Friendly service, very responsive and super fast turn around time on the repair. If you drive a hybrid vehicle I recommend this shop. It's right off the rail road tracks, and small, but a good mechanic. I'll be a return customer.

Really decent people here, it is almost all you need to fix your car: trust.We have a big job done to our Prius that sat in our driveway for 18 months after having the catalytic converter stolen. They've go my car running again for a decent price. They big oficial Toyota guy in town is so, so much more expensive.

I went in for an oil change. Be aware that they're really expensive here. I ended up paying a little over $100 for an oil change, not counting the only other labor/part (a filter change that made it ~$150). The last time I got an oil change (another place) it was around $45...

Our family has taken a few cars to them and they always are super friendly and knowledgeable the work they have done has been great no issues. It's good to have a shop you can trust.

Couldn't even get as far as to see if this place is any good. They opened late, and when they finally did answer I was put on hold for fifteen minutes. When I called back I was hung up on before I could even say anything. Upon my, what, fifth call I stated I'd been put on hold for fifteen minutes, then hung up on. The guy on the other end was silent, then said "Ok?"...."What kind of car do you have and what kind of service does it need."Really?Seriously you guys, if you can't be minimally apologetic for putting people on hold forever and hanging up on potential customers you deserve bad reviews, not peoples' business.How hard is it to just not be rude?

I trust them completely with my car, been here many times. Very friendly people who give thorough explanations as to what is going on with the vehicle. They've kept my old clunker running a long time!

If you're taking your car into this place, beware. I took mine in for a simple oil change and they ended up charging me twice the cost of the oil change for a bunch of replacement parts that I didn't need, or ask for. I would highly not recommend Auto-metrics.

These guys are fantastic. Super personable, quick, reliable, honest, and knowledgeable. Nothing but the best service, and they are always willing to work with you. Don't go to the dealer, go to Auto Metrics!!!

I have had my truck smogged there, as well as a new clutch put in. They are great! Prompt service, great customer service from everyone involved down there! Definitely would recommend

Reasons why they are great:-They call before any work is done to get approval for the cost-They explain what was wrong and how it was fixed-Usually able to fix the problem in the same day
