Chuck Patterson provides exceptional service. Working with the sales Manager Chuck Patchill was wonderful. No haggle no hassle experience, with the best deal possible on our new vehicle. Adam was extremely helpful also in explaining the functions and features of our new Jeep. We did a factory order and everything was very smooth and seamless and we got the exact vehicle we wanted. I would highly recommend doing business at Chuck Patterson.

I was greeted, quickly assisted, and out the door within 10 mins of dropping my car off for maintenance work. It required a lot of labor time, however, they discovered a couple of other issues and were able to make adjustments to complete the extra work as well. I was able to pick my car up at the end of the day. The tech talked me through the work that was done and assured me if there was a problem to simply bring it right back to be corrected. I will continue to utilize Chuck Patterson for all my vehicle needs.

This place is a little dicey -- not sure I trust them. I've had inconsistent results from yearly maintenance. Example, received a 4-5 on rear brakes then months later the readout sheet said they were full... huh? No maintenance was done in between, so I have no idea if they actually checked anything...Also, they are very pricey. Probably better to find a smaller shop you can trust than these guys.

Arriving to the dealership for my service appointment made the previous day. I was a few minutes early before my 11AM appointment time.Checking in with service advisor Nick wasn't so bad other than him stating that the mechanics all go to lunch from 12PM-1PM. He estimated things to be done with my car around noon after mechanics make their way back from lunch. He stated repair on my tire to be $40, when literally yesterday I called to talk to a service advisor about my situation and was quoted for repair at $11. Only reason I decided to come to this dealership was due to potential chances of having to replace the whole tire with I had warranty coverage I bought with the car. Which this location was the closest to me willing to take the warranty from Toyota Financial Services. As I'm sitting in the waiting area, which is basically on the showroom floor for about 2 hours. I noticed something odd that one of the salesman did. Diagonal from where I'm sitting you can see a huge computer screen that the salesman was using. And due to the fact I used to worked in car sales I noticed the salesman pulled a customer information aka Vinsoultions and walked away from it while this customer information is right in the open.Huge violation to customers privacy! He walked away and left it wide open. 15 minutes passed, yet he left it the way it was. Now a customer who was waiting for service to be done on his car, starts to pace back and forth in the showroom and eventually came across it and glance at it for a minute and walked away. Than follows by another salesman colleague who also glanced and walked away. Later 25 minutes has gone and the customer information is still visible. Lastly I watched the desk manager walked past and glance at it and walked away too! Yet the saleswomen who was selling a car at the time, sat her customers right in front of it.What a shame that none of the sales-mans nor did the desk manager logout of it. Yet anyone could've walked up took a picture or started clicking and eventually violated the customer information even more.Eventually after 30+ minutes the computer finally turned off due to inactivity. Got my blood boiling, because this could've been my personal information being leaked out without permission. And to whoever is looking for a car and you had submitted your information on their site for a car they have or have been a previous buying customer at that location looking to purchase again. You should think again before doing so. Also for your other employees be mindful of what comes out of your mouth especially on the showroom floor. Having to hear you say f*** you to a colleague with customers around isn't professional for a business. Last but not least service was horrible I waited 4+ hours for a tire repair and a recall system update and was promised that it wasn't gonna be long by 2 of your service advisors. Y'all overbooked your appointments and I wasn't the only one waiting 4+ hours. l've decided if I ever have to do a replacement on my tire in the future. I'll take it to where I bought it, knowing they will coverage it with the tire and wheel protection warranty too.

Review for Parts Dept: bought a really expensive starter motor and as I started working on my Sequoia, I found out that I never needed the starter motor anymore and never got it dirty, never bolted it up, never removed my old starter motor, but the parts dept would never take my starter back because I didn't have the Toyota brand generic box it came with. My starter is new and it's obvious, but they won't take it back. I had to go to my bank to advocate for me and it wasn't till the transaction was reversed did they call me to try to work with me, but I still haven't had resolution and it's been over two months since I stopped by to try to return the part. No other business I've tried to return stuff to is this difficult.

We drove our 2024 Sienna home today from Chuck Patterson Toyota today and are thrilled with the car and very happy with how the whole process went down. These folks are helpful, knowledgeable, low pressure, and honest to a fault. They also are one of the few dealers without the "dealer markup" so many other places add to the MSRP. This outfit is special!

Scheduled service weeks in advance, arrived 15 min early. Sat and waited for an hour and a half, after waiting that long got up to check status. After this much time and only because I inquired to the current status the service writer informed me that the parts were never even ordered. He was barely apologetic and then argumentative when I presented possible solutions to the situation. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!On the other hand when I purchased the car there thw sales team was phenomenal.

We took our Toyota Corolla in to the Body Shop for a re-paint under a warranty issue. Lisa in the body shop was beyond wonderful, explained how things would go, and handled everything with such aplomb. Everyone in the body shop worked hard and did such an exceptional job, going above and beyond to not only properly paint our car and make it look amazing, but they got it all done before the holidays. I am so very appreciative of all of their hard work, and we love the way our car looks.

