Make sure you shop around before signing up with Lash's Glass to do any type of window work. I had a good experience when Lash's Glass fixed a window on my business. After that experience, they came out to give me a quote on replacing 4 windows and a sliding door. When the rep came out to look and measure we talked about the 4 windows and 1 slider and he measured for 4 windows and 1 slider. We didn't discuss any other work to the house.When I got the quote, it was for 9 windows and a sliding door.I was very confused and gave them a call. The lady on the phone said she would talk to the rep, and have him adjust the quote. When I receive the quote for the correct quantity, the price was the same as the quote for the 9 windows and sliding door. I called again, and the lady one the phone told me that that was the correct price. I was shocked, so I contacted 3 other companies to give me a quote. Those 3 quotes came back 40-60% less then Lash's quote.I called Lash's again and I asked them why the price hadn't gone down, and the lady on the phone put me on hold to find out. When she came back on the phone, she just told me that, that was the correct price.I'm still surprised at the quote they gave me and how everything went down and I have a feeling that I'm not the only one that this company has done this too. I ended up finding a better window company with way better reviews and a reasonable price to install 4 windows and a sliding door.

We called to get a window at our office looked at. They sent 2 men to look at it the same day we called, and they were able to fix it on the spot. The men who came out were very nice and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend Lash's Glass!Service: Window repairService: Window repair

I had this service replace windows throughout my entire house. They also installed a sliding glass door. The install guys, Victor, Chandler and Tanner were very professional. I'm very satisfied with their work. Cassidy in the office was very helpful and professional as well. Lash's installers were amazing. Travis one of the business family members was quite the opposite and was very rude. He actually told me it was my fault that I did not understand his guy giving the quote for the "way" the install would be. This business took a week job and made it three. They also went back on their quote and raised the price. I was hoping to use this business for multiple (large) jobs I still need done for my other studios but now I know that I will never use their services again. The owners pass blame and will not take ownership for their actions. This business did finish the job and it did look great thanks to the installers. But the owners have some serious breakdowns in their communication that could use some breakthroughs if they desire to grow. It did make me wonder why their rating was so low on Google, now I know.

I used to use a competitor for the needs of the business I manage, but we always got the runaround (showed up days late, lost work orders, misplaced quotes, etc.) I got fed up one time and called Lash's out of spite, and they've been our go-to ever since. They're prompt, they give accurate quotes, and they communicate every step of the way. The one time they weren't able to provide a service, they referred us to someone who did a great job. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

I used Lash's Glass to finish off my bathroom remodel with a frameless glass shower wall and door as well as several mirrors. They were professional, competitively priced and completed the job as promised in the time promised. I cannot say enough about how happy I am with the end result!! After numerous remodels with different projects over the years in the Sacramento and San Diego areas, again, I have to say, this company and everyone associated with them are absolutely the VERY BEST!! I cannot say Enough Good & Positive things about them, Great people and Fantastic Work! !.Highly Recommended!!

Lash's Glass is currently replacing my windows of my rental home and they are doing a great job! The house looks a million times better and the installation isn't even done yet. We even leave our home and let them do there job and when we arrive home everything's just how we left it! The employees are also very kind to us and our big old dog! Thanks guys!

The guys doing the work were awesome, but the woman at the front desk was really rude to us. When I dropped off my van to have two windows installed, I signed an estimate for 104$, when I picked up, the bill was 208$, when I asked why the estimate i signed was half my bill, the woman in charge sarcastically said "the estimate was for one window, I can take one off?" ... Whoa! Turned out one window shouldn't have been installed because it was warped and it separated from the body (not Lash's fault). I was warned about this when I picked up, but ultimately it should have never been installed in the first place because it was warped. In the end, half of my bill was refunded, but now I need to get the bad window removed and have a new one installed. I gave two stars because half my bill was refunded without protest and the guys installing the windows were great, but the lady at the front desk really had a bad attitude and rubbed me the wrong way when I questioned a perfectly reasonable discrepancy between estimate and final bill. She should start treating customers with a little more respect, particularly in the age of online reviews. 2 stars, but...."I can take one off"?

This is such a great business!! Eric fixed a nickle size rock chip for me that I was betting needed to be replaced. I could not tell where he repaired it. Amazing job. They are super professional, deliver exactly what they say when they say. I highly recommend them.

Awesome local company!! They have replaced my truck windshield and even replaced my door handle which I didn t even know they did! We live in the country and our only heat source is a little wood stove. Our glass on the door broke two nights ago right before this crazy storm we are having. THEY GOT OUR DOOR FIXED AND BACK TO US IN 5 HOURS!! I like them even more because they are a locally owned family run company and they have been serving the area for decades now!! When you enter a business and speak with the owner and he knows all of his customers by name you know you will be treated with honesty and respect. From the service over the phone and at the front desk all the way to the installer they get 5 stars from me and my family!! I wouldn t go anywhere else for my glass needs. THANK YOU LASH S GLASS!!

I had the regulator replaced on the passenger side of my VW Passat sedan. The charge was $240, much higher than I had paid SafeCo for the same repair to my wife s car. A few months later I noticed that the window would not roll down all the way as it does on the driver s side. I spoke with Travis, who is apparently a Lash family member. He was argumentative, defensive and very rude and we had quite a verbal confrontation. Travis pretty much maintained that there was nothing wrong with the window, INW, it rolled up. He reluctantly offered to have his service man take a look at it, but by that time I d had it with Lash s Glass. I spoke later with another glass shop who mentioned that Lash s has gained a reputation for being difficult to deal with. I highly recommend that you go anywhere else if you have glass needs because it is obvious that Lash s has little regard or respect for its customers.

Guys did awesome work on my custom 65 Mustang. New glass and seals and it looks beautiful. I've had Lash's put in windows and frameless shower doors in my home as well, always great work.

DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CLASSIC CAR. Only one star only due to the fact I do have windshield in my 1968 Mustang. Was accomplished a year ago when I was deployed for the war so my wife had it replaced for me. I came back to find a gap between the molding and rubber, two fingers can fit and several dents. Mike the owner even came by and promised to fix everything haven t heard from him since. Sad, knew Mike from the 80 s he knows better.

Installed rear window that was broken, did not both to clean broken glass on floor. Bad communication car was not ready never called to say it would extra day to fix. Go else where for better service>

Called to get a quote for my home and the girl who answered was very rude I believe her name is Kylie assumed that I should know what I'm talking about but keep in mind that's why I'm calling a professional I would never recommend this company to anybody I don't understand why people are so rude anymore remember who pays your check next time you decide to talk to customers like that if it was your business I'm sure that you would not approve of that kind of behavior
