Went in to buy a pair of ultra high performance summer Tires. The person of the counter right away says ..those tires are very expensive, then offers to sell me a pair of used tires that he has in his personal car which are the same size that I want. The pair of new tires cost about $1,100 and he was offering to sell me his used tires for 900. I ended up going elsewhere and ordering my new tires from America's Tires, they gave me a better price and did not try to sell me any used tires.

I always went to Alignment my car this place. I like the service, but only one thing I don t like because they will not going to help turn your tie rod boot after they did Alignment, I always check and have do by my self every times when i get home. Guys check your tie rod boots every times from Alignment because your tie rod boots will be damaged. please see the Picture

Bobs Tires was amazing! Everyone was friendly and giving me advice. One of the few tire places that doesn t try to take advantage of you. Will be going back every time! Kirby and Jesus were awesome 12/10 service

Had a flat. Asked for a patch. Went on a Tuesday @ 4 PM and they had me in and out very reasonably about 20 minutes wait with one person in front of me. $20 to patch a hole if you're wondering. I don't know why it's so taboo to post up prices. Well, here you go.

Always glad to do biz with Luis and Bobby at Bob's Tires. Dealing locally is important to me and I save money on tires. They fill my tires with air and fix flats for free; a bonus for this busy lady!

Would give this place a zero Stars if possible. They were saying that I needed a hub replaced and a bearing before they could do my alignment. They were lying, they were just saying this because they wanted to make more money. They are a dishonest business, I wouldn't go here!

Hands down this is the best place in town don't go anywhere else! Save your time looking for a deal or amazing staff cuz it's right here. They prove it year after year ! Thanks for the help with my flat tire ! Your guys truly are the best and I'll be back anytime I have a tire problem. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I had a screw in my tire that I found out about an hour before work and went down to bobs tire center to get it fixed. Not only were they extremely fast with their excellent service but helped me back on the road for pennys on the dollar. I've been here a few times as a chico native and always experienced top notch service from these mechanics. 5 stars would recommend to anyone with tire issues in chico

I have taken three cars to Bob's Tire Center and each time it has been a great experience! Staff is always friendly and so far I have had good luck not having to wait long. They helped to repair a tire with a nail in it on two separate occasions as a courtesy even though there is a fair amount of labor involved! Its nice having a business around that is easy to work with and is reliable. Getting tires from here again. Thank you guys!

Came in for four new tires and a spare tire and an alignment they charge me less than most other places and did a really good job. They also drove my car after the alignment to make sure was it was fine. I am super satisfied! Highly recommended and the workers are so nice and helpful!

My go to for all my tire and mechanic needs. Luis provided me with more than exceptional service and always puts me and my vehicles in good hands. Hard working, honest, and professional shop. If you are having trouble finding a trusted shop then you haven't been to Bob's Tire

Excellent customer service! I went into looking for rims I loved a design however the sales person truly explained the reasons why even though it's the right size but not right fit to my car due to newer brands have different specifications. So He gave me few options that might interest me, no hassle no pressure no rush. I picked my design ordered it,shipping arrived next day n I drove in today n got my new rims! Family oriented, courteous employees expedite service. Looking forward to having future service needs done at your location.

Wish I would have went here first for my alignment. They definitely did an alignment (unlike my previous alignment less than a week prior at another shop) and gave me a detailed paper showing exactly what was done. My car drives noticeably better and I thank them for that. Love that they said they will treat me like a customer and not just a girl because a lot of car shops try to get over on women. I came in randomly and instead of making me schedule an appointment and come back they made time for my car and worked on it quickly. Other car shops take notes because I definitely have no problem spending money at a shop that treats me with respect!

Tires from Tire Rack were delivered here and subsequently installed. I had an appointment, tires were installed quickly. A friend of mine had the same service performed here a few days before I did. They charged him $80 and charged me $100 for the same service. I'm not sure why. Inconsistent pricing can be a concern. If it was not for this anomaly I would have given the business five stars.

Brought my subaru in to get 4 tires installed and an alignment. Service was super fast and the dudes that work there seem to not only know what they're doing, bit enjoy doing it. I will definitely come back and will recommend them to friends.

They sold me a leaky trailer tire. As soon I put it on my trailer I noticed it was leaking. I went back and they didn t give my money back or replace the tire. They blamed it on me and said I had hit it on something. Apparently they don t do warranty on trailer tires even though it was new. Anyway I took a loss going there. Plenty of other tire shops in town. Les swab is better

I've been going to Bob's Tire for about 20 years. It has changed hands. The employees are still very nice, but my 45-minute new Tire and Alignment took 2 hours. They still have terrific deals on tires, but the wait seems to be much much longer than it used to be.

These guys ROCK. I bought tires, wheels, shocks. Made in USA! I recently had the drive tire spinning. The terrain ate the tred. They gave me a tire to replace while they send it for warranty. I'm getting my transmission n differential inspected by they. Great guys full of iknowledge. Go to them

Professional team, pit crew-like service! These guys run and double check their work. No waiting! Reasonable prices! You can watch them work and verify you're actually getting what you pay for, right down to the four-way alignment. I'm super satisfied!

Been coming here for 3 years. Honest hardworking guys. Free tire rotations whether you bought them there or not. After 3 years of tire rotations and alignments I finally bought a full set from them and they're going great!

I'm not a negative person but the "mechanics" there are a JOKE. Went in there for an alignment right, next thing you know I have to get my whole front end done haha. Nice try "Bob's tires". Would I recommend it? Yeah if you wanna get scammed or as I see it $300 and over gets you what you want.

Because of a squeaky brake pedal I took my car to the dealer. (My son said, "Mom, the pedal just needs oiling," but I was too nervous.) After a $90 diagnostic charge they offered to wipe and dust a brake shoe for an additional $180. No thanks.At Bob's, Luis checked it out (no charge) and WD40'd the pedal. Voila. I cancelled my trip to Costco for new tires and ordered the exact same ines through Bob's for less. They have me forever.

They helped me out repairing my tire even though it really needed replacement.. they unfortunately didn't have any used tires for my car and a new one was $120. The technician helping me was super nice and even jumped my car when it wouldn't start.

Great service at a reasonable price. I got new tires and brakes, and they got the job done for almost half the price I was quoted at Les Schwab! I highly recommend checking them out!

back few weeks ago i went got my tires and front end done did a great job and deal but now not they didnt even tight the bolt down after doing the front end... I just took to a place to get the ball joints fix and found out they didnt tight the bolts and nuts down that one was almost completely off an out i could of got into an accident or even got killed , or someone else even my family too. went back to inform them and they could care less since it been over a week since they work on it
