This is my experience with ordering from Auto Zone website. I placed my order and my parts were supposed to be shipped to my home the next day. I called the store and confirmed the parts were in stock. The next day it's 3pm and my parts were nowhere to be found. I contacted someone who told me that my parts had to be special ordered. He lied to me! Then he said they had to be ordered from another store. Another lie! I confronted him on his lies and he acted like nothing. He made no attempt to make things right or compensate me for their mistake. My mechanic had this day set aside to do the work on my car and he could of done other things had he known they weren't going to honor their contract. I strongly urge anyone thinking of ordering this way to reconsider because now I feel obligated to compensate my mechanic and Auto Zone didn't care at all about all this mess they caused.

Helpful and friendly staff. If they don't have what you need they can order it for you and if they're not too busy they'll even help you with a something simple like your headlight bulb or wiper blades!

I m a elderly, disabled woman I use a walker. My car had a tail light out. Marshall who sold me the lightbulb installed it for me. Marshall could tell what bulb was out by a glance, without the light on. He suggested I get this lubricant to extend out the life of my bulb. It was a hot day. He told me to wait inside where there was air-conditioning, that he would come and get me when it was done. He was concerned for my well-being. He was happy and friendly, and very helpful and respectful. This was 136 W. East Ave., Chico, CA. On September 16 around 11 o clock in the morning. I am giving Marshall five stars because five stars is all there is to give. I would give him more if I could.

The guy at the register was a real life saver. My battery was dead because my radiator fan killed it, I went in with a broken fuse and the young guy with glasses helped me out and my car ended up working well. Saved a trip to the dealership. 10/10 for service and professionalism.

I went to Autozone to get oil for my Prius V, and David the representative who helped me was so helpful, and put the oil in my car and explained to me what to look for, how much oil to put in and walked me through it. What a great experience. That you David at the East Ave location. You Rock!!!

I went in and asked if they could check the code that came up on the check engine light. The guy said yes can I check these people out? I said sure and went out and waited by the car. The people left and others went in and he helped them. Waited for a out 10 minutes and the store was empty so I went back in and he said he couldn't help me because the other employees went on break. He was really rude. I am physically disabled and use a walker and walking into and out of an inaccessible door is difficult. He could have poked his head and the door and told me he couldn't help. So I went to a competitor and they were really awesome, so I will give them my business in the future.

I went to purchase some windshield wipers blades. The young lady working behind the counter help put them on for me she was very professional friendly and courteous. I had an opportunity to use my windshield wipers the other day they worked perfectly

I stopped by Auto Zone to purchase steering fluid for my car. The store clerk lead me to the shelves with fluids and explained different brands of fluids. I purchased store brand fluid with leak guard because it was a great deal, 2 for the price of one.

Today at 3:13pm I went into AutoZone in the SaveMart partkinglot and I tell you this is the WORSE customer service experience I've had in many years..The male working that same time was very nice. The female was atrocious... so very unpleasant and unprofessional.Just because of her I will never go to that store again.

So I sent my lady into Pick up my online order. Apparently their computer system sucks an tried to add a part I didn t buy. From what I hear, Sal got it handled for her, which I greatly appreciate! Sal you get 5 stars .On the other hand I guess George the other guy decided to interject unnecessarily, while trying to make Sal look bad in front of a customer( lame) .so I ll give George 1 for putting his fellow employee down, plus a trying to be cool an funny for some odd reason.Cool people don t have to try or put down others to look good. Just an fyi.CONGRATULATIONS SAL on your customer service skills.

Purchased a battery here last weekend. Brought the old one in as both an exchange and example. Brought a new one home and noticed immediately that it was wrong. Went back to the store. The parts guy immediately took on an attitude with me, saying I gave him the wrong year. make and model of car. I quickly reminded him that I also brought in the old battery, and showed him on it that it was clearly labeled a Group 24F, not a Group 24. He continued dismissing the mistake as his fault. I asked him if he knew the difference. He then brought out a 24F and bluntly asked me for my original receipt (from 10 minutes ago) and started fumbling around with his computer. I asked him if the price was the same. He said yes, so I told him to keep all the receipts and I left. This lack of professionalism was unnecessary. Clearly, him and his two younger co-workers were not taking their jobs very seriously on this slow Sunday afternoon. I will no longer be going to AutoZone, which is unfortunate, since this store is about a mile from my house. I now find the need to travel further across town to find more competent and friendly service.

I received good service, especially from the young man that installed my new battery. He went the extra mile in his service, thoroughly cleaning the corrosion from the old battery and making sure that the new battery fit properly. It took him some time to get it right, so I appreciated the extra care on my car!

The guy that helped me at the front went above and beyond customer service and what it should be. I overheard he was there for an hour longer than he was scheduled for but he had a great attitude still. I'll definitely be coming back.

Asian manager was rude and wouldn t take back the wrong part they gave me for my truck. Thankfully the employees in Orland understood everything and took the parts back. Wouldn t recommend this store when that Asian manager is around!

Found what I wanted rather quickly, only complaint was that the price on the shelf did not match the price that the computer ring it up. The young man behind the counter quickly rectified the problem but I wonder how many people don't notice this.

I have been here several times to deposit oil and such. The staff is helpful and friendly. This review is mostly because of them. Made me feel welcome. I saw them help many of their customers . I appreciate their customer service.

Jason stettler is the best. We come in regularly and he s the most helpful person you could ask for. His service is the reason we keep coming back. Highly recommend this place.
