Terrible service. The detailer damaged my truck while de-badging it. It took me over a year to finally convince the owner to take it to insurance. When the insurance paid her out she shorted me $500. She claimed I needed to pay for the de-badging (which was not $500, and also is what damaged the truck). So I basically spent $500 to receive nothing.

I can not express how incredible our experience was with Skylar from Dr. Detail Auto Detailing. We hired him to detail our Grandmothers van for her 93rd Birthday. Needless to say the van was in desperate need of a detail. It had not been cleaned in a very long time. Skylar went above and beyond our expectations. Her van looked like new inside and out! His hard work and attention to detail were amazing. I would recommend Skylar from Dr. Detailing to anyone who is looking for a super clean, detailed car inside and out! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!!

I got the silver interior detail package and it was so worth it! My car looks dramatically better, thanks to Jeff. The customer service was phenomenal. They were accessible by phone and text, reminded me of my appointment, and were extremely kind and helpful. They even did the detailing service at my house so I didn t have to go anywhere. I had an awesome experience with the Mobile Wash getting my car cleaned and detailed before transport to the dealership for service. Emmanuel was very professional and he did an awesome job on my car right at my condo. I like his personality. The car looked brand spanking new after he was done with it! I had the car, anAudi A7 sitting outside for several months that had become covered in spiderwebs starting at the tires, and extreme dust. Now, the tires shine, the car has an extreme super shine with zero smudges, zero spots, and zero scratches! It looks back to showroom condition. The best part I liked is that they CAME TO ME! I wanted my car serviced at the dealership before driving it around town as it had been sitting for a several long months and I was sure of the oil, fuel levels, gas, etc. The Mobile Detail Car service with Dr. Detail was was money well spent. I would highly recommend Dr Detail and I would in the future use their service again. I called on Mother's Day Sunday and was able to get an appointment for next day!

After the Bear Fire all of the cars had ash and the smell of smoke inside. We were a bit worried about getting the smell and ash out. Dylan was assigned to the job. He examined each vehicle and explained how he would extract the smell and ash from each. The quote was far less than I expected, and the quality of work exceeded my expectations.I do have to caution those who use Dr. Detail....they don t have a fancy cleaning vehicle, nor uniforms so you may think they are not good at what they do. Far from it.....Dylan and his co-worker did an outstanding job and were very professional in all aspects. They have my business. I almost forgot to mention they were on time and kept me posted as to their arrival at my home.Service: Auto detailing

Dr. Detail has now done 2 vehicles and a motorhome for us to prepare for sale. They did an excellent job and were extremely professional. All 3 of the vehicles sold to the first person that came to look at them in record time. If you are get ready to sell, you really need to consider the engine cleaning. That is a major selling point to a lot of people. The person who bought our motorhome said the reason he called was because of how clean the engine was. A few hundred bucks came back to us more than 10x over. Make sure you call them. So i had a bad time coming from the grocery store when a gallon of milk started leaking all over the back of my vehicles back seat. I tried cleaning it up with armor all but couldnt get out the smell. So i called dr detail up and they got the inside of my vehicle smellijg good again. Thank you

Dylan was very professional and was eager for any feedback during the cleaning. He wanted me happy and took the extra time to make it happen. He used professional equipment and cleaning products. My car has never looked better! Chance and Walker were awesome. They were prompt, courteous and worked very hard together on my car. They did not miss one spot, my car has never looked so good! I would highly recommend Dr. Detail and in particular Chance and Walker to do a beautiful job for you.

Called a few days in advance. Gave ALL details of exactly what I was looking for in a detail. I was told No problem! I was asked if there was shade available for the tech?. I explained that the motorcycle was in the garage but I would not be home. Told the gal my wife would be there if the tech needed anything like power cords or what not. She said perfect .Tech arrived and said it would be $100 more than I was originally quoted stating he was never told about the polishing that needed to be done. Ug .fine. Then says he can t wash it inside the garage .well duh. He then refused to move it out of the garage due to liability issues ok I get it . When offered, he refused to wash with water and bucket inside the garage. Not much more my wife could offer. Wife said he was a very small guy and probably couldn t move it anyway. Just Seemed overall like he didn t want to be there .it was Friday after all.Heres my beef . I explained EVERYTHING to the gal on the phone who made my appointment. I even sent pics to confirm the polishing needs. The inconvenience was put back on me. The appointment gal said she never heard me say any of the details (according to the tech anyway) .so me .the paying customer, even after I agreed to pay more money, ended up getting the shaft. It just seemed very obvious that 1. He didn t want to do it for some reason and 2. The business was extremely unorganized and 3 very poor communication. No offer to make things right. No discount and no appointment reschedule. Horrible first experience. Booked with someone else next week, and for less money! OMG my truck has never looked so good! He was punctual, respectful and an extremely hard worker! I was so pleased, I had him do my other car too! If you want your car to look like it did when you drove it off the showroom floor, giveDr. Detail a call...you won't be disappointed!

Third car I have had him do. He is amazing. Always on time and nice and friendly. It is worth it always because he is so thorough. Gets all my kids' stains and dog hair. So easy, you can even text. And he gives coupons often, since we return.Helps me fall in love with my car all over again

Carlos did an outstanding job, even beyond our expectations. He spent the entire day and our truck looks brand new. We've had two other companies detail our vehicles, but I would say this is the best results we've ever had. Thank you Carlos!

Was pregnant & wanted my car detailed before the new baby s arrival, I called one day before I was supposed to be induced & the lady on the phone was very helpful & txtd me through out the day to keep me posted and made sure my car was done on time ! Carlos & the other detailer did great with my car it was money well spent and I would def use them again ! The lady even txtd me to wish me good luck with my new baby which really spoke volumes to me! I would most definitely recommend!

Carlos came and professionally cleaned my granddaughter s ( new to her ) much stained Altima. The vehicle was in sad shape and I honestly didn t think it could be cleaned. Carlos showed me different! We all were amazed at how clean and great the vehicle looked! Thank you so much for such an honest, friendly employee!

Was horrible the spent about 5 hrs detailing my mother in laws van which I was thinking they are really getting into it and when I got home found a bunch of dirt spot that I was able to wipe away with my hand all over the car.. and on there website it showed pricing 199 for interior and exterior well when they got to the house the told my wife 250 so I called and the lady made some type of excuse and wouldnt honor it which federal law thas gouging if one says one and they verbally tell you. Will never do service with this company ever again

I had an appointment scheduled in advance. The day of appointment was a no show I called and was told my call would be returned so they could find out what happened to the person doing detail. And by the the way when first scheduled was told more then one person would be doing the detail. Never called me back. When I called again was given excuses as to why a no show. They did not offer to reschedule I cancelled. So disappointed in this company!!!!
