, courteous, and super hard working. These guys did an amazing job. Thanks to Miller Glass, especially Richard and Tony, for taking my windows from trash to flash!

I have never had such a good amazing phenomenal experience! I called on a Friday at 4 PM to get my sliding glass door fixed, they close at five! But they had somebody (who was super nice and gave me great life advice.) come out here and fix it in under 20 minutes and they gave me the best deal imaginable I was in shock! If any glass company deserves your business it is them!!

Our second interaction with Miller Glass and second stellar experience. The service technician called to indicate he was on the way, worked independently and quickly. Most importantly did an outstanding job, even repairing one issue that was not part of the initial work order. The door is as good as new and would highly recommend Miller Glass.

I broke the glass on the door to our wood stove and brought it in expecting to have to leave it while the glass was ordered. Not only was the glass in stock but they got the job done that day in about an hour. The price was less than I expected to have to pay and the service was prompt and friendly. Highly recommended!

Miller Glass is the best local glass company. I purchased my glass shower doors and they are beautiful. Recently I had a broken window that wouldn't close. Since it was a safety issue Miller Glass was able to send someone out that day to make sure it closed and locked. They fully repaired the window two days later. Great company.

I emailed Miller Glass about replacement glass for a Milgard window. We had already contacted a number of local vendors about this issue - with the most common response being "We don't do this work and have no suggestions for what you should do." After a search of the internet and running out of options I found Miller Glass sent an email. I told Miller Glass in the email that we were well outside their service area (more than 3 hours away) but wondered if anyone had any suggestions for how we should proceed. Within minutes Jim responded with useful information - the only useful information we had gotten from anyone. This is astounding customer service - to someone who would not be a customer. We really wish we lived in the Miller Glass service area. If you do, definitely use Miller Glass. If the customer service is this good for someone who will most likely never be a customer, it must be absolutely astounding for actual customers. Thanks again, Jim. PS We are looking at Zillow now.

Glad to hear that they take care of some people unfortunately that was and is not my experience, I have windows that won't lock others are majorly scratched other windows won't open when they were contacted they said I the customer scratched the windows and damaged the windows, then trying to charge me for a latch that should have come with a sliding door, they want money for the catch and install. I would never reccomend them to anyone I recieved very poor customer service.

Got broken into during our stay. Miller Glass was Amazing! They had both windows for my Rav 4 in stock, meticulously vacuumed out ALL the broke glass, and repaired it almost immediately next business today! Excellent customer service and quality work!

Jim was the tech that helped me. He was super friendly and accommodated my mistakes. I forgot to update him on the location of my truck for it's scheduled windshield replacement. He showed up the day of and my truck was not there. He rescheduled for the same day and came to a new location where I was at. Superb customer service and I highly recommend.

I wanted to thank Miller Glass for their top notch service and quick response. My insurance company wanted me to use Safelite down in yuba City and of course take up a whole day driving and replacing the windshield which was not possible for this mom of two. Not only did Miller glass install my windshield and recalibrate all the new sensors in the vehicle. But they only needed my car for half the day which was a bonus. They also worked with my insurance company for the remaining balance after my deductible. Thanks!

Great experience. The nice lady behind the counter showed me how to reinstall the window back in the frame. Window was ready for pick up a day or two ahead of time.

Miller Glass went above & beyond replacing all the windows in our little old home despite hot summer weather & tight spaces. Absolutely thrilled with how the new windows look & how understanding & accommodating everyone we worked with was.

Extremely dissatisfied. We were graciously welcomed and quoted and taken care of: a facade. The windows took much longer than they said they would, they leak water, they quoted us reasonably but the price ended up being much more. They did not check the quality of their work: did the absolute bare minimum, and I will never take my business to Miller Glass ever again.

I ordered 2 replacement dual pane windows as the originals leaked. This happened early March 2020. Got a quote from them to show clear glass and low e. I ordered Low e, and paid for materials. When they installed they used clear. If I had not questioned the installer they would have charged full price for low e. They ordered and installed the wrong glass and not even an apology. I do not recommend this company. Dana4/10/2020. I did receive calls to apologize and make it right. My nephew let them in and the windows were replaced with the low e type as originally ordered. So I appreciate making it right. Thanks

Great customer service. They answered all my questions even if I called multiple times a day. Also cheaper than most shops in town. Fixed her well and did the recalibration for the collision system.

OMG! Thank you Staff at Miller Glass for fixing the rain quard and seal on my Explorer that Chico Nissian refused to fix. Called and they told me to bring it in and they had the parts on hand and fixed it right then before it started raining!! Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!Recommend 1000 percentKim Brooks

After a stray rock broke a window in our beautiful front door, and we were told by the door seller that the window could not be repaired, we called Miller Glass. For an extremely reasonable price, a new piece of glass was ordered and, a week later, installed by the very talented and knowledgeable Steve. Not only did he not break the other 2 panes of glass (as the man who gave us an estimate warned could happen) but he was able to remove the trim and replace it with such minimal stress to the pieces that you'd have to KNOW the window was broken and replaced to notice the small blemishes left by the repairs. We have use Miller Glass many times in the past, mainly for screens and car glass, and they have ALWAYS exceeded our expectations both on price and quality of service! Thank you!

Miller Glass is the best. They were able to handle a problem quickly. Not only would I use them again in a heartbeat but would refer them to anyone who has a glass need for auto or home. Their customer service is A1. Thank you Miller Glass!!!!

I have used Miller glass for new windows on several different rental properties with great results. I was surprised the first time I called them for quotes because they gave me a quote on really nice quality windows and they were cheaper than the big box store prices.On one batch I installed the windows myself, but they came and measured everything for me to make sure that was all correct. Then on another property, they installed the windows and make short work of with a nice job.Now, I just call Miller Glass whenever I need anything because I know I will get good service and a good price.

After my initial post Jim called me to apologize. He was able to rectify the situation which I am grateful for. To be honest I was not actually expecting anyone to contact me so I really appreciated his call. He sounded like a stand-up person and I look forward to doing business with Miller Glass. I will post a complete review once I get the work completed.

I have been using Miller Glass for years for all the windshields I have had to replace on my vehicles and they do a great job. I have also used miller glass for replacing the windows on my home. Fair pricing and I really like that I am using a local company who has deep roots in our community.

Best price I could find anywhere !I had broke my windshield on a Sunday. I called Miller Glass on Monday and set up a appointment at 8 AM the next morning. They said it would be all day I would be able to pick it up at 4 PM. When I got there they told me they would call me as soon as it was dry. They seen l had my bike and had to ride around town until it was done.. What a great town, I found a nice easy ride up the river trail. At 11 AM they called and said it was done and I could pick it up at noon.. I got there it was ready and I loaded my bike and home I went.. It was a two hour one way drive to get there from where I live.. It was worth it.. THANK MILLER GLASS YOUR THE BEST !!
