Horrible company. Piss poor communication and extremely unprofessional and condescending behavior and attitude. Customer service is non existent.Brought trailer in for an insurance claim, adjuster assigned to the claim has taken a leave of absence for an unknown time and David Turner Skinner with the service department has somehow made it into all being my fault. It is in no way possible my fault. I hope others do not use this company in the future unless they want to be held responsible for absolutely everything. Let alone the 3 months it took them to look at the trailer and provide the quote.I don't see the major absolutely emergency this morning.Would give zero stars if I could. Do not use unless you want more additional angers, headaches and stress.

This is the only place I d get my fleet serviced at in Chico! They are very fair and professional. The guys here are honest and that s hard to come by in a mechanic.

Blew our minds with how amazing the staff is. Prices were right where they should be, unlike some other guys around here... these folks went out of there way to explain things and offer suggestions. So happy the are local and awesome!!

We had some repairs to our RV in anticipation of us selling it. The service was excellent, and pricing was fair. The work was completed in a timely manner . A positive experience overall

Wanted truck parts that they did supply and deliver but so far every encounter with then has been that I'm an irritation and in general wasting their time. Anyways called a competitor and they will be getting my future business. Customer service needs to be brought to the attention of whoever runs this place.

Bought a new custom trailer from Chico and they have been very friendly and helpful. Dan, Nancy, Kenny, and the whole team made the experience tremendous. Will absolutely go back if I need service or want to buy another trailer.

I have spent over $20k at this business and still horrible customers service. (Not the entire staff)I will not spend another dollar at this shop. I would not recommend anyone buy or get repairs.

These guys rock!!! We are traveling across the country and our RV is our home and we had an issue that these guys took care of quickly!! Diagnosed, ordered the part and got us taken care of within a few days. Honest and reasonably priced. Thank you so much!!!

My parents had a terrible experience with a place in southern Oregon & their RV broke down again just north of Chico. These guys went above & beyond & were so helpful. They worked hard to order the parts, found what the previous shop missed, & communicated clearly. Dave was great to work with & we highly recommend Chico Truck & RV!

These guys go above and beyond to get it done right. Brought my horse trailer in for brakes and bearings. Needed new tires too. They fixed a couple other issues, clearance lights etc. while it was in. After the job was done I noticed the brakes were not strong like new brakes should be. Dave said bring it back in and they'd make it right. Brakes were working fine when tested in the shop but not on the road. It took a couple trips in to get it figured out but ultimately they determined a problem in the wiring was causing low voltage at the brakes. They put new wiring in for the brakes and now they're working fine. Even though they spent quite a lot of time diagnosing the problem and had to do more to get the brakes working they didn't charge me for the extra work. That's what I call good service and I will return.Services: Tires, Electrical, Brakes

I always try to give my money to local business (my family has been in Butte County since 1945) but this place made that pretty much impossible. I went with an open mind even after reading the reviews and Dan's unprofessional responses.Long story short is their costumer service is horrible. They made a mistake on their stock# and gave me a quote on the wrong dump trailer (still wrong on their website). No problem, people make mistakes. Wasted over an hour there because nobody seemed to know where Dan was and wasted a weekend of planned work. They acted irritated with me when they were the ones that made the mistake. No apology, no we will make it right and work with you..just nothing.In the end, after I had to call several times over the next week, they could give a rip about costumer service and made no effort to make it right. I was looking at spending around 6 grand but I guess they don't need it. Went to Sac Valley Trailer's and got the trailer I needed for $600 less than what I would have spent at this place.

They had a special order part shipped to them for my 15 year old refrigerator by the next day.I put the part in and it fired right up no problem.I contacted other RV repair places and was referred back to them. You know you are doing something right when your competition is giving you referrals.Plenty of onstreet parking available for RVs to stop by.

I wanted a thorough safety inspection of my 2004 RV. David explained exactly what was needed to bring it up to standards. He was very sincere, caring and understanding of my concerns. My RV even needed transportation from my home to his shop and back. He recommended Ed Brown Trucking which was a God send! David has a honest and self owned business here in Chico. His prices were fair and workmanship excellent. I highly recommend!

