Take confidence when bringing your automobile to these two geniuses they know what they re doing when it comes to auto repairs super friendly and easy to talk to. They explain everything that they re having to do to your car once again thank you for a job. Well done James You took great care of our 2019 Ford escape. Thanks again.

They took my 67 VW van in and did a great job installing a new clutch. Although it took longer than expected (they already had many cars to work on), they kept me informed of the estimated time it would be done and called me ASAP when it was ready. Very reasonable cost to have this done!

I am fairly new to the game of dealing with automotive repairs as a young adult, but so far, I have had only good experience with the people from this establishment, especially Pete. Pete brings a refreshing dose of honesty, frankness, and helpfulness to interactions. I had about 3 small issues over the course of a few weeks, all semi-related, 2 of them due to incompetent advice or practices from parts sellers Autozone and O'Reilly. I won't go into detail, but being misled by these entities was very dissappointing. Pete set me straight and gave me good advice and a couple of very quick fixes related to my battery, without even charging me his usual diagnostic fee, and without making me feel silly for not figuring out the quick fixes myself, which were a bit obvious, I will admit. He was also nice enough to take into consideration my student status when giving me a quote, which he didn't have to do. I see this place becoming my go-to for automotive work so long as they continue to surpass my expectations, and I'm happy to recommend them to others.

Pete was very friendly and knowledgeable about my VW. I have not seen any oil leaks so I assume he did a great job fixing my car. Also, he was willing to hold my check until I got my new credit card so I could pay him with my card.Thanks Pete,Kathleen

Great people to deal with. They were able to see me within an hour of me calling them, and fixed the problem (a minor hose leak) really quickly. The shop is clean - a really important factor for me as it shows professionalism. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. The only charged me for the diagnostic too, as the problem was basically a 3" piece of hose which was leaking. I've been in other shops that would charge you for the parts and time spent repairing in addition to the diagnosis fee, so this was really nice.I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an honest mechanic.

I have taken two work vehicles in for issues and they were diagnosed and repaired promptly and affordable. I took my personal vehicle in for routine maintenance, and the work was done quickly and the vehicles onboard systems were updated and reset. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend 2Tech Automotive

We have been going to 2Tech for years and wen it sold to the new owners everything has been awful. I do not recommend anyone waste their time or money here. A while ago we brought our truck in for brakes on the front and were quoted $500. At pic up we were told it would be $1200 because they did all the brakes. We were not happy about this but as they told us the work had been done so we paid it. Then our most recent visit we took the truck in for warranty work and we were told they were trying to contact the warranty company and they kept getting hung up on, it was not easy to get a hold of them. When my husband went in to the location to ask what was going on the lady at the front desk was super rude with him and told him it was his fault because he waited to long to bring his truck in. She was referring to the fact that we were at the end of our warranty. We then reached out to the warranty company on our own and they told us that no one had ever reached out to them from 2 Tech, and that our warranty did not expire until February, so they held us up until our warranty ran out, hoping that they could get full price for the repair.This is a shady business with terrible customer service. We will never go there again and will be letting everyone know about their awful service.

Pete was able to help me when I was in a difficult situation with my Intoxalock service provider no longer being available to calibrate my device. Very professional and time orientated. I definitely recommend this shop for others needing service!

My car was having some serious suspension problems along with random noises that other shops could not identify. This review is not meant to speak ill of the multiple shops that couldn't find the issue but there were three places that could not figure out how to fix my car. Fellow car lovers know what i mean when I say it was very frustrating to be given a diagnosis that you know it isn't. Pete and his team had my issue diagnosed (video proof was sent to me) within minutes and was resolved the same day. I'm not only speaking from a customer perspective I'm also a small business owner and manage a crew of guys. 2Tech was very professional, extremely courteous along with being great at what they do. Very fair prices. I am a new father and Pete knew that. The day my car was ready for pickup was an extremely hard day at work and my baby was being a.......... well a baby and Pete along with his amazing wife were willing to drop off my car right to my doorstep. I will be going to them for any vehicle needs I have that they perform. I would highly recommend them. Pete is very personable and professional. They hooked me up with an oil change and then threw in a new key fob battery on the house, cuz mine was faded. Pete seems super knowledgeable about VWs, and also made sure the price was as fair as possible.Thanks 2Tech!

called to ask a couple questions about what I needed done for my car. Was immediately met with a rude tone and treated very poorly. I was told that I wasted my money and I should throw away my brand new part, it seemed like the man had a personal issue and didn t know how to subside that and be professional. I spoke to Pete, very disappointed in his way of customer service.

Honestly great experience overall here. It s in walking distance from my place, which is convenient but overall I ve just had a positive experience with them fixing my issues and informing me with vehicle related stuff. The staff is super nice, easy to work with, and when you are in a pinch to get your breathalyzer recalibrate, they get ya in and done as quickly as possible!!

Hey Pete, looks like it's not going to work out for you to work on my car. I called and spoke with you last Thursday and followed up with you on Monday, it's now on Wednesday a week after my original call. It's been a week, I only requested a quote for repair and you still haven't provided it. If you guys were too busy or didn't want to do my repair, it would have been helpful for you to let me know a week ago so I didn't have to wait on you. You guys should know better that car repairs are time sensitive because obviously my check engine light has been on this whole time. Looking at your reviews it looks like I'm not the first person to have this problem. Maybe consider hiring someone more reliable to run your front desk.

Really impressed with 2Tech. My alternator went out, and they were able to get me in and out with a new alternator the same day. Even waived the diag fee since I already knew what the issue was. Very friendly and super professional service from 2Tech.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical

Highly recommend 2tech automotive!It's so hard to find good trustworthy mechanics.I found these guys through someone who was giving help to fire victims after the campfire in 2018. They happen to be working with this particular person who was unnamed helping people get vehicles repaired.I love the owners they're absolutely amazing people, they have a huge heart for doing absolutely top-notch quality work and helping their community. Very honest and very helpful. They really do stand behind their work here. I Had one minor thing that needed a little more attention after some work had been done, they immediately jumped on and got corrected for me.You won't be disappointed here.And if you ever were, I'm sure they would do everything in their power to correct that and make you happy.

One of the most important things you can have is an honest mechanic, 2Tech is just that. Family owned, local, welcoming and friendly, they are great people who do great work and stand behind their work.
