Kevin and Concours Collision Center are exceptional. I showed up with a minor issue and Kevin got it repaired super quick and at a very reasonable price. Bob is an awesome guy too.Greta people, great service, very trustworthy.

All I can say is, Thank you so much. The staff met all my expectations. Shout out to Teresa at the young gentlemen who assisted us when Teresa was out. Incredible customer service. Thanks again guys, I can't believe I received my vehicle back in less than 2 weeks.

Their service writer Andrew helped me so well in the whole process he was extremely professional and gave me updates every step of the way. I couldn't recommend this him and their services than anywhere else in Chico.

Concours Elite is the way to go! Costumer service is Exellent! Everyone there is kind and welcoming! My car was not looking so cute due to the dented bumper and cracked tail light on the back right side. Concours elite did a marvelous job! My car is now feeling confident again! Kevin kept me up to date throughout the process of my car and insurance! Thank you all and I know where to recommend family and friends when they are in need of a repair shop! I too will return back to Concours Elite if my car needs a repair in the future for I know I can trust them!

The people here were absolutely amazing. Especially Steve, one of the estimators that works there. He helped me with my car and was extremely polite, and he gave me updates every week on what stage of repair my car was in. It did take them a while, but it's understandable since they are extremely busy almost 24/7. But overall, they did great service and have great people.

Waited two weeks just for them to tell me they don t except pictures at an estimate and they refuse to take tow-ins till august anyway. was very disappointed and thought they should put that information on their website along with their estimates to inform other customers so they don t end up wasting two weeks of time like I did.

The passenger side of my Tacoma cab and bed was damaged in a recent accident (the perp shall remain unnamed). Concours Elite did an amazing job with the repairs and the staff was personable and helpful. The only problem is that they made the passenger side look so good it made the driver's side flaws stand out. Maybe someone will hit the drivers side and I can have what will look like a new truck.Service: Body & Trim

I've been taking my cars here for years and they always look good as new after they have completed the repairs. Stephanie was very informative and kept me up to date throughout the process. Should my car need body repair in the future, I know that I can trust this shop to complete all the needed repairs.

I can't say enough good things about Concours Elite in Chico. I've had more than one vehicle worked on here and they are the best around. Aside from the quality of their work, their customer service is extremely professional and prompt. Bob the owner has things down to a tee and it's nearly impossible to cross paths with him without being greeted with a big smile. Thank you Ryan, Caleb, Bob in service, and Bob the owner along with everyone else at this top notch company.

After a truly horrific experience at another local body shop that shall remain nameless, Concours rescued us! Our used vehicle was in a low-speed collision which caused some mild body damage (ruled the other guy's fault by insurance) and zero impact to the driving functionality. So we had some fairly minor body work needed to clean it up. After getting a terrible runaround at the other place with a final estimate that was over 3x what we paid for the car simply to fix a dent in one door, a threat of it being totaled and taken away for far less than we paid, and some exhorbitant "storage" and "reassembly" fees separate from the repair costs, I was at my wit's end. The folks at Concours, particularly Bob, rescued us from the insanity. THIS is how it is supposed to go! They found us a new door, painted it to match perfectly, helped us deal with insurance (instead of lecturing me and passive-aggressively telling me it was my job when I know nothing about insurance as the last place did) and fixed the car right away! If you need body work done, I would recommend Bob Fitzgerald and the folks at Concours without reservation!Service: Body & Trim

This place is wonderful! We have all our collision repair work done here and the results are always outstanding. The customer service is excellent, I was fighting with insurance for a not at fault accident where they did not want to provide a rental car for a week because it would take that long to start work on my vehicle (the best places tend to be busy). The employee that was helping me went above and beyond to call the insurance company and argue on my behalf, which resulted in the insurance company finally doing their job and paying for my rental for the entire time that my truck is down. I spent hours arguing with insurance and couldn't get them to budge, but she had it handled within an hour. I cannot say enough good things about this place, excellent service and top quality workmanship!

After an accident near hwy 99, i took my vehicle to this repair facility. After a substantial two weeks in the shop i made a surprise visit to check on progress. Only to find that none of the damage to my vehicle totaling over $15,000 was repaired correctly, if at all. Just hidden behind smoke and mirrors. I then informed my insurance company of this incompetent attempt to repair my vehicle. I would like to applaud Nationwide for sending a video recording team of three to catch this company in their fraudulent activity. My family has been in this community for over seven generations and I want to worn anyone who thinks twice about going to this facility. In the end "Bobby" had to pay to have the vehicle repaired elsewhere. Just a big waste of my time and effort going to this repair facility. Thanks again Nationwide getting after it and leveling the playing field. I really appreciate how Nationwide was so involved to insure that my family and I would be safe. This was solidified when Nationwide had the vehicle repaired by another local facility. Now "Bobby" can go eat more rice and start doing things right. Thank you for reading this. P.S. DON'T GO HERE