I CT&RV for the first time today in an attempt to make a service appt for my trailer. After answering, I was placed on an immediate hold which, understanding I'm not the only demand on their attention, I didn't mind at all. I was left hanging for quite some time before the line went dead s.When I called back I was met with a very impolite woman who barked, .. "Who you holding for!?" When I tried to tell her I wasn't sure as I just needed some information, she cut me off with an Eben more impatient;'Sales, Service, or Parts?!! I was barely able to get out the words; 'probably service?' before being sent to the service dept voice mail.I can't speak to the quality of their services or products and I have no intention of returning to find out at this point.Being polite takes very little effort and goes a long way towards building positive relationships. This co isn't doing itself any favors by allowing her up answer the phones. In fact, she should probably try to avoid the public altogether.She just cost them this new customer.

This is THE BEST place to go for a trailer and/or service and/or parts!! They genuinely care, asking all the right questions for what we need and are looking for, and delivered promptly with courtesy and respect. This is a stand up local business, and I will always go to them for whatever we need. I appreciate all the help, and highly recommend them. Very impressed with the prices of nationally available products, factory direct, with very minimal or no upcharge.Quality service, they had a catalog open to the page I needed before I could even sit down.Wide range of repairs, parts, and knowledge for trucks & RV's (trailer in an my case).

I have had the pleasure of working with Dan and his crew for over 10 years on many projects. They always do a great job, have a very clean and organized shop and everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable. I will keep going back for all of our Truck, Trailer and RV needs.

These guys are good if you can get an appointment or a callback. I left a message with service and waited 3 days for a callback....nothing...left another message today....nothing. I give up. Just wanted a 50k mile service on my Lazy Daze and I can t get any response. Thanks for making me drive out to Corning Ford ya bunch of knuckleheads.

I took my dump trailer to address some electronic brake issues. The labor rates are very reasonable and honest. I also found some accessories for my work truck that aren't easy to find...hitch locks, heavy duty rack straps, specialized coddling pins. Because of the great service, I'll be purchasing my future cargo trailer there.

Took my Jet Boat trailer in to have lifted 2-3 with new leaf springs. Quoted $450.Get a phone call saying my surge brake actuator is bad on trailer. I said let s skip it I go check on the project and my trailer is lifted 10-12 and the tech is replacing the surge brake unit.I tell him neither are acceptable. He promises that it will get fixed and price will be super cheap for brake controller.Go get it a few weeks later and it s sitting lower than it ever was before, and I have a brand new surge brake actuator for brakes that don t work.Clueless service advisor hands me a bill for $1138....

Expedited service, but ruined my spare while trailer was in the shop and would not admit it.Getting ready for a move to Colorado I noticed one of the hubs on my 7x14 cargo trailer was getting warm so I brought it in to have it checked. They were able to get on it within a couple of hours and replaced some brake components on that hub. After I paid at the counter I went out to hook up the trailer and found the spare (mounted on the tongue) was flat, and had a slice about 2" long on the sidewall. I had checked all 5 tires before bringing the trailer in so I know they all were at 50 psi. Dave would not admit that the damage occurred while they had my trailer, and said it looked like the tire had been run flat. While it may well have been run flat at some point, that didn't explain the slice in the sidewall. He sold me a new tire "at cost", which was about $1 less than I had paid for a tire the same size at America's Tire (for another trailer) a week earlier.

Excellent service. Brought in to get trailer brakes checked. Turned out my emergency brake was activated. No charge! I recommend them.

They came highly recommended by some friends of mine, so I took my van here to see if they could help me out. I was not disappointed! They had great service; everyone was very curteous, clear, and honest with me! I definitely recommend them.

Dave was the person I talked to and that helped me. Although he got the wrong part at first and then the order that was right didn't get there when I was told. We I finally did get it I was happy.
