A woman named Eli gave me great service. She made it simple and easy to figure out what I needed. If I was her manager I'd give her a raise!! I recommend this store and if find Eli she'll get you what you need!

Went in for oil change products. An Tyber, the sales associate helped me get everything I needed and also made sure to grab me the right items for the deals they had going on. I was very impressed because most would of let me spend the extra money. This young man went over an beyond to help, and I appreciate it.

Be careful walking in the parking lot here! I got out of my car, slipped and fell right on my face! Looked like oil or tranny fluid.I went inside to tell the employee, yet the older woman just looked at me with a dumb look on her face and let me know that it wasn t her problem.I even called HQ and they were definitely no help!!!! The man who answered was not helpful whatsoever.

Shawty went above and beyond to help me. She not only found all of the items I need for my vehicle (multiple wiper blades, filters), but took extra time teaching me how to remove the old and install the new. Talked me through everything I need for an upcoming road trip and answered my many questions. Will absolutely be back at this location because of her help and service!

They are very helpful here. Very friendly as well. Can diagnose so you know what's wrong when that darn check engine light comes on. For a refundable down you can borrow some tools.

This is a really nice kept store and the employee who helped me was amazing. She did the best to help me and I felt like I was able to get everything I needed. I ll definitely be coming to this auto zone. Thanks Shawrty for your help!!

Horrible customer service! Stood there at the register for a few minutes before someone even asked if I needed help . I was just trying to check out. The person that came to the register had to first stop and "block someone before they block her" in her words. On her phone. So while she's standing there doing that, I'm standing there waiting to check out. Another employee said "poor girl" because including him, every one left me standing there. Also the girl on her phone , that came to the register was very rude. Couldn't understand what I was saying even though I repeated things very clearly several times. Definitely will NOT be coming back to this store !!! Do NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great place. They took time to help me order what I needed. Help install a wiper place arm. It was broken during installation. They took full responsibility and ordered a new one. Took care of it. Thank you!

SHAWTY G. IS AMAZING!I had to get my nearly dead car battery changed here, and Shawty G. was literally the most helpful person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They were pleasant to talk to on the phone, and they walked me through every step of what I needed to look for when looking for parts, to talking me through trying to get jumper cables set up, to guiding me on how to drive differently if I was able to get the battery to start. They were extremely patient with me, and I felt reassured through every obstacle I faced with the whole adventure. Once I got to AutoZone, they took the time to teach me how to get the battery out, and were light hearted when we learned we had to disassemble half of a panel to get through three other steps to even get the battery out. They helped me understand which battery would be most optimal for my driving style, and I had complete trust in their choice. Their service was amazing, and I am extremely grateful for everything they have done for me. I am 100% coming back here if I can work with them again.

Noticed I had a headlight out leaving work yesterday. Just had Danny replace my headlight bulbs IN THE POURING RAIN! Top quality customer service! Will 100% be back again!

Jason the store manager was awesome! He helped us despite the system not wanting to accept the return, and made sure we had everything we needed to fix our vehicle, all with a smile and an upbeat attitude! Made me feel like we actually mattered to him, that we weren't just customers.

I have been a customer of Auto Zone for sometime now and love the reward program they have. For every $20 or more I spend I receive a credit towards the 5 that is needed to get $20 off any purchase of my choice for future purchases and with the prices of things this day that is a blessing and who don't want to save themselves $20 ? Also the employees are always helpful and knowledgeable for any questions I have . Stop by and try out your local Auto Zone and start yourself a $20 reward towards any future auto purchases you may have

I used to go to this place for parts but no longer, this is just me posting a comment here about prior experience after briefly entering the store recently to grab some stuff. I switched to mostly O'Reilly's instead that treats me better. Not sure what happened since about 1-2 yrs ago, or maybe due to staff changes, they are no longer as friendly as I had remembered. Bad experience started with a young girl working there (I don't think she still works there now) maybe a year or so ago showing some condescension to me, and bragging about how she took a "certificate training" on Prius/hybrid vehicles so that she "knows" how the battery pack works and how "dangerous" the battery pack is which could electrocute you that you shouldn't do anything to it blah blah as if I don't know what I am doing (well, she was not wrong about the battery pack for how much/little she knew, she probably has a high school degree?) ... I was there buying some Prius parts at the time and I said well I think I can do whatever I want to my car please just look for the parts for me and plus I am an EECE (look it up if you don't know what it stands for) engineer so I think I know a heck lot more about electrical/electronics systems. And LOL that definitely hurt the girl and the other lady's feelings, ever since that they were giving me the attitude like "how can an Asian guy know more than we do and dare to talk to us like that cos they are not supposed to even know how to speak English". LOL.To be fair I still go to the AutoZone on East Ave and the one in Paradise, they are much nicer than this store.

I just wanted to say my most recent visits were awesome! I ve went to this place a lot for my father when I was younger but this time I went in to have my battery check and get cabin filters for both cars and Nestor was superb! He helped me with one of my filter and show me how to take care of my battery and was able to help me change my engine filter. I truly wish that they would be able to take tips because he went over and beyond! I love how Nestor stated that he understand how it feels to not know much about car parts that is why he wants to assist as much as he can. I hope that he keeps that mentally throughout his whole career. It s it something great to have when it comes to customer service, understanding your customers concerns/situation.I also would like to say the store manager, (I think) I just gave a quick glance at his name tag but him and the woman that was working the next day after I met Nestor, were fantastic as well. The guy help us replace and retested our battery to make sure that it s not anything else and I m glad that he did. From what I explained to him and the testing results, he was able to determined right away that it was the alternator that was bad n not the battery. There was an owner of an auto repair shop there and he confirmed that it was the alternator. My dad also confirmed it once we got the part and was working on it.I am my three to five visits to this store was great! I am glad the employees that I met were helpful and knowledgeable. Keep up the great work!

Excellent service from the dude from Willows!They sell batteries, But they Don't have any little plastic push-in vent elbow that attaches from the battery to a little rubber vent hose. It is required for every battery that's in the cabin so hazardous dangerous gas does not get into the cabin and hurt the kids. Total safety hazard. The car is a 2011. Nothing special. Beware when you buy a battery!!

Store manager lead by example, great customer service. My favorite auto zone is on the other side of town.....in the past the East Ave Chico store has always been above and beyond throughout the years. Help is always a blessing when it comes to us.

This place has always been great with extremely helpful staff but today Curtis saved me over $100! Instead of spending $83 plus a $35 reprogramming fee for a new key fob at batteries plus bulbs he sold me a $17 case instead, BOOM! Problem solved. Thanks so much!

Well, usually I have positive feedback to give for autozone.However the New manager was a bit unprofessional.I felt bad for the very nice lady Peggy, who was ringing my friend up. He told Peggy to not let the phones ring( which we understand) and to basically stop everything and answer the phone( it s how you say things to people) Instead of being understanding he came off impatient and belittling. While she was in the middle of a transaction which makes the store money in real time.We had to go back to the store and he was a bit nicer but the damage was done . Rather Unfortunate he s probably a nice guy
