Jake takes the time to be as helpful as possible. Friendly and knowledgeable. I trust him to know what my Volvo S40 needs. Loads of practical experience. Ethical mechanic. Jake is a fantastically knowledgeable mechanic, and he really knows Volvos in tremendous detail. I had a weird issue on my '86 740 that others told me would take hours to diagnose, but he recognized the issue, and went ahead and replaced a $20 piece of rubber, and she ran great again. If your Volvo needs work, it needs to go to Jake.

Jake is amazing - he is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's wrong with your car, what to expect in the future, and what your options are moving forward. What impresses me the most is that when I've called him and explained over the phone the issue I'm having with my Volvo he has told me what he thinks the problem is and he's right every time. Jake is extremely smart and capable and I cant recommend him highly enough.

Took my Buick in for a routine oil change. Very friendly, speedy service. While they had the car, Jake identified that the radiator needed flushed pretty bad so we had them do that, too. Never would have known if they hadn't said anything as the place we were previously taking it to for maintenance never said a word! I appreciate that they kept us informed about our vehicle's needs opposed to just doing what was asked of them.

Took my 98 Camry here. Jake is a very fast and efficient tech. Great with electrical diagnosis and uses quality parts. Car has 290k and still running strong!
