Went to get my radiator flushed in my truck had an appointment set. Went it in pretty quick and I understand this Beast takes alot of coolant. Time efficient and super helpful. Glad I can get it in and done in a reasonable amount of time. Very lovely crew. Even though the day is pretty dim it seems to me that won't stop them from so great at what they do best.

I am thankful that I found Big0 Tires in Chico. Josh, Mark, Jana and Hector are my forever heros..they have made sure I am ready for my next road adventure. My truck is 25yos she drivers like a new truck. I am safe due to the people at Chico Big0. I have always trusted Big0 and never question what they suggest I need. Very professional and care about the safety of the customer. Thank you! Thank you! Best place to buy tires in Chico and Paradise.We first found Big O in Paradise after the Camp Fire. We, like many folks, needed new tires and were pretty stretched after evacuation expenses. The Big O Credit Card is nice, 0% interest if paid in a year. They also have same as cash over three month options.In the last six years, all of our vehicles have had new tires installed, alignments, oil changes (cheaper than Jiffy Lube by $30), and other work done at Big O.Shout out to Josh, Jana, and Tony at the Big O on Esplanade in Chico. Josh and Jana are very professional and keep me updated on install/repair timelines. Tony is a very knowledgeable and friendly mechanic, sharing lug nut improvement possibilities on our focus while taking extra care to align our tires.If you need tires, an alignment, oil change, or are wondering how to pay for getting your vehicle safe, our family recommends Big O.

Josh and his team at Big O were amazing at doing a full service on my wife s Van. she had to go by herself and they treated her with respect and didn t try and take advantage of her like most shops would to do to a women not knowing what s what.Thank you again and it s nice knowing there still is great & honest mechanic shops around!

Crooks. Paid to have tires rotated which they did not do. Told me I needed new brakes and roters. And tires. I knew about the tires so bought them at a respectable place. The new place also told me my brakes were great. Do t trust what this place tells you

Great service and more than just tires. They do oil changes, tune ups sooo many things, and everything is affordable. For example, I drive a luxury vehicle, and I thought it was a mistake when they told me the amount for my oil change. I threw money at them just in case. Nope. Big O is just that awesome

They always perform quality work and help me whenever I have car trouble. They also text me alerts on any coming up services my car may need. Their pricing is always fair and if it's a major expense there is a simple payment plan.

I came in for the free brake inspection knowing it was near time to replace the pads. They confirmed what was needed and made time to replace all my brake pads along with my headlight bulbs which I also had them replace. They provided me great service at a fair price. They didn't try to add additional work or parts I didn't need which was refreshing. Will definitely come back when I need more work done on any of my cars.

Was cramming with my oil change before the weekend. My husband Tom took my car to big O tires, we usually go to big O tires in Paradise but work is in Chico. They serviced my car same day and time I needed it. Thanks Big O tires!!!

I took my wife s car in for three things that needed to be fixed. They tracked down questions about one of them, figured it out, and did them all in a very timely fashion. Plus, they kept us informed along the way. They are the BEST!

Went in to get tire plugged and they informed me I had wires showing on the inside of tire they explained the danger and that I needed new tire. They helped me to put on the donut and charged me nothing I will definitely return to buy the replacement tire from them. Great service and hella polite and helpful.

Charged me for multiple services of which- according to another Mechanic and also my friend who works on cars, they never even did.These workers will scam you for a higher price, low quality parts and then try to do it AGAIN when you return.Never trusting them with service again.

Paid over a thousand dollars for brake rotors and pads and installation just to have to come back due to warped rotors after only 2k miles....they warranty it.. then again same issue so they warranty it again installing new rotors as they did before..... They don't put better quality rotors on after my second warranty they put on the same cheap rotors..then I come back yet again with the same issue then they tell me the warranty time starts after the original purchase only and not after each time it's warrantied. So they try to tell me after using the warranty, warranty time doesn't start again on the new parts. But I called 4 other big o tire shops around California and they said the warranty time and miles actually does restart if they are new parts installed due to warranty because the warranty is supposed to be on the new parts. So with this info I went back and they still would not honor it... I'm very disappointed and will not be using them again and will be sure to warn people not to waste their hard earned money.

We always got our tires from BigO in Livermore, but my son just moved so we made online rsvp for BigO in Chico. It s our first time there. We experienced great customer service. They even do a follow up to make sure everything works great. I will suggest my son to go back for maintenance and other services next time he needs one. Josh and Jenna are awesome!

This is was my first time using Big O. Based on other reviews and recommendations from co-workers I gave it a shot. I will most definitely continue. I was so impressed by everyone I interacted with. From Josh who was so attentive and patient , listening to my needs, and then worked hard to keep me in the loop every step of the way. To Mark who gave me a ride home while my car was being worked on. To the very nice lady who picked me up when my ride fell through just at closing time on a Friday evening. When I asked her why she was ok with coming to pick me up so late she said that they wanted to make sure I had my car as soon as possible. From beginning to end I was completely comfortable and at ease. I felt valued and treated with respect. The work was done perfectly There were no surprises. The price was fair and completed on time. Great job everyone at Big O on the Esplanade.

Big O rocks! I'm always treated with respect at the Chico location. They work quickly and efficiently and explain services thoroughly. I chose Big O, over the dealerships for my Infiniti due to the consistent & positive experiences I had and strongly recommend them!

100% worth the price. I came in to get my tires changed after a really bad blow out, but still needed to go to the hospital. They took me without question, got my wheels fixed for me, and gave me some good suggestions to manage the pain 100% my favorite tire place, and favorite workers!