I hit a bear this past summer. I was okay. As far as I know, the bear was okay too considering it continued running across the road. I definitely didn't go back and check on the angry bear I'd just skidded into.. (but seriously, you'd be surprised how many people ask me how the bear was after)Unfortunately my car wasn't doing so hot with the situation. The visual damage was almost laughable as it looked more like I ran into a shopping center street light post going 5mph instead of the 40mph (slowed from 55) I was as I came into the impact. My headlight was completely unattached but still held on by wires. As for the rest, it looked mostly cosmetic.Concours Elite and their staff did so well at making sure that even the damages that I was not aware of got fixed. My car looks good as new! First, they assessed the cosmetic and visable damage. Then, when my car actually went into the shop, they disassembled the front end and ended up doing two supplements to my insurance, on top of the original, for repairs. They worked hard to get my vehicle back into perfect working order, as if it was their own.I worked mostly with Steve and the owner, Bob, but the entire staff is personable and friendly. They did absolutely everything in their power to help me, making the experience easy and not near as stressful as I imagined it would be. I feel they went way above and beyond for me and I can't even express how appreciative I am.Their location is absolutely perfect if you plan on using Enterprise rental car as they are right next door.I will definitely be working with their staff again! I 110 percent recommend!

I needed my car repaired asap. Kelly was amazing! I contacted her Thursday late in the day, parts were ordered and in by Monday, and my car was fixed by Wednesday. My car was washed and Kelly dealt with my insurance company for the remainder of the payment. Thank you Kelly + the Concours team! Highly recommend!

I had my truck taken to them through insurance after a lady t-boned me it took em almost 3 months to get it fixed and all they did was fix the cosmetic damage I specifically told em my steering wheel was crooked my motor mount got snapped and my nerf bars were dented they told me to my face they would fix all that no problem get my truck back and they fixed none of it only my door very unprofessional and lazy never will I bring my truck there again Steve is liar

Bob Fitzgerald did a great job for me when I needed help with an insurance claim for a classic car that was destroyed by fire. Bob's assistance most likely saved me from having to hire an attorney and having a long drawn out fight with an insurance company that tried to low ball the value of my 50+ year old car. I would absolutely call Bob again if I needed another car appraisal!

The customer service truly was fantastic. Bob and Steve REALLY worked to make sure we were happy. We didn't even have that much to get done, but they treated us like we were the most important customers they've ever had. They went out of their way to get the work done based on our schedule and they did more than what was expected work wise. They truly stand out above the competition. All you have to do is walk in their front doors and you can tell that right away.

This is the first time I have had a truly horrible customer experience from an auto related business. First, after the estimate for the damages someone had rear-ended me, I asked for a quote to paint the front as my paint was faded. The lady told me "Oh, we're too expensive for you. You should just go to Maaco." I was floored she would be so condescending and rude. The insurance was paying for the repairs and they had a stellar reputation. After a week my truck was finished. Only I come to pick it up and it has a dented, rusty bumper on it, with a bolt falling out! I thought it was a joke, but no. They told me "it was the best they could find". I asked them why they didn't buy a new one. The said you can't get them. I asked them why they didn't ready the quote the adjuster sent as it stated IN THE QUOTE where to get a brand new bumper. At this point I noticed they had damaged several pieces of trim on my truck. I pointed it out and said "that was already there" and "It's and old truck, what do you want us to do about it?" The new bumper came in after several more weeks, and it was fitted. They still had rusty brackets on it, and I asked them why they didn't buy brand new ones as ON THE QUOTE. They said, they would need to order them. Another week passes and I get the brackets on. Only they ordered half of them, and refused to order the other half. I could see rust bubbles on the old ones they had just painted, but refused to replace them.'All told, it took almost two months for them to mostly repair the damage from being rear-ended, but they also caused significant damage to other parts of my truck and refuse to take responsibility. They also refuse to replace 1/2 the brackets even though they were in the quote. The woman "helping" me there was condescending, rude, and snide. Avoid if your vehicle isn't pristine, it isn't worth their time.

Wow! Great customer service is what stands out the most so far. They are very knowledgeable and communicate to where the average person can understand. Very prompt with getting information to the customer. Would recommend them to anyone in need of collision repair.

After what started out as a bad day (the landscaper hit my car), I was directed to Concours. I don't believe I've EVER had such an enjoyable experience under bad circumstances. Steve helped me efficiently and with care. He was incredibly attentive and very professional, talking me through the whole process. I would HIGHLY recommend Concours!

This is place has very friendly workers. And seem to know what they are doing. We had to drop off our 2016 Altima for repairs due to an accident. We got hit from behind by another car. We are happy that they are in the network with AAA.

I went to talk to him about a friend's car they informed me a lot of things I didn't know very knowledgeable very friendly very willing to help you I'd recommend them to anybody over some of these shady ones that are around town. Go and talk to him and be the judge for yourself very nice will very helpful very nice
