The peeps at Nissan were very honest and worked hard to get me a car I loved at a rate I could afford. Henry was my guy. Amazing costumer service, great deals, and best of all unbeatable prices. You can get the Lifetime warranty for the powertrain!They ran the number multiple times to find me the best deal and that s everything.Thank you all at Chico Nissan for my new Rogue, shout out to a Henry!!

Bought a car for my company recently. This was the fourth transaction here in the past couple of years. Each time the process is smooth, negotiating is easy, and the service is great. Everyone seems to work as a team, and shout out to Omar, who is my point person. Highly recommended.

I was in a bind with a disabled older car. The staff at Chico Nissan were wonderful. They could not have been nicer, accommodating or professional. Hats off to Brian, Omar and Steve. They made my experience the best I have ever had. I will definitely refer friends and family to Chico Nissan.

I ve always hated car shopping and generally try to put off buying a car for as long as possible. After a HORRENDOUS experience at another dealership in town, I went to Chico Nissan let me tell you, it was the most AMAZING car buying experience! All of the guys working there were so helpful, communicated so well, were very knowledgeable and NOT pushy at all! Truly an incredible car buying experience, I m never going anywhere else again. Chico Nissan Hyundai for the win!

As I approached the parking lot Tony came out and greeted me and quickly got right to the point, he allowed me to explain what my situation was and was very patient, he understood that I was very determined to keep the same payment price that I was set up with on my car and he really seemed genuine and honest also realistic on the selection of cars he showed me, I ultimately ended buying a car that was within my budget and kept my payments pretty much the same, I only ended 86$ more on my payment and they worked with 0 down payment! With a trade in! Shout out to Tony at Chico Nissan for hooking it up!

I suppose it's "classic" for car dealerships, for them to "work" customers to make a sale. However, I bought a 2021 Nissan about a month ago and they bald faced lied to me about a number of big things, and when I realized what they did and went back to fix these things, they hid and lied more not helping me at all. After all, the sale was made, right? I'm a single dad, raising a special needs 5 year old, working, AND getting strait A's at Chico state university. What they did was wrong, and I urge anyone looking for a car to go elsewhere. They have no morals about their business. Good morals and values are essential in customer service businesses. (Yes, even car dealerships). WE give them their power, and we can take it back. Simply buy elsewhere. Don't let these scam artists hurt anyone else and their child, please.

We had a great experience buying a car from Chico Nissan, an excellent dealership. I highly recommend them. Our salesman, Alvey Amezcua, was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. The dealership had a beautiful inventory of clean cars, making browsing easy. The buying process was stress-free and enjoyable. I ve had my vehicle serviced here a few times over the years. The new process of sending text updates, and the service portal are excellent. They sent me videos and pictures explaining suggested repairs and the status of my vehicle. Everything was completed in a reasonable amount of time and the service guy Frank explained everything and made trustworthy suggestions.

The team at Chico Nissan goes above and beyond to help you when you are needing to get your car in to get checked and and repaired. I was amazed by how quickly they they were able to find out what was wrong with my vehicle they were able to help me to get my parts ordered and to contact my extended warranty to get the approval so that my car could get fixed and that was something that I was really worried about and I'm really happy with the outcome that finally I can be with one less stress in my life because my car will be fixed I highly recommend using their service department when you need your car service or repaired I've used them before with other vehicles and I will say that they're the quickest to get your vehicle in and out when you are in need of getting your car serviced or repaired.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were prompt and offered other service suggestions but didn t push anything which I loved! The texts to inform when services were finished was awesome, also and there was no push on their end when they were ready before I was! They offered shuttle service which I declined and I didn t stay at the facility but the bathrooms were clean and seemed they had a nice waiting area with a coffee machine had I stuck around!

I took my car for oil change and alignment and they found there was something else more that need to be fix and helped me to get it done with the car warranty . Their help was the best ! Thank you guys for explained to me everything so clearly. They have a really good service. Ahh they also clean the car for free !!!

The shadiest car dealership will never go back. I bought a car from them 3 years ago with my grandma as a co-signer. The car is a lemon, but besides that, they sold me the car, I signed all the paperwork but apparently they didn t do their paperwork correctly and needed me to bring the car back asap. I did not have time to do it right away and myself and my grandma began getting calls from Nissan threatening to repo the car (which they had no legal standing to do) and tank both of our credit (literally the rep s words). Not to mention at the time of the deal I traded my other car in which was supposed to be worth an 8k trade in value but the rep put in the paperwork I was trading it in for $1. I got so tired of the calls and threats and at that point was scared to bring the car back to them and end up with no car (they sold my trade in at an auction already). I talked to a lawyer and multiple other managers at different dealerships they all were so shocked and advised me to not contact them. In the end I guess it was just an issue with the paperwork regarding my license and got resolved somehow. Since then I have had so many issues with the car, luckily I purchased a warranty for 4k at time of buying it so my deductible is $200 instead of probably thousands I would have paid by now taking it into the shop. Last time I had to bring it in was to get my sun roof fixed but they found another issue with my car after it sitting in their shop for 6 weeks on a job that should have been a week at absolute maximum. Most recently I brought my car in for the THIRD time to get the same issue fixed in my sun roof and told them I refuse to pay for this for the third time on top of all the other issues I have had with them. Their communication is terrible, they are super shady, and will sell you a piece of junk. Especially if you are a young woman I hate to say it but bring an older man who knows cars, they will take advantage of you.

I was lied to and sold tires with no road hazard warranty by a service representative. Even though when I bought them I was told and assured they came with warranty. I came in recently because my tire went flat and was told my tires don t have warranty even though I bought them from Chico Nissan. Waiting on a manager or someone to reach out to me but have not heard anything.

I have never received such exceptional service from any other dealership. They were able to get us in same day when our truck had issues, and after hearing that we needed to drive 6 hours home that same night, they came right out and fixed our issue on the spot. Justin was so polite and efficient. We'll be back!

People are very friendly, and the service people were, The young man that helped me was named Frank. He was very helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour. Met the service manager. EJ, I met Ryan Sutton, Both gentlemen were very nice. Very nice experience.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Joe Arrigoni on the purchase of the 2021 F250 Tremor. He was knowledgeable about the truck and fair in negotiating the terms of the sale. Joe s associates at the dealership were also very courteous. I would highly recommend Chico Nissan to anyone!! Thanks Joe !

I took my car in for oil and filter change, which was done $165.00 dollars later.I asked to have my brakes looked at for wear. The lady want to charge me an additional $195.00 to look at my brakes to see if pads needed replaced ..I declined because she told me it would be the 195 plus 315 if I choose to replace the pads and 500+ if rotors needed replaced. This would be double if front and rear pads and or rotors needed replaced. And the 195 diagnosis.fee would not be dropped if work was performed in your shop.i declined diagnosisFast forward to oil change and they tell me my rear brakes needed replaced and front were getting close. And it would be $315 to replace pads and the 500+ if rotors needed turned or replaced. All this without the 195 diagnosis fee.I still declined came home purchased pads for approximately $50-$60 and replaced my own brakes in about 30 minutes is your labor really that much? $265+ for a 30 minute job???
