Darrin came to fix my front passenger window a day after I called to schedule an appointment. I called around for quotes and he had the lowest price in town (less than half of some other places) after reading the reviews I decided to book with him. He was able to come earlier than our original scheduled time and replaced my window right outside my apartment in about an hour. He was very thorough and cleaned up all the remaining broken glass. When he finished up he actually charged me a little under the original quote. Mr Cook worked well with my insurance and kept me up-to-date on the delivery of our new windshield. He did a great job. Tested the lane-keeping and distance systems several hours later and everything is spot on! Will be contacting him later to replace the windshield on my truck.

I m very happy I found Darrin s business.He was able to order the windshield yesterday when I called and installed it today. Took about an hour. Needed an emergency windshield replacement and Darrin got the job done quickly and efficiently. He stopped by the morning after I called, and assessed the damage and gave me a quote. The following day, he came back and the windshield was installed after about an hour. From what I can tell, everything s good as new. We had Darrin repair our windshield on a Saturday, he came right out and was here within 30 minutes. Very professional and quality work with guaranteed work. Today he replaced the windshield on our second vehicle and again was on time and professional, provided an invoice and guaranteed his work and he. charged us a very fair price. My rear windshield was broken over night, and I called Darrin the next day for a quote, after calling a "big name" company first. I didn't mention the other quote, I just asked him for his, and he gave me a very reasonable price, after looking up the parts etc. He even came by the same day to assess the damage. The following day he was able to fix the window, going out of his way to accommodate my time crunch. His workmanship was excellent and professional, and it's clear he knows what he's doing. I picked Cooks because he had great reviews. I m super glad I did. Communication was outstanding. Kept me up to date while waiting on glass to arrive from another city to completing the install around my schedule. So far so good with my new windshield replacement on my 2018 RAM 2500. He works fast and professional. I will be using him for all my vehicles window repair/replacement in the future. He even attempted to patch a small crack on another vehicle which the crack was to large so it did not take but he tried and didn t charge me for it. Thanks again Darrin! Darrin was on top of his glass game, for sure. He communicated well, managed to get my windshield and installed within 3 days of the initial phone call. I had already tried dealing with another local business whose customer service was atrocious and they had advised me it would take a month or longer to get my windshield in stock. Cook's Mobile Auto Glass replaced my damaged windshield. He was on time, very professional, and friendly. I called him after a rock cracked my windshield. He ordered the part that day and installed the new windshield a few days later. The whole transaction was a breeze. Oh, and the price was $215 less than the first shop I contacted in Chico. My experience with Darren at Cook's mobile Auto Glass was amazing! He drove to my house asked for my keys and called me when he was done. He replaced my rear driver side window in less then an hour, and he fixed the window's track mechanism. Before he worked on it, My window wouldn't close all the way, and now it works as if it were brand new. The window he used to replace mine with was the exact match that I would have gotten from the dealership. He did an amazing job and was able to fix my window for what it would have cost me just to buy the glass with so cheapest in town was able to help me on the same day I called him no one else to go through but this guy he's number one in my book.