Excellent experience here! It did take it two and a half week wait for the first available appointment but that seems to be the norm has everybody is busy and backed up these days...... I was most impressed by the excellent communication. Used the dropbox the night before my appointment, I was contacted first thing in the morning by Remi in order to make sure they had the details from me regarding what was going on with the vehicle. They had all four issues fixed on my truck and I picked it up by 1:00 p.m the same day. I am most impressed by the efficiency, excellent communication and very friendly interactions with multiple Patterson staff members. One of the techs even offered to watch my bicycle while I went in to square up the paperwork! The experience here was especially gratifying at a time when the service industry his experiencing its challenges.... I won't hesitate to use Patterson again and would recommend it to friends and family.

Nick and the technicians took great care of me and my Tacoma. Had some AC issues driving home from the coast and they got me right in. They got everything serviced and AC blows way colder than before. I am very picky with who I let work on my vehicles and will definitely be back for future services and inspections. Chuck Patterson overall has been outstanding since I purchased my truck in Oct 2021.

Car wouldn t start. Eric came with tow truck and was superb. He checked battery, etc. The car needed to be towed actually, to be put on flatbed. He handled everything quickly, efficiently, and politely explained needs politely. Let me ride with him to service spot. Very professional through out.Heather was my service representative and I plan to ask for her from now on anytime I come in!! Like Eric, she was efficient and polite. She explained everything completely, asked if I had any questions, listened CAREFULLY when I asked my questions, and treated me as if I were intelligent. She texted me the next day to see how car was performing, gave me another chance to ask questions, looked up my record to tell me when my next appointment was due. Please-please-please give these employees a raise! They exemplify excellent customer service.Becky White

Everyone in the Service Department has been great to work with. I was assisted by Remi during my last two visits. Remi is friendly, considerate and professional. He truly made me feel comfortable leaving my beloved Renegade in their capable hands. He explained everything to my satisfaction and even sent me a text when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Remi also made me aware of the courtesy shuttle. I was able to get back to work quickly. I don't recall the driver's name, but he was also very friendly and professional. I love my JEEP and am glad that I made the purchase at Chuck Patterson.

Work was great. I came in for a recall. They got it done in a timely manner and called me for pick up the same day. Very kind ypung man who helped me. **BUT I had to pick my vehicle up on Saturday morning because of my own schedule. The repair section was closed, so I went to the oil and lub office. (I didn't know where else to go for assistance. I've never been there before, and all the side doors were locked on the side I was on.) The older man who worked the oil and lub office IS SO RUDE. I opened the door, and before I could say," Good morning." and wait my turn, I was SNAPPED AT. " DO YOU HAVE A APPOINTMENT!?" By an old miserable looking man. SO RUDE. Everyone else there is very polite and helpful. I ended up walking away after 20 minutes and finding the big main door . The gentleman in the office was very helpful and kind.

We had a decent experience buying a car here in 2020 and have enjoyed the car since, but the service department is consistently unimpressive and difficult to deal with. They always seem to be confused and off schedule. Something has gone wrong at every appointment I have ever had besides the very first one.

Chuck Patterson Toyota is getting 2 stars for these reasons: 1. Wrote on my "bill due to you" that they would inspect my breaks for safety (as I could tell they needed new rotors during my test drive) as well as fill the chip in my windshield. 2. When I was driving the day after purchasing the vehicle I tried to clean my windshield, and the hose line was chewed so it leaked fluid all over the wheel well of my passenger tire. 3. When I brought in my vehicle to have my breaks inspected as well as figure out the issue for the windshield wiper fluid leak, they tried to charge me. After much dispute I was able to get them to repair for free. 4. While waiting for the parts to come in to be fixed I was notified they had arrived. I made an appointment for the next day at 7:30am. They kept my vehicle all day and when I called around 4pm they said they didn't have the parts so my vehicle sat in the shop all day, when they could have called me to pick it up instead of me having to wait and call them at the end of the day. 5. I had to reschedule my appointment for days later and yet again readjust my work schedule to accommodate a second car appointment for an entire day. Needless to say, they are not the best dealership because of the lack of communication between different departments at the dealership as well as poor vehicle safety inspections prior to selling used vehicles. Would not recommend Toyota Chuck Patterson of Chico.

Worst parts department in California. Not surprising thier team is that unprofessional with the Manger they have.. The Redding Toyota is much more pleasant to deal with.

Great experience, my only regret was not looking under the hood because I found the battery in the used car I bought, to be really corroded but overall.... EXCELLENT service! I'm sure my new used car will last me a long time and Jodie was an awesome, no pressure sales representative

Customer Disservice.I highly recommend you do not take your vehicle here for service.I purchased a new 23 Highlander and was told the vehicle range would calibrate after a few tank refills. The issue persisted at 1k miles they said it would take 5k to calibrate. Ultimately, they gaslit me repeatedly and attributed the problem to "aggressive driving behaviors", or topping off the tank, which was both inappropriate and not backed up by the data ie. normal gas milage. I brought it in at 5k and they claimed it would calibrate after 10-15k. So, I opened a case with Toyota and it turns out Chuck Patterson just went ahead and closed the case without even reaching out to me! That's embarrassing. The other Service Department I took it to actually validated the problem and actually demonstrated willingness to help me solve it. So, I will be taking the vehicle elsewhere from now on. If you want to be gaslit, lied to and discarded, take your vehicle to Chuck Patterson in Chico. I will gladly go out of my way to avoid any future service here.

We purchased a Dodge/Ram 1500 in September 2023. The sale people were friendly and willing to negotiate a fair price. We were able to purchase a new vehicle and drive off the lot in about two hours. We had a very pleasant experience and I recommend this dealership.
