I know the other jiffy lubes in the area take my compact car. But this location in particular is always so rude about telling me that they can't take my compact car there. I've come by there multiple times I don't see why they can't take a compact car there They never explain it. They just yell from their service area "NO COMPACT". It's totally understandable if they just don't have the size equipment to serve compact vehicles there. It's not okay that they are rude as hell about it. This is the third time I've tried just because this jiffy lube happens to be next to my favorite cafe so I figure I can drop my car off and get some reading done. And every time the older guy in charge there just yells it and he doesn't even give me a chance to hear out an explanation. Which sucks because the reviews here are great, but I guess this guy just doesn't want to work on small cars

Ugg I love this location everyone is always so nice and helpful. Just got my oil changed here the other day and they of course let me know everything else my car needed and what would need to be done in the future as well as letting me know which ones are most important. Very speedy and ALWAYS ask if I would like my car vacuumed and windows cleaned. Basically everything that the other location near notre dame doesn t do they do and they do it so well. 10/10

Don t go to any Jiffy Lube because they are scamming people!!!!I went for Lyft Inspection they said one the license plate bulb was broken and I asked how much it will be ? they said $60 oh my lord they are way expensive just for easy replace of bulb and I bought for $7 from Auto zone. I YouTube it and I replaced by self for less than 5 minutes then I take it back to them they passed and give my inspection document.I don t recommend you all to do any service in any Jiffy Lube because they are highly expensive !!!

I have been to three Jiffy Lube locations over the years and each time I receive stellar customer service. I also love that they'll check my fluid levels, air up tires, etc. between regular oil changes. Thank you for all you do, you're doing great!

All fluids changed within an hour, even on a busy first of month day!It costs about the same to go here as it does to do it yourself, go to the auto store, buy fluids and disposal fees. Maybe like $50 more, but how much is your time?Always quick, friendly, and thorough. Never had any problems 10+ years of going to this location.

Jiffy Lube is all right but I feel like they're selling my phone number and information to data brokers. The amount of spam calls I got after I started going to jiffy lube was 10 times as much. I know correlation is not causation but it seems all too convenient

After having several bad experiences at Lube Express, I decided to try out a new place. I'm so glad that I did because the Jiffy Lube confirmed all of my suspicions about the sketchy information provided by the other shop.The Jiffy Lube was clear about what services they were going to provide and they provided me with accurate information to go with it. For example, I received full synthetic oil at both Lube Express and the Jiffy Lube. However, Lube Express insisted on a 3,000 mile synthetic oil change, while the sticker from the new shop showed the more accurate 7,500 mile rating that the synthetic oil is actually rated for.Overall, the new shop has earned my trust and I will definitely be returning

Jiffy Lube gets you in quickly. They spotted that I had a tail light out that I had no idea. They don't try to sell you services you don't need. 10.11.23. Great friendly service. Fast too.

They are efficient, friendly, and don t break down and cry when you tell them it s a fleet vehicle like many places. Coffee and a clean restroom while you wait.So, I keep going back (probably 6-10 times now).

Great service! Was fast and easy, they vacuum your car while they work on it and they offered lots of other services even though we only got the base oil change. We brought in a $5 coupon from online that they honored as well.When my wife and I were heading back to the car, they even opened the door for us! We will definitely be going back.

My go to place for an oil change. Usually pretty quick. 30-45 minutes. It all depends on how many people got there before you.Waiting room is great, TV/magazines/water/coffee.Service is always good.

Experts in their field. This site has a very clean restroom with chairs inside and out. This was my first ever visit to an oil change establishment ( I've always done my own) and was extremely pleased with my experience here. They changed the oil but also topped off all the fluids and vacuumed front and rear floor areas The service here was relatively quick - due to the nature of oil and the services offered there is an expected wait per vehicle - bring your pad, phone or a book. I really really recommend this place.

I had to get the air in my tires checked. I didn't have an appointment, but I only waited for 5 minutes and the check was done in 2. Best part was that it was at no charge! People there were friendly, but you know that they're focused on getting you in and out and not wasting your time.

The woman with the nose piercing was nice, but the old man was rude over the phone and in person. He said he didn t have time to do an oil change and transmission fluid fill, because he claimed they were too busy when they didn t look busy at all. Also over the phone they had said they could help us, but it would take a while. Not going there again.

Great place to your oil changed! They are very thorough and inform you of several things such as fluid levels and various filters. They never pressure you into buying anything or give any attitude if you decline.They were great to their employees who were evacuated from their Paradise store as well by placing them in Chico locations to minimize their income losses.They went the extra mile for me and others like me who were evacuated during the Camp Fire. I had been a customer before but now they have a customer for life!I can't thank them enough for their kindness and support as well as great service they provide!

Wow. I am so impressed. I never leave reviews especially not for an oil change but this place had me in and out so fast. Everyone was extremely respectful, opening up doors, giving me constant updates, etc. Im very impressed with the quality of service and will definitely be back soon!

Great work! In and out in 30mins during the busiest time of day, a little more expensive than walmart but walmarts wait times are always hours long. They also filled up my coolant for $4 extra and cleaned my windows and floors.

Worst customer service. A car broke down in my lane, which is unfortunate. However, instead of asking me to change lanes, they let me sit there while others got in line ahead of me that arrived after me. You Lost my business went to another place. I'm highlyy disappointed.

Went here last summer to get a quick oil change and have the cabin filter replaced before I made the two-day trip back to Houston. Once heading back, it seemed I was pulling only air from the outside even though I had the circulating button engaged. I made it back and took the truck to the Jiffy Lube near my house and they found this Chico Jiffy Lube totally messed up reassembling my air system once they put the new cabin filter in. Just be sure you go somewhere else when getting your cabin filter changed, or anything other than an oil change, at least at this location.

My husband recently took 2 vehicles on separate occasions to the Jiffy Lube on Mangrove for oil changes. Within a month of receiving this service, both engines oil lights came on and the vehicles were near to bone dry! Imagine what could of happened to our engines!! All we can ascertain is that no oil entered our vehicles from the large drum or they are withholding the amount of oil going into the vehicle. This is theft of service. I will be calling the Jiffy Lube corporate office in Texas and filing a complaint there as well.Service: Oil change

I trust them. Fast professional service. They always explain everything in process and do not talk down to you as a female. I drive a hybrid car and it is vital I change my fluids regularly. They are my go to place. They keep your history on file to let you know what was done last. It takes the worry out of your car.

Took less than 20 minutes for them to change the oil check the fluids and replace a air filter. Friendly employees clean waiting room and cool. I will be returning for future oil changes

Great service and zero wait time on a Saturday morning. They were careful with my car and took extra time to get the tire pressure right. I highly recommend them.
