I ve only been a customer for 6 months now, but was sold on day one! Recently, I brought my 2015 Camry XLE Hybrid in because of issues with my passenger side windows: they were slow to go up or, not at all, until after waiting a few minutes. This had been going on while my car was still under warranty, but was told by the service department they couldn t have their guys take a look until my windows went to complete failure. Several years later I bring my Camry to Chico Car Care. They diagnose and solve the problem within a few hours. Couldn t be more pleased.

Dan and his team did a thorough evaluation, repairing some immediate issues with my car. They also mapped out future repairs, to keep a watch on. I appreciate the pressure-free communication, and the care taken with my car. It makes me feel assured that my car is in good hands with Chico Car Care, and I am back on the road, worry-free!

We have been using Chico Car Care for about 8 years.We live in Paradise and are happy to drive down to Chico to have our vehicles serviced at Chico Car Care.We own a 2003 Toyota 4runner and a 2017 Toyota Prius Prime plug in.They are quite good and we rely on them for everything from oil changes to helping with repairing and keeping our 210,000 mile V-8 4Runner running like new!We personally recommend this business.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Chico Car Care is a great shop to take your car to. Dan the owner is extremely polite and was able to get me in short notice. No one tried to upsell me and were very up front about everything with my car. I highly recommend supporting this small family owned business. The only shop I will take my car to from now on in Chico.

I ve been looking for a good independent shop to avoid going to the dreaded Honda dealer for repairs. The dealer s prices are just too high. Chico Care Care was the answer. Not only were their prices fair, but they gave me a CarMax list of all the repairs I ve had done over the years. On top of which, I was given shuttle service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone for their Honda or Toyota.

This goes out to all the women that find themselves having to take care of the work needed on their cars.I find myself in that position for the last 10 years. I took my car into Chico Auto care. Ladies (Dan is the owner) this is the shop you want to go to.I am very happy with ( the work) and the respect for women that is conveyed. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing service for your vehicle.

Trustworthy Car repairs!I've been going to Chico Car Care for 7+ years, with my Toyota Camry Hybrid. They have always provided excellent customer services including Uber rides to and from my home while my car was in the shop. All work has been timely and professionally handled... with sound advice, as well as, printouts of "service reminders/factory reccomended maintainance.... for future reference.Fairly priced,...Always satisfied!

Been coming here for a few years now. They have always been very fair and honest while working on my Toyota Sienna. I have never had a single issue with scheduling or anything. Just started bringing our CRV here too that we were previously having serviced elsewhere. If you've got a Honda or Toyota. This is your place for service.

I m very happy I chose this place because they were experienced with Toyotas! They didn t overcharge me and made everything easy, including calling and paying for the Uber. They fully inspected my car and paid attention to all the little details. The Uber driver said it s a very popular mechanic shop!

Dan and Dave are great on multiple occasions, they might have told us the problem was much larger than it in fact was. A rock stuck in a brake caliper, a bolt missing from the master cylinder. Honest folks are hard to find!

Chico Car Care is my new top mechanic for my Toyota Prius. The first time I stopped by, on a friend's recommendation, was to have them help me with tire issues, and the owner quickly assessed that I had worn one of them down to the wires. He said he could fix it, but also said it was just as easy to take to my favorite tire shop if I preferred. I had bought the tires at Les Schwab so that's what my cheapest alternative was. But the fact that they were willing to pass up business to get me assistance sooner than later impressed me that I could probably trust them with my next repair needs. Recently I had some minor repairs which included a headlamp out and a maintenance light on, and it had been 6,000 miles since my last tune-up. Dan assisted me and they were not only very polite and professional to communicate with, but they were prompt with my service (next day), paid for my Uber ride back to my house, and sent me a text with the recommended repairs which included photos of my parts needing repair as well as videos to help me understand the parts use in my car. My overall experience was awesome! I highly recommend them as honest and professional mechanics in Chico. Thanks Chico Car Care!

This place was awesome First time here. My Rav4 was getting inundated with water whenever it rained. They cleared out the clogged drains, and it seems to be holding up nicely. No more puddles in my car!

I ve never had a bad experience with Dan and his mechanics. They are always straightforward with their quotes. When they say a job will be done it is either on time or early. I will not take my car to any other mechanic in town.

I took my Subaru to Chico Car Care. I am very satisfied with the service of my car. They were very thorough and attentive with excellent communication. The price was considerably lower than the Subaru dealership for the same maintenance service.
