Greeted as I entered the store by an employee. Very helpful, an excellent variety of parts, tools, and a grip of accessories. Prices were lower than I expected. Manager came out and introduced himself and asked if I needed help finding anything in particular. Super friendly environment. I'm not from the area, it was my first time in the store and they all absolutely made me feel comfortable and welcome, not just to the store, but to their town too. Definitely will shop there again.

Who knew, NAPA Auto Parts sold propane???? I called around, Westwood, Chester, Susanville, & surrounding areas. What I found, was somewhat, incredible. NAPA Auto parts in Chester had the cheapest price around. Thanks NAPA Auto parts. For this I give five stars , and five thumbs up

Great store but very bad restroom policy as they treated us like we were just people off of the street who wanted to use their restroom. We are paying customers we said and they said are restrooms aren't for public use. They lost our business from now on

You are not getting help unless you know someone in there. Been in there twice and ignored. All good. Won't be spending money in there any time soon.
